  • Excellent place for a great Roatan vacation

"We spend 8 nights at DG Coral Vista in July 2014, and the experience was great. The house is in the perfect location; close enough to the beach (5 minutes walk) and places to eat and far enough for the noise. The ocean view from the balcony is breathtaking, making totally worth it climbing the 107 steps to get to the house (very easy to climb). The house is very comfortable; fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and 4 AC that keep it cool during the hot summer days. A highly recommended place for a family vacation, and I will totally choose DG Coral Vista instead of renting a room in the crowded and busy resorts in West Bay. It worked really well for our family and we have there everything we need to have a fantastic vacation. The owners and property manager were in permanent contact with us before and during our stay, always willing to help and assist us on whatever we need. Gabriela was fantastic in providing us with all the information we needed (arrival, transportation, good places to eat, other logistics, etc.) and in making sure that we have everything we needed to enjoy our time at DG Coral Vista. Definitely, I highly recommended place to stay if you decide to spend your vacations at West Bay, Roatan."

  • Amazing!

"My wife and I stayed at La Colina for our honeymoon and couldn't be happier with our choice. The home and the views are stunning and are actually better than the pictures. The service from the staff at Roatan Property Management was exceptional. We'd recommend this home and the island of Roatan to anyone!"

  • Can't wait to return!!

"We spent 2 weeks at Villa Azul with 2 other couples and had a wonderful time! The house was perfect and the location - excellent! Snorkeling the reef was awesome and the turtles were our favorites!! Well, besides Chica, the neighboring dog who is absolutely adorable (and that comes from a non-dog lover!) Peter, the owner, is great to work with and Vanessa is wonderful - helpful and fun!! We enjoyed all the neighbors and return vacationers and really look forward to seeing all of them on our return trip next year! The house had everything we needed and then some. It's easy to get into West End and West Bay and far enough away to be quiet and relaxing! But if you prefer to get a bite to eat at the Blue Parrot, which is just a short walk away, the food is great and the employees are delightful!! Perfect vacation!!"

  • Wonderful stay at Keyhole Bay!

"Absolutely wonderful stay at Keyhole Bay! A group of us stayed here for a week in early July and would return in a heartbeat. We rented out two condos and one house in the complex. Rene’s condo was beautiful and had everything one needed and then some. Also loved the fact that it was away from the crowds (especially on cruise ship days), but only a short 10 minute walk to West Bay beach and the local restaurants so we didn’t need to rent a car. You also get a constant breeze on the Iron Shore side of the island, which is definitely nice. The community pool was gorgeous and we were usually the only people there. There was 24-hour security, so we always felt safe, as well. Keyhole Bay exceeded our expectations and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation home at a great price! Thank you again Rene!"

Roatan Travel Tips

Roatan Travel Is a Popular Getaway Option

Roatan, one of the West Caribbean Islands, is situated off the north coast of Honduras. Although relatively unknown to vacationers until the last few years, Roatan travel has quickly been gaining popularity due to the spectacular natural beauty that can be found in the local area. As a result, numerous Roatan resorts have opened, providing travelers with more options when it comes to enjoying the best that the Caribbean has to offer.

Treat Yourself to Plush Accommodations with Roatan Travel

Before you embark on Roatan travel, you might wish to consider viewing the Caribbean resorts and accommodations that are available. This will give you a good idea of the range of lodging from which you can choose and allow you to make your travel arrangements well in advance of your departure date. If you would like to enjoy some of the many water-based activities that are popular on Roatan, consider booking a rental near the beach so that the ocean will be just a few steps from your door. On the other hand, if you want to be near the vibrant part of the city, consider looking for something closer inland.

Dance the Night away at Roatan Resorts

You will not lack for entertainment options at Roatan resorts. The local Caribbean resorts definitely know how to throw a party and the biggest party night is Friday night. That is the night for bar-hopping and enjoying the local discos. If you enjoy reggae and blues music, you will love the entertainment offered at the resorts on Roatan.

Hit the Water at Caribbean Resorts

Scuba diving is one of the reasons that so many people engage in Roatan travel. The range of scuba diving locations off the coast of Roatan is practically limitless. Whether you are a novice or a pro, you will find gorgeous reefs and interesting wrecks to discover below the depths of the water. If you prefer activities that are above the water, consider renting a boat for a day, taking a leisurely sail or engaging in some serious game fishing. Regardless of how you decide to spend your time, the various Roatan resorts and Caribbean resorts will welcome you back with luxury accommodations.
