"Just returned from a 1 week stay at Casa Mana and I'm already planning next year's trip. Janelle, the property manager, was super helpful in helping our group arrange transportation, a rental car, and groceries for the house when we arrived. She periodically checked in with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied, which we definitely were! The house is beautiful and is located a rock's throw from the Pacific Ocean. We spend almost every evening on the rooftop deck reminiscing about our multiple surfs each day and gazed at the stars as a pleasant breeze kept us cool. Nearby Los Cardones Ecolodge (walking distance) was a hot spot for us as the food was out of this world and the hospitality from the staff was amazing. Everyone there greeted us with a genuine smile and made sure we always had a cold Toña in our hands. The surf out front was fun all day long and it was nice to be able to take a mid-day nap at Casa Mana with the AC on blast. Lots of memories were made at Casa Mana this past week and we can't wait until our next trip down!"

"This was my 2nd trip to the Redondo bay area. The 1st being my honeymoon when we stayed at Aqua resort. Very nice but pretty expensive. We decided to share this amazing part of the world with a group of friends a couple years later. We decided to stay at this great house. I got a group of 5 couples to head down with us. The house had more than enough room for us all. Each couple had their own room with AC and was quite comfortable. The kitchen and big dining room table were perfect. We had the house manager arrange for a cook for brunch and dinner. This was a great idea and worked out perfectly. The pool outside is a great way to start the day before heading to the beach. Redondo bay is a beautiful beach with very few people around. Calm clear water is great for snorkeling. We also walked straight down from the house and did some fly fishing with good success. A 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive takes you over to Gigante. There you can rent surfboards or book a catamaran sunset cruise from John at his fantastic little beach bar. The surfing is great on amarillo. This part of Nica is such a great place to get away from it all. I would not only highly recommend this area but the house as well. It really has everything that you could need."

"Uliana was amazing organizing the details prior to the trip. She organized our ride from the airport with beers, water, and soda in the 10 person passenger van with AC. Lunch was served right when we got the house. The chefs were a must for our group of 5 couples. All we had to do was wake up, surf, sit in the infinity pool, and eat delicious food. We didn't have to do any dishes or spend time cooking. Seth organized golf for our group which was really fun when the surf was small. The housekeeping staff and pool cleaners made sure the house was immaculate every day. 6 days, and 5 nights of paradise living. Very affordable. We will be back!"

"My family spent a month at Casa Irie from mid December to mid January and we had a great time. The house is very comfortable and laid out very well for use by families. we enjoyed the foosball and the guitat which were nice touches and used the ipod dock for listening to music. The highlight of the place though is the infinity pool and the spectacular view of Nacascolo bay especially the sunsets every night. we would stand in the pool and watch the sun go down. It was beautiful. The caretakers, Ben and Grethyl was so nice and helpful and kept the place spotless every day. It really added to the pleasure of our trip. Of course Nicaragua has it's problems with infrastructure and power. Electricity was sometimes spotty and the road to the house required first gear on some of the hills. we had rented an old land cruiser and it was no problem. Still, that is no fault of the property itself and it only added to the adventure and did not decrease our enjoyment of our time there. The town was fun, nice places to eat and we made good use of the barbecue grill on the deck. The beaches were great. We often were the only ones on the beach or there might be three or four other people and we would joke how crowded the beach was. My grandkids got to see baby turtles hatching at la Flor beach and we spent a couple of lovely days at Coco beach, Hermosa beach and Marsella beach. My grandkids got to go ziplining, horseback riding and took surfing lessons. Rebecca, and Dan, the owners kept good contact with us by Email. The wifi at the house was excellent and they helped with any minor problems we had. I would have no hesitation going back to Casa Irie and would recommend it to anyone looking for a rental in San Juan del Sur."
