"Casa Tranquila was a wonderful place to stay for 5 nights. I work a ton and just needed to relax.....this was the perfect place for it. Los Cardones Eco Surf Lodge is so close, had excellent food and we sat in their hammocks during the hot parts of the afternoon enjoying breezes from the ocean. The house is very roomy and we felt very safe. The most best part was the AMAZING property manager - Janelle. She greeted us when we got in late at night, gave us an orientation to the house, and was very responsive when we needed things (e.g., we ran out of propane on night). I can't say enough good things about how welcome Janelle made us feel. And Casa Tranquila was awesome - my only request would be that they put in A/C.....it was hot but we survived under the ceiling fans in each room + hung out at Los Cardones during the hot times of the day. I look forward to returning with my daughter."

"We had a great time at Casa Anita and we were happy we chose this house for our first trip to Nicaragua. Casa Anita is very beautiful and peaceful inside but then right outside your door is all of the culture of Granada. We really enjoyed walking around the city, taking horse carriage rides and exploring the nearby volcano and markets. We had us and our two boys (9 and 7) and everyone had a wonderful time."

"We were invited to come for an art getaway to Casa Rio. At first I was disappointed it was not on the ocean, but as soon as we arrived we fell in love with the place. The architectural details are rather contemporary zen and it takes advantage of the air. With slatted ventsing around the main sala we need'nt worry about being too warm. The river location was such a delight. There are monkeys everywhere and they entertained us morning and night. There were other flora and fauna to enjoy as well. The home was well stocked for a rental. We cooked our own meals and all was available for our usage. The outdoor showers were interesting although not very private. Hacienda Iguana is such a beautiful place, with a well maintained golf course, spectacular beach and shady walking trails. The new restaurant on the beach, Pili's is excellent. We had dinner and lunch there. All was way above par and Pili herself is a delight. Will definately go there again and recommend Cas Rio."

"Seth & Lindsay have it dialed in as property managers! They arranged safe reliable airport pickup/return transport to the house. Our driver was so friendly and toured us through Granada and Rivas for cigars and groceries on the way. The house was amazing! Strongly suggest you sign up for the meal plans even if just 2 meals a day as the place is remote and there are only 2 restaurants in the Iguana Resort gates. Not to mention the cooks are SO good and it is a great way to experience local food. (They will cook you basically anything you want) If you need anything there is a local phone in the house direct to Seth and they can organize any extracurricular activities you want including riding horses on the beach or a sunset sail on a catamaran. The locals are very friendly too!"
