"Words don't do it justice... The people, the love, the food and the waves! So stoked my hombres and I got to spend the time down here and score all around!
This house is so unbelievably comfortable and convenient to the best waves that I can't not tell everyone to check into it... Surfer, or not.
David and his team at NSR made for an epic stay and kept in touch with us for our needs and just good conversation.
Can't wait to go back. Casa la Selva is a must for any Hacienda Iguana stay!!"

"My friends and I stayed at Villa Pavela for a weekend earlier this month. We all thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The home is very cozy with room for 7. When we arrived, the housekeeper, Eliza, was preparing dinner for us which she will do for a small charge. She and her family are very kind and were helpful in answering our questions. The beach is about a five minute walk away. I highly recommend this rental, you will not be disappointed."

"We have stayed at Hacienda Iguana a number of times, and every time we are more impressed. The condo layout is perfect, and the location could not be better. Every time we have visited, we have been greeted by Uliana and the rest of the staff at Hacienda and they have bent over backwards to help us in any way that they can. We live in Nicaragua so we have visited a number of beaches and this is BY FAR the best."

"My family spent a month at Casa Irie from mid December to mid January and we had a great time. The house is very comfortable and laid out very well for use by families. we enjoyed the foosball and the guitat which were nice touches and used the ipod dock for listening to music. The highlight of the place though is the infinity pool and the spectacular view of Nacascolo bay especially the sunsets every night. we would stand in the pool and watch the sun go down. It was beautiful. The caretakers, Ben and Grethyl was so nice and helpful and kept the place spotless every day. It really added to the pleasure of our trip. Of course Nicaragua has it's problems with infrastructure and power. Electricity was sometimes spotty and the road to the house required first gear on some of the hills. we had rented an old land cruiser and it was no problem. Still, that is no fault of the property itself and it only added to the adventure and did not decrease our enjoyment of our time there. The town was fun, nice places to eat and we made good use of the barbecue grill on the deck. The beaches were great. We often were the only ones on the beach or there might be three or four other people and we would joke how crowded the beach was. My grandkids got to see baby turtles hatching at la Flor beach and we spent a couple of lovely days at Coco beach, Hermosa beach and Marsella beach. My grandkids got to go ziplining, horseback riding and took surfing lessons. Rebecca, and Dan, the owners kept good contact with us by Email. The wifi at the house was excellent and they helped with any minor problems we had. I would have no hesitation going back to Casa Irie and would recommend it to anyone looking for a rental in San Juan del Sur."
