  • The Perfect Place

"Five women spent 4 wonderful days in San Juan del Sur and found this beautiful villa to be the perfect place for us. We had access to the quiet beach town with all the restaurants and activities within walking distance. The security provided restful nights. We were welcomed by Keith and his staff, meals were wonderful and if we had not been touring other cities in Nicaragua we would have loved to stay all 11 days here. Enjoy....you won't be disappointed!"

  • the bestest beach near SanJuandelSur Nicaragua

"we spend 5 month here at SuiCaNica and playa Marsella. Aroldo and Cynthia have been invaluable assisting us by working hard to do the maintenance on the house and infrastructure. Cynthia's cooking is awesome and the housekeeping impeccable. Aroldo has been open to learning all sorts of new skills around the house. The pool is crystal clear and the yard and vegetation are healthy and lend shade and privacy. We have never felt this safe before and had absolutely no negative experiences while here for all this time. We are already looking forward to our next stay in the coming winter. The Restaurants and local residents are also awesome , friendly and helpful, we are so grateful for having the opportunity and privilege to make life long friends in the area."

  • Great place to get away from it all

"We have just returned from a great stay in Pochomil. The house was perfect for our young family (2.5 year old and 7 month old). The beach was a stones throw away, and deserted. It was so great to disconnect for a week, spend time at the house and enjoy the simple things. Highly suggest a trip or 2 to the fish market. Also the housekeeper and cook is fantastic. She made our vacation a true vacation...never having to worry about meals or spending nap time prepping dinner! Fresh mangos from the tree by the pool were an extra treat!"

  • Outstanding Casa.

"We cannot recommend Casa Flor de Luna highly enough. Our stay helped to make our six days in Granada an exceptional experience. The Casa is well located, a couple of blocks off of the main road coming in from Managua and a 10-15 minute walk to Parque Central and all Granada restaurants and attractions. The house includes a garage which was ideal for our rental car. The main floor of the house has a spacious salla/living room, a well appointed kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. There are two very spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds (2 upstairs and 1.5 downstairs). It also includes three bathrooms with large shower stalls in each. All of the rooms have ceiling fans. The two bedrooms have AC but we never used it. We found we could sleep and relax comfortably with just the fans. We were frugal with lights and always ensured electrical items were off / unplugged unless we were using them. Our cost for electricity for 6 days was $8.37 but beware if you use AC and leave things on! The house is equipped with cable tv and Internet and very reliable wifi. The pool is a fantastic asset in the heat of Granada. It is very private (in the enclosed courtyard) and while small, it is ideal for a cooling dip. The decor is comfortable and the lifestyle wonderfully Nica. You are also only a few blocks walk to two grocery stores that, while expensive by local standards, offer a wide range of amenities including fresh fruit, veggies, meat, bread, cold cuts, cheese, wine and beer. What more do you need? The local agents, Heydi and Eric, are friendly, helpful and nearby. The cleaner and pool guy, Jenny and Javier respectively, are also friendly and efficient. This is a wonderful Casa and will help to make your stay in Granada special."
