"Beautiful place! Better than expected. My friend walked in and said it was like we rented out a whole hotel with a private pool just for us. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The views from the balcony are memorable. The pool is refreshing. The property managers are helpful. I liked the daily maid service. Great location! I liked the open air shower with a view over the red tile rooftops of colonial Granada. I recommend renting this property for a stay in Granada."

"This was a fantastic week! Absolutely magical, for my kids who didn't surf they had a blast as the beaches are empty and safe and the pool and smoothies were so accessible. I loved the surf, it was too advanced for my boys and that's something to consider as it's a fast, world-class tube ride on sand. We loved our excursion to the volcano and Granada, but the zipline was wimpy there and I wouldn't recommend it. I've been to Costa Rica, El Salvador, and Hondorus and by far this is where I want to come back. We never felt unsafe and met some great people from around the world. The new ice cream shop by the entrance is fantastic."

"The house and views are incredible. We loved the chef Celina that the owner recommended. The driver she set up was great too, although neither spoke much English. The house had everything we needed, beds were comfortable. There are security guards every 100 yards or so in the community. The Aqua resort next door has a great beach and excellent massages ($69 hr including tax). The house is on a steep hillside (approximately 25 steps down from road) so I wouldn't recommend it for young children, no yard and no fence around the pool. The pool was clean but chilly, monkeys came down and drank from it at one point. The internet worked reasonably well, but not in the bedrooms - only the common area. We chartered a boat to surf since the breaks were too far to walk and we didn't have a car. It seemed expensive at $160 + board rental and they didn't take us very far away and the spots were all accessible by car. The place would have been difficult to find and I read in a blog that if you're involved in an auto accident in Nica that both parties go to jail until it's sorted out, so I don't recommend a rental car, use one of her drivers."

"My husband and I visited here in December for my birthday unfortunately it rained almost everyday of our trip. However, it was still one of the most amazing locations we have ever been to. The The house is amazing if you are looking for a true Swiss Family Robinson adventure this is it. The island has almost no tourism most people head to Little Corn which is not really our style. When you arrive at the airport ask for the cab driver Arturo he was extremely helpful he only speaks Spanish, but this was not a prolem for us. Don and his family are helpful and welcoming but yet still give you more than enough privacy. I can not wait to return!"
