  • Perfect location, wonderful host!

"What a warm welcome we received upon arrival at this lovely flat. Caroline and Liam were so kind, and giving us the keys in person was a wonderful start to our stay in London. They took their time to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Fresh flowers on the dining table made it feel homey. A great flat with lots of storage space and very comfy beds, with decks on each side that allowed breezes to create a perfect temperature, even in the heat of summer! Quiet neighbourhood, with shops and restaurants within a few blocks. Victoria station about 5 minutes walk. Thanks again so much to Caroline and Liam!"

  • Home Away From Home

"We had a fantastic stay at the Asquith! The main living areas and master bedroom and bath are spacious and comfortable with a great, modern style and features. The fact that it's a separate building rather than a flat made it feel even more relaxing, and allowed for lots of light in the in reception room. The second bedroom is smaller, but still a reasonable space. The best way to sum it up is that by the third day I felt at least as at home at the Asquith as I do in my own home. One consideration is that adults may find that the single sofa bed isn't as comfortable as they might like, and it might be more suitable for a younger person. Also, the lack of air conditioning wasn't a problem for us since this summer has been cool, but Americans used to universal air conditioning might be less comfortable in a particularly warm month. We did love the location, with very easy access to a good grocery store, restaurants, pubs, shops, bakeries -- and of course, the Underground. The museums and amenities of South Kengsington are also a pleasant walk away. I'm not sure if you could find an easier place to stay for a holiday in London."
