  • Wonderful!!!

"Just a quick note to say how wonderful our stay on Eel Island was. The listing is accurate, the owner wonderful to work with and the town of Twickenham delightful. The home is located in a very private area out of the hustle and bustle of London proper but the city is quite easy to get to using public transportation. We would not hesitate to recommend this home. We would love to return."

  • Excellent family rental

"This was a great house for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids. Kids will love the upstairs children's bedroom. Nice to see personal touches around the house and one does really feel at home here. Easy tube/bus/grocery access. Only drawback for us was not may restaurants immediately nearby."

  • Best of the best

"We used to live in East Molesey and were looking for a "home away from home" where we could at least to some degree simulate our lives there, among friends and familiar places. This flat is absolutely perfect. It is furnished in a modern, understated style ideal for adding any personal touches, excellent modern appliances, everything one needs for cooking, and even boasts foodstuffs left by previous tenants, establishing a kind of "pay it forward" atmosphere. Robin and Stephanie are lovely, relaxed, completely accommodating people, and their kindness also establishes a welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect for enjoying the Thames, Kingston, Hampton Court, buses to Richmond, trains to Waterloo, and the antique shops, restaurants and pubs in town--especially the beautiful pub, the Weir, in nearby Sudbury. We cannot recommend this flat more highly and feel truly lucky to have found a place we will return to yearly."
