  • Excellent experience in comfortable and modern West Kensington/Olympia area flat

"For my month-long visit to London, this modern, well-appointed flat with very comfortable en-suite bedroom proved to be excellent. Photos give a good idea of what it is like. Nice modern kitchen; great shower; clean and well-maintained with weekly cleaning included. West Ken location is fine with connections via the Olympia Overground (5 mins walk away) to West Brompton tube or to parts of North London. Convenient 49 or C1 buses are 2 mins away, the 49 to High St Ken tube, about a 15 min walk from the flat. 10 to 12 min walk to Shepherd's Bush tube or buses. Excellent local shop on the corner with a wide range of food etc at competitive prices; dry cleaner and laundry there too. Overall, highly recommended. If you have a smart phone, upload Citymapper app. It's an excellent means of getting bus and tube info and even gives bus departure times from Holland Rd stop."

"We could have not been happier in this wonderful 2 bedroom flat. the location was perfect within walking distance of the main tube line and great access to the bus system. We were greeted at the apartment with someone from London Perfect. He was great. Filled us in on everything we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area. We only had a slight issue with water pressure (a blown fuse) but one phone call and the problem was recified in only a few hours. The place itself was updated and clean. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The bathrooms were clean and modern and the shower heads produced good water pressure. Loved the property and thanks for all the special attention. IT was an amazing place and location"

  • Great apartment in a great location

"My family of four (2 adult daughters) stayed at this flat for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The flat isn’t huge, but is more than ample enough to accommodate the family. Each bedroom comfortably held us, with good beds (a pushed together king in one room and a trundle bed in the other) and plenty of closet space to hang things up. The primary bathroom was fine, with a shower over the tub, and the second half-bathroom was a help getting all 4 of us ready in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked, with a full-size refrigerator, a stove and a dishwasher. There was also ample flatware, silverware and glasses. The kitchen also has a European-style washer/dryer, which got the job done although not quite to American standards (the landlord was kind enough to keep a drying rack in the closet though). The living/dining room was big enough to seat our whole family comfortably, and allow us to watch the World Cup in the evenings. Wireless internet was also provided, and was strong enough to handle all of my family’s various devices concurrently. That was much appreciated. The flat was not air-conditioned, but the London weather was thankfully very accommodating to leaving windows open. An upper floor provided plenty of security, beyond the key to get in the building and well-locked door to the flat. The flat is just off of Kensington High Street which provided easy access to 3 different tube stops. High Street Kensington was closest, but Earl’s Court is just a bit further as is the Holland Park stop. Of course, once you’re in London and on the Tube, you can get ANYWHERE. A Waitrose grocery was just down the block, and we were able to find a number of good pubs and restaurants within a short walk. Kensington Palace and Hyde Park are also fairly close, certainly within walking distance. The photos provided with the listing are very representative of what the flat is like. Communicating with the owner was wonderful. We had a number of emails back and forth with the owner very responsive and truly wanting to help make our visit pleasant. We’re very appreciative of the care we were given. Lastly, while London is obviously an expensive city to visit, we found this property to be a very good value versus an extensive review of other properties. We would highly recommend this property to those considering it!"

  • Chelsea Apartment

"Nice apartment in a lovely quiet part of Chelsea. Close to 170 Bus (3mins walk) and about 6 mins to no 11 Bus in Kings Road. There is a small Tesco supermarket about 2 mins away. Onsite owner showed how everything worked in the apartment on arrival."
