Wonderful flat and location
"My partner and I stayed here for a week in July, absolutely loved it, and can only echo the comments made by others. The flat itself is incredibly comfortable, quiet and aesthetically pleasing to boot ... a calming, delightful place to come 'home' to each day.
In terms of ease of access to transit and proximity to places to visit and enjoy, it's also great. We were lucky with the weather and walked far and wide rather than taking the underground, but the Piccadily Line station at Russel Sq is only minutes away. Early morning walks through the various Bloomsbury squares were lovely. The flat's proximity to Waitrose was, as others have noted, a bonus too: grocery shopping so close and so good. We didn't want to cook for ourselves and, as others have said, Waitrose prepared foods/ salads and range of cheeses and wine are vastly better than we'd find in an equivalent Canadian supermarket.
Practically, Judith and Antonia made it so easy: Judith on email to make the arrangements initially and Antonia to meet us at the flat and settle us in. Thanks to both - and we hope to be back!"

"An ideal stay in London in a great neighborhood.
The flat is super-clean and modern and located in an upscale area near Hyde Park. The owner Maria is extremely friendly and helpful. Although she travels a lot for for work, she happened to be in town while we were there (she has another bedroom and bathroom in the flat) but she made sure we felt like the place was ours. She also gave us lots of useful tips and information for our stay. There is a small supermarket nearby, and the Shepard's Bush tube station and an incredible mall (Westfield) is a short walk away. There are also two bus lines (C-1 and 94) which are very convenient. (Route 94 is a 24-hour route which goes to Picadilly Circus).
The bedroom is small, but clean and comfortable with a private bathroom. The window looks onto Holland Road which has a lot of traffic and a bus stop right in front of the window, but we didn't mind the traffic noise nor waving to the passengers on the double-decker buses a the bus stop.
We highly recommend this place for the experience of living in a great flat in a beautiful neighborhood that is well-connected to sightseeing and tourist attractions. We had an incredible week in London staying here."

"For our 8 days in London, my husband and I wanted a flat were we could spread out, eat in if we wanted to, and relax after long days of sightseeing. This property was perfect. Air conditioning (if necessary), WiFi and a true American king-sized bed were very important to us and King’s Road 3 had it all. Meticulously maintained and beautiful inside and out, this flat is in a safe and quiet neighborhood but only two blocks from the King’s Road where shops, restaurants (three of the best in London) and food emporia abound. The closest Tube station, Sloane Square, is a mile away (a 15-minute walk). The owners left us a comprehensive folder with instructions for appliances in the flat and tips on things to do, and how to do them, in the area. This was truly a home-away-from- home and we would gladly stay here again. Ivy Lettings, the agency arranging the rental, were a joy to work with. We could not recommend this flat more highly!"
