  • Comfortable London flat in a good neighborhood

"This flat was our home away from home for our 9 days in London. It's location was great... easy access to the tube and upstairs from a post office/mini-grocery. We were only 5 minutes walk from Oxford Street... shopping galore. The flat was very comfortable. The kitchen was tiny, but we weren't cooking gourmet, so it was adequate. Although the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors were occasionally noisy (mostly on the weekend). The bed was very comfortable, and the flat was very clean. The flat didn't have any extras at all... no dishwashing soap, no extra toilet paper, no bath soap, no food of any sort (not even salt & pepper). All of which was easily available at the shop downstairs though. The porter, Ambi, was very friendly, and helped turn down the heat in the bedroom for us. It's on the 2nd floor (3rd floor in the USA) and there is a small lift, which we only used when we were hauling our suitcases in and out, otherwise we mostly used the stairs. We would stay here again."

  • Extra Space for our Family

"We are a family of four (me, husband, and two children--3yrs and 6yrs). I was a little nervous about our stay because I called/emailed about two weeks before our arrival date and didn't receive a response. A few days before arriving, I called again and reached the property manager. He met us promptly at the agreed upon time and explained the perks of the immediate area. The grocery store is close, as well as the bus stop and tube stop. Ladbroke Grove is the closest tube stop. Our family comfortably walked to and from the bus and tube stops on a regular basis. The first floor consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and a little patio out back. Because the weather was absolutely gorgeous during our stay, we enjoyed having the double doors leading out to the patio open to allow for air flow. The TV and stereo were not working upon arrival. We called the property manager, and he had the TV replaced by the time we got back to the flat later that afternoon. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bath. The shower was a little tricky, but our kids loved taking a bath in the super deep tub. I was prepared to wash a load of clothes, but couldn't locate the clothesline. I ended up finding a drying rack in the entryway closet. We were visiting family and this location was perfect. My inlaws even said that they would recommend this rental should family from the US come to visit. The square footage was perfect for our family. After each day's adventure, our kids would look forward to "coming home.""

  • Excellent apartment in central London

"This apartment was perfect for our romantic trip! Me and my husband loved the apartment, is very comfortable, cozy and typically English. Besides this is very well located, just at 20 minutes by subway from Big Ben! I would recommend to everyone!"
