"For our 8 days in London, my husband and I wanted a flat were we could spread out, eat in if we wanted to, and relax after long days of sightseeing. This property was perfect. Air conditioning (if necessary), WiFi and a true American king-sized bed were very important to us and King’s Road 3 had it all. Meticulously maintained and beautiful inside and out, this flat is in a safe and quiet neighborhood but only two blocks from the King’s Road where shops, restaurants (three of the best in London) and food emporia abound. The closest Tube station, Sloane Square, is a mile away (a 15-minute walk). The owners left us a comprehensive folder with instructions for appliances in the flat and tips on things to do, and how to do them, in the area. This was truly a home-away-from- home and we would gladly stay here again. Ivy Lettings, the agency arranging the rental, were a joy to work with. We could not recommend this flat more highly!"

"Our family of four stayed in this Fitzrovia flat for a week in July. It is midway down a narrow one way street so it was quiet for good sleeping, even with the windows open (which makes for a nice summertime breeze through the house). It is a great base for exploring London, being no more than a few minutes walk from two different Underground stations. In the neighborhood are several markets, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and city bicycle stands. The flat has all the basics for a family to settle in for vacation time. Our teenagers loved having their own room and we found the living room big enough that the four of us were not on top of each other. The television, wifi and phone all worked without a hitch and we soon got the hang (pun intended) of using the Victorian clothes dryer after we ran a few loads in the washer. Anita was very responsive, answered every one of our pre-arrival questions and was easily reachable during our visit. We feel our children had much more of an authentic London experience by being in this Oxford Circus flat than being in a generic hotel room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, feel it was a good value and would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Anita, for such a great place."

"I stayed for my brother's birthday with another 4 friends and i was really impressed how spacious and cozy the apartment was. We were kindly greeted by Mathew.
The living room was spacious for all of us, huge bathroom and comfortable beds.
2 minutes walking distance from Kennington tube station, around 20 minutes walk to Big Ben!
Amazing location, would definitely recommend it!!"
