  • Perfect in every way

"You're probably looking at the photos and information and wondering whether this apartment is as nice as it seems. In truth, it's even nicer. The apartment is incredibly spacious and comfortable, bright and airy, well-stocked, and spotless. And the magnificent views have to be seen to be fully appreciated. The location is perfect--within walking distance to many tourist attractions, but only a five-minute walk from two tube stops that connect you quickly to anywhere you might want to go in London. Despite this excellent location, the apartment is very quiet. Many restaurants and grocery stores are also within easy walking distance, and there is a small but well-stocked grocery store (Sainsbury's Local) literally across the street from the apartment. In addition, Hannah was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We've stayed in many VRBO and Homeaway rentals over the years, but we all agreed that this one was absolutely our favorite. Book it--you won't be disappointed."

  • Perfect Rental

"I rented this flat with my wife, sister and baby. The location is absolutely perfect. We considered renting a flat in the Royal Crescent, and I am so happy we decided on this one instead. It is walking distance to everything and absolutely beautiful. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful either! The best place to stay in Bath."

  • Extra Space for our Family

"We are a family of four (me, husband, and two children--3yrs and 6yrs). I was a little nervous about our stay because I called/emailed about two weeks before our arrival date and didn't receive a response. A few days before arriving, I called again and reached the property manager. He met us promptly at the agreed upon time and explained the perks of the immediate area. The grocery store is close, as well as the bus stop and tube stop. Ladbroke Grove is the closest tube stop. Our family comfortably walked to and from the bus and tube stops on a regular basis. The first floor consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and a little patio out back. Because the weather was absolutely gorgeous during our stay, we enjoyed having the double doors leading out to the patio open to allow for air flow. The TV and stereo were not working upon arrival. We called the property manager, and he had the TV replaced by the time we got back to the flat later that afternoon. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bath. The shower was a little tricky, but our kids loved taking a bath in the super deep tub. I was prepared to wash a load of clothes, but couldn't locate the clothesline. I ended up finding a drying rack in the entryway closet. We were visiting family and this location was perfect. My inlaws even said that they would recommend this rental should family from the US come to visit. The square footage was perfect for our family. After each day's adventure, our kids would look forward to "coming home.""

  • Comfortable and so convenient!

"My multi-generational family group of 8 had a lovely stay in Islington (although we were so busy out and about in the city that we hardly spent time in the house other than to sleep!). The house was very comfortable and having only the one bathroom turned out to be less of a problem than anticipated due to the separate WC. The house was a super-convenient 5 minute walk to 2 tube stations, and we felt safe walking home even at night after the theatre. Islington was lively and had everything we needed, and we liked the feeling of being in a real neighborhood rather than somewhere overrun by tourists. The homeowner was very helpful arranging for parking permits and providing other information before our arrival. My only word of warning: don't plan to arrive by car late in the afternoon on a Saturday during football season when an Arsenal home game is letting out; the streets are closed off, and while the police will let you in if you explain you are a resident, trying to push one's car through the streaming crowds of fans heading the opposite direction is not a lot of fun."
