  • Warmly recommended!

"During our time in London we stayed two weeks at this beautiful apartment and I can warmly recommend it to any vacationer who is planning to visit London. First of all, it was very tidy and clean. You could not find any dirt or dust in the kitchen, bathroom, beedrom etc. Secondly, the location of the flat is just awesome. It is located in an quiet and safe area so you won't wake up due to traffic noise or loud partys. It is also very close to the Kent House Station which will get you to London Victoria Station in no time from where you can travel to most of the sights by tube. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants are very close as well. Another good aspect about the location is that there are lots of free parking spots so if you are renting a car as we did you should definitly pick this apartment since parking spots in London are very rare (and expensive). Furthermore, you get a so called "Flat Guide" which contains lots of information about how things work in the apartment but which also offers wise advises especially for people who have never been to London before. The size of the flat is remarkable, too because it offers enough space for four person with its large beds, kitchen and living room. All in all, it was a wonderful experience staying in this flat especially since the owner is such an friendly and kind person who always stayed in touch with us and informed us about all important things. You will rarely find such a clean, budget, well-located as well as big apartment in London again."

  • Outstanding Visit to Oxford

"Our first foreign excursion! Coming from the US we had no idea what to expect. We came to visit our son who has been studying at Oxford. Everything was perfect - even better than the pictures! Comfortable beds, a wonderful kitchen and dining area, a lovely walk into City Center. My kids (17, 14 and 12) loved feeding the horses apples on our daily walk into the city. Rented a car one day to travel to the Cotswolds, well worth it. Punted on the Cherwell River, picnicked at Port Meadow, loved the taverns and shopping. The colleges are simply stunning. Communication with the owner was easy and payment was very smooth. The rooms are very comfortable and everything felt very much like home. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this house and it's proximity to everything! We walked everywhere and that was even pushing our 12 year old in a light weight special needs stroller. It was wonderful that our son was able to stay with us, it was a mini vacation for him as well. I would highly recommend this house!!"

  • Brilliant location in London

"This is a lovely apartment well situated near public transportation and Portobello Road. It has many interesting architectural features, including a sensational second-floor bedroom with a cathedral ceiling, a well-equipped and laid-out kitchen, and comfortable living room with loads of light all around. To top it all off, there's a small garden out back framed by French doors. The owner was charming and well organized. She warned us about construction going on next door, which was not too much of an issue and mostly our stay was very quiet and pleasant. We had a wonderful week in the apartment and highly recommend it to all."
