  • Quiet location in the heart of Beaune

"A very comfortable and quiet property within the walls of the old town- you can walk to everything and there is car parking too on the street. Listing and photos show exactly what you will find, the apartment sleeps four in comfort, and you will have all the equipment you need. A well-stocked supermarket, boulangeries and charcuteries are a short walk away. Excellent wifi. The apartment was spotless and everything worked. Vincent is a first rate host, and went out of his way to help us negotiate around a rail strike in order to continue our trave on timel. Strongly recommended for anyone wishing to spend time in Burgundy, and there is plenty to do and see in Beaune itself. Many excellent restaurants, wine shops and tastings are just a walk away from this apartment- try Ma Cuisine for wonderful food, Denis Perret for a huge range of Burgundy wines and knowledgeable advice, and don't miss the Dalineum close by for a range of works by this iconoclastic artist."

  • Wonderful

"Thank you very much Nathalie for making the booking, and getting into the apartment a quick and relaxed experience. The apartment was perfectly situated in the heart of Beaune, and for the time we stayed there it was the perfect launching pad for our daily adventures. The apartment was across the street from a Boulangerie for your early morning 'Pain au chocolat' or your afternoon baguette, and a small grocery store was across the square. You were also a quick walk to many restaurants. The apartment in itself was great. The bed was comfortable, and perfectly spacious for two (we stayed in the studio) - We highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a romantic getaway in Beaune. Thanks again Nathalie for a wonderful experience."

  • Great Home Away from Home

"We rented the apartment for 4 weeks while staying in Beaune as our base for visiting Burgundy. We found everything as advertised as the apartment was just right for our needs. Everything was in good order and all of the appliances, kitchen, washer/dryer, etc worked well. It is clear that the apartment has been renovated well and is well maintained. Since we stayed for a month, we cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen well equipped for making almost any meal. We did buy one cooking dish and left that to pass on to others since we enjoyed the place so much. In all of our conversations by email with the owners, replies were very quick and helpful even though they were on holiday in Canada. Local help was available if needed but we never had to use that. We invited a few fellow travelers over that we had met and all were impressed at the quality of the apartment compared to their accommodations. We loved Beaune. The city is just the right size for a livable little town with everything in easy walking distance. We did rent a car for half of the trip to visit other areas and a parking pass was provided by the owners such that we could park right outside our front door. But without a car, we used the train which was only a 10 minute walk away. We feel we have found a true home away from home and hope to be back soon!"

  • Could not be better

"We spent a week in the wonderful city of Beaune. This apartment is probable the best and largest VRBO apartment we have stayed in. Location is right in center of town, but still quiet at night. Every amenity was taken care of. Joce even picked us up and took us back to the train station. The Saturday Market was huge. The little park just a little west of the city was wonderful. Remember to take a train or drive to Dijon and just follow the "owl" markers in the side walk for a great tour of Dijon."

Beaune Travel Tips

Choose to Stay in Beautiful Beaune Vacation Rentals

Just east of the heart of France, you'll find Beaune, a fascinating wine town. Take a break from the bustle of everyday life and escape to one of the Burgundy villas. It's easy to rent a stylish flat in the center of town for a romantic holiday, or a charming apartment just outside the city for the relaxing break that you deserve. If the whole family's ready for vacation, rent one of the Burgundy villas in the countryside. Many of these country estates, like Chateau Des Barrigards, offer fully equipped kitchens and spacious sleeping accommodations. You'll be surrounded by fields, vineyards, and gardens, and you just might have a view of a church from the 1300s.

What Beaune Travel Offers You

The top attractions in Beaune are the wineries. Take a tour through the sprawling vineyards of Burgundy, and sample the many wines and cognacs of the region, while learning about the art of making wine. Although Beaune lacks a Grand Cru winery, it's home to the annual wine auction in November, which is a charity for the Hospices de Beaune. It's worth visiting the hospice itself. Formerly a refuge for the poor, it's now a museum that features a geometric, polychromatic roof. If you're in Beaune, check out the statue of famed mathematician Gaspard Monge, and enjoy shopping around the square.

Home Again to Burgundy Villas

At the end of the day, you're ready for your own bed. Beaune vacation rentals offer a home away from home, where you'll have all the amenities of your own house, right there in Burgundy. Sit by the garden or on the balcony of your villa, and open a fresh bottle of wine from the local vineyards. Watch the sun set over the fields from the comfort of your vacation rental.
