  • Outstanding

"A wonderful property, beautifully maintained and fantastically located, it is an amazing place to spend a family holiday. The centre of town is an easy walk away and the lovely Bouillabaisse beach is a very short distance. I thoroughly recommend it."

  • Beauty and Serenity with Sea View!

"My husband and I stayed at Ornella's studio for one week at the end of July and Ornella's flat was absolutely spectacular! The view from the balcony looks like a postcard, and the use of space in the extremely clean (and cool apartment with great AC) was carefully considered; for a studio, the flat feels much larger than it actually is due to an wonderful array closet space. The kitchen and bathroom are actually quite big by European standards, and again, the use of cabinet space is incredible. The whole apartment is superbly equipped with everything one might need down to extra outlet adapters for various countries. We were never in need of anything! Ornella is lovely, always responded to my communication promptly, and was even kind enough to leave us a wonderful bottle of wine. Nadine, the caretaker of the flat, was flexible and met us outside of the normal arrival hours and was very kind and helpful, as well. In addition, the flat was perfectly clean when we arrived. You cannot beat the view of the stunning Cote d'Azur from the large balcony. The proximity to Monaco, the small village of Cap d'Ail, and the larger city of Nice makes it very convenient yet still remote enough and private to feel as though you are in a non-touristy destination. My husband and I would definitely recommend this flat, and have already made an inquiry for the whole month of December for the holidays. Thank you Ornella!! All the best, Danielle and Yan"

  • Peille apartment

"We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Deni's apartment in this beautiful and quaint village. The accommodations were comfortable and well equipped. It made a cozy and convenient location from which to visit Nice, Monaco and Eze. Parking was available in the town lot and we were able to drive in a bit closer for loading and unloading the car. Denis did not let his little English and our little French become a barrier to our communication, as he sought out a friend from the village to help translate! We had the pleasure of having dinner at a village restaurant run by Remy. He was a warm, interesting, amiable guy who took a genuine interest in our family. We also availed ourselves of the local boulangerie. The village itself was full of photo opportunities and historical interest. Finally, the views up and down the mountain were spectacular."

  • Excellent Apartment

"My son (age 24) and I stayed here for 5 nights and you cannot beat the location. Hotel Negresco is likely the most widely known hotel in Nice for its rich history and is located perfectly on the promenade. The private beaches are both east and west (but mostly east) of the hotel and you are just steps from beautiful restaurants along the promenade. The apartment itself is located on the 2nd floor, and is the first door out of the elevator. This makes it very convenient when coming home at night or leaving in the morning to make a quick entry or exit. It also was much larger than we had expected. We felt right at home and had plenty of space to move around, even with the pull out beds unfolded. The best part, however, was the functionality of the air conditioner. It kept the entire apartment very cool at all times, and was conveniently remote-controlled. The pull out beds are comfortable, but the couch that doesn't fold out could easily be used as a bed, as my son found it to be the most comfortable. We were very pleased with the quality of the sheets and pillows, as well. The bathroom is very spacious and has an incredible jacuzzi bathtub with shower. The kitchen is a one person space but included all the dishes, silverware and tools you need to pretty much do anything you like. Overall, the apartment looks even better than what the pictures present, and we found the property to be of such good value that we'd recommend it to anybody. If we find ourselves back in Nice, hopefully this apartment will still be available as a rental. Thank you, Gloria!"
