  • Our Home Away From Home.

"I can't exactly recall how many times we have returned, but it's quite a lot. We think of Armelle's villa as our home away from home. It's very comfortable, has a very good kitchen with everything you need, and it's location is very good and quiet. Access to Cannes is simple, whether you walk or drive. We also thoroughly enjoy Armelle's company and sense of humour."

  • The perfect place to stay

"I stayed here with two friends for 5 days and it was the best place we could have asked for. The ability to come and go while still having a private kitchen was great. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including pots/pans, dishes, etc. Luciano was a very gracious host making sure to take some time out to speak to us about what our plans were and where we should go. He pointed out some good restaurants, shopping areas, nightclubs, and best of all where we could get some ice cream. We had scheduled an 8PM arrival - but due to driving from Venice italy that day and getting lost we did not get to Villasud until about 1AM in the morning. We were concerned about arriving so late but luciano could not have been more welcoming even at 1AM. He was nothing but concerned and was just happy to see we were alive. I highly recommend looking into staying here - it is just as good if not better as any hotel you could stay at. I will be staying here again when I go back to Nice."

  • Fabulous location

"We had a very relaxing week in St Jeannet. The villa was comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and had a wonderful view over the Mediterranean. The location was ideal for us as it was so quiet yet close enough to walk to the village bakery, butcher and lovely restaurants . The village is full of character and lovely to explore. We had a hire car but there was a bus service from the tourist office car park a short walk up the hill (didn't use it) There was an excellent supermarket a short drive away in Le Peyron. The booking and payment process with Philippe was very easy. We would certainly recommend this property."

  • A Real Value

"The place is as described. In our three-week experience in three French towns, the price is a relative bargain. Gloria was responsive and helpful. Walking almost anywhere is possible but learning to use the public transit is easy and cheap. There is a supermarket, the "U", just around the corner. We ate breakfast and supper in and ate lunch out. The washer/dryer combo does a better job of washing than drying, so we made us of the supplied drying rack."
