  • Wonderful stay, great for family

"My wife, kids (ages 6 & 2) and I spent the second half of August in Veronique’s home in Antibes. It was two weeks or a four-week trip to France, which was a spectacular vacation. Veronique and her sister were warm, welcoming and very helpful. Our two-year old had an ear infection, and Veronique assisted in getting the US-equivalent of urgent care (SOS Medicine). The home was beautiful, and had two wonderful terraces. On several nights, we watched fireworks from the terraces in the evening. The home is in the heart of the old town, in a perfect location. This was our first time renting an apartment (we usually use hotels and take shorter trips), and I was nervous about the payment approach upfront (international wire, etc…). Turns out there was no reason to be concerned at all, everything went perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked meals on several nights. The AC worked well in each room and was reliable throughout the trip. We had several meals at the restaurant down the hill from the house, and they were all excellent (and welcoming of kids). The house is within walking distance of several beaches, the main old town, the farmers market in town center, pharmacies, and wonderful bread store (patissierie). The home is exactly as described, and we would highly recommend anyone considering, and found it particularly workable with young children."

  • Ideal Location on the Riviera

"This apartment is easily one of the most thoughtfully appointed apartments we've rented in Europe - from the IPOD docking station with good sound system, the DVD player that plays U.S. DVDs, nespresso machine with coffee pods, printer, and fully equipped kitchen. This is the first place we've rented that had enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, soap and dry goods for our entire stay. It is perfect for a couple, especially if one person snores and her spouse needs to escape to another room. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and the sofabed in the study is fine. There were plenty of sheets and towels, and it was nice to have 1.5 bathrooms. However, this place is really about the VIEW, which is fabulous. The building sits above a busy street, which is both positive and negative. The positive aspect is that it is easy to get anywhere in the area from the apartment. You are steps away from a bus to Nice, Monaco and especially Cap Ferrat (a must!). You can walk downhill to the train station going to all points along the coast, as well as to the beach (great ice cream at the kiosks). You can also walk downhill to the old town with all of the necessary shops, and then you can get exercise walking back up. If you prefer, you can hop on the bus to the supermarket, but we patronized the shops in the old town. The only negative is the street noise. The windows are double-paned, which muffles the sound and there is less traffic at night. We are sensitive to noise, but easily managed 10 nights by using ear plugs to sleep and playing music in the living room during the day. The location and the view really make this place a find!"

  • Wonderful Location & Space!

"We stayed at the apartment for a full week with a few people and had an amazing time. It's very close to the beaches and Palais. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. It would be great if the toilet room could be a little larger but it was not a big deal. Also, the wifi was very good. Lots of markets/grocery stores and cafes around the corner. Would stay there again!"

  • Great Place!

"Great stay in Saint-tropez! I took my family to Saint-Tropez last May. It was a magnificent stay. The house is modern yet cozy, sunny and private. The garden is lush and the pool was heated and perfect. The location is ideal, very close to everything... the beach during the day and the town and the scene at night. I liked that we were in a private domain. It felt very secure. The house manager was very helpful and the house was immaculate. The bedrooms were very spacious as well as the walk-in closets . The house had a great feel. We hope to come back next year ."
