  • High Tech and on the Beach

"The charming owner, Richard, met us at the beautiful Stellamar apartment building which is directly across from the Mediterranean. The apartment was clean, up-to-date and had very nice amenities as pictured. It was comfortable sleeping for four, and there was a grocery store around the corner and many nice restaurants close by. The Old Town of Nice was a longish walk, but buses stop frequently in front of the apartment. The garden was lovely and perfect for having a glass of wine and enjoying the sea air."

  • Beautiful and perfect villa!

"From the first intoxicating whiff of flowers as you enter the property to the gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea below, you will be swept off your feet. The photos do not do this villa justice. It is so much more beautiful in reality. We had a wonderful week stay and loved the villa so much we did not want to leave. Every part of this house was perfect: the beds are extremely comfortable, the shower pressure's good, the kitchen is installed with up to date appliances and there are many areas to sit and enjoy the villa. We had more than enough room for 2 children, 2 teenagers and 4 adults. The house is extremely clean and tidy and the owners make sure that everything is working and modern. The villa is located on top of a hill in Nice. Although buses run right to the top of the hill, we found it better to rent a car. Be warned that the road to the villa is narrow and curvy. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes to get to downtown Nice. The owners are very honest and easy to talk to and we received our entire deposit back within a couple days. I will never stay anywhere else when I'm in Nice."

  • Couldn't wait to get back to this sweet apt every day

"We loved this beautifully appointed apt. Right in the middle of the Massena shopping area. Close to everything. Nice lighting with small balcony with lovely small kitchen. Four flights of stairs may be the only thing you may find unfavorable but we would definitely come back."

We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nice. Thank you Richard and Jean-Pierre for your warm greeting upon our arrival. We miss waking up to the wonderful ocean view!"

Nice Travel Tips

Enjoying Nice Vacation Rentals on the Mediterranean

Nice, France is perhaps one of the most romantic vacation destinations for anyone to experience. Although the location is not just for couples, it's also great for families and large groups. Part of enjoying really nice vacation rentals is finding property rentals with creature comfort amenities for groups of all sizes. Vacationing in the Mediterranean has become quite a popular location. Nice vacation rentals are unforgettable, and the French Riviera is the ultimate vacation location.

Nice Accommodations and Rich French History

The vacation rentals on the Mediterranean have attractive accommodations, but they also have a bit of history, making it more appealing. The French Riviera became a popular tourist vacation destination after World War II. It attracts many celebrities and is commonly known as the vacation playground for many of the rich, royal, and famous. However, many families are also beginning to take vacations at the south of France. Americans started frequenting the exotic vacation in the 19th century making it the coveted "go-to" place. The French Riviera villas are close to other historical attractions, including Rue des Belges, which is close to Festival Palace, and Rue d'Antibes that is located in one of many of the old small buildings in downtown Cannes.

French Riviera Villas that are Made for Kings and Queens

Although the French Riviera is commonly frequented by the rich and by royalty, in the French Riviera Villas you will find regular vacationers who love the atmosphere and surroundings. The Nice accommodations are fully furnished and equipped with high-end appliances and roomy bedrooms for the entire family. Their luxurious appeal is what keeps vacationers coming back often. If you're searching for Nice vacation rentals with rich scenery and interesting history, you can find your Nice accommodations right here on VRBO.com; your experience will be unforgettable.
