  • perfect vacation

"It was one of the best choices of my life for a summer holiday! The little village is more than lovely, not overcrowded, silent in the evenings but full of life during the day. The house is very close to the sea with a very agreable atmosphere of the old days, yet fully equiped with modern gaz stove and oven. One draw back though, you need a car to get around, Saint Tropez is 15km away..."

  • Beautiful apartment on edge of Nice old town

"We stayed in this apartment for Christmas 2014 and couldn’t have been happier. First of all, it is extremely well located within Nice – at the edge of the ‘old town’, overlooking the Place Massena and an approximately 3-4 minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its beach. Everything around it is just lovely. Second, it’s a beautiful apartment, well furnished, well equipped and well taken care of. Unlike many rentals that may have spartan and/or Ikea furniture, this one is well decorated and really feels like a home. If you’re considering this apartment – don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it! Although we were there in winter, I would definitely rent it in summer as well. It has a lovely terrace overlooking the Place Massena that I think probably gets afternoon/evening sun in the summer time. We (two adults in two separate rooms and a dog) enjoyed the large kitchen with its farmhouse-sized table, separate dining room and ample living room. One bedroom has an en-suite bath and one is located off the hallway – both are nice, clean and well maintained. The small third bedroom is accessed through the second (non-master) bedroom but also has direct access to the terrace (which could be locked in the case of using it for a child). The owners were also lovely, very helpful and very easy to deal with. They responded quickly to inquiries, provided all necessary information and were just very nice people. No fuss, no drama and they clearly care about maintaining a nice property. The apartment has good wifi, an excellently equipped kitchen, a parking garage (public, with fees) very close, a lift and really anything you could need. It was very easy to get into and out of Nice to visit nearby towns (subject to rush hour traffic at times)."

  • Great time in Nice

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your unit. It was so comfortable, convenient and quiet. Christian was very helpful and responsive. A really nice guy. Greg, the taxi guy, was great as well. Nice to have a dependable ride. The cab driver we took on arrival didn't have a clue where your place was even after speaking with one of the other cabbies. He ended up dropping us several blocks from the apartment and charging us €35 for the privilege. In any event, we had a great time in Nice and would love to return some day."
