  • Location, location, location

"Our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers stayed 6 nights here. The location is great, with Notre Dame station only a few minutes walk away, giving easy access to the Metro and the main rail lines to airport etc. This is a fantastic part of Paris, with so many cafes and restaurants literally at your door. The rest of Paris comes here to enjoy the evening, but you are already here!!! The apartment owners were prompt, and very eager to help out in any way they could. The kitchen and bathroom were both quite small, but the main bedroom and mezanine sleeping area were both a nice size and provided space for our family to spread out and relax. We would recommend this property to our friends."

  • Wonderful apartment right in a wonderful location

"There is so much to like about this apartment. Located in a safe, quiet but very convenient part of Paris, Olivier's apartment is spacious, clean and is a great place to come back to after a long day of exploring. Although very tiny, the elevator in the apartment block means that you won't have to lug your luggage up 4 flights of stairs yourself. The three separate bedrooms all in their own corner of the apartment allows for privacy and the beds are very comfy. The well-working wifi and option to call (for free) to landlines overseas was a huge benefit and one that my family was grateful for. The fully functioning kitchen with plenty of appliances meant that it was easy to make a meal at the apartment, although it would have been nice to have had a drying rack for the dishes. The two and a half bathrooms (the toilet is on its own) meant that more than one person could be utilising the bathroom at once. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries and lovely cafes nearby (Télescope just next door is great!), as well as the supermarket at Monoprix on Avenue de l'Opéra. It's almost crazy how convenient it is to get to the big tourist attractions (The Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, Eiffel Tower etc.) from the apartment either by Metro or walking. My family thanks Olivier for taking the time to check my family in, go through house rules and give us tips on exploring and navigating our way through Paris. I'm sure that being able to stay at such a great apartment positively affected our first time trip to Paris and I'd happily recommend this apartment to family and friends."

  • Great apartment, superb location!

"Loved this apartment. Philippe was very easy to work with and everything about the rental was clear up front. The room was exactly as expected, perfect for a short trip. Bed was very comfortable for a fold-out. Wi-fi worked perfectly and it was nice to have use of the phone, even though we needed it only rarely. Our rental deposit was returned before we'd arrived home. Such a great experience in such a great city! Would definitely recommend this apartment."

  • Loved it so much we're going back!

"What a find this was for us! Perfect for a couple who wants the flexibility of being on the edge of the tourists but in vrai Paris. Easy walk to the Latin quarter, and ile de la cite. The apartment was very comfortable for two and very clean, including the linens - something that was important to us. We stayed for over a month and would have loved to stay longer. The elevator was great after a long day of walking. The air conditioning was nice to have as Parisian weather can vary from cool to very hot, as it did for us. The proprietor is very helpful and as accessible as necessary. Great place to stay."
