  • J'aime PARIS

"A dear friend recommended this apartment for my two month stay in Paris. I so love the 5th....and this was perfect for me. It is close to Rue Mouffetard, my favorite street in all of Paris. Rue Mouffetard is perfect for shopping and restaurants with the Metro just steps away. It was neat and clean and fully equipped. The bathroom and the kitchen were a little small, but as I was alone for most of my two months, it was fine. My deposit was refunded when Mme. Sabine came by to check me out. Mme Sabine also helpful in arranging for a taxi to the airport. I look forward to my next stay. Word of caution--it is on the 3rd (really, the 4th) floor with no elevator."

  • Great Flat

"We are a family of three (one teen daughter) and we stayed in the flat for just shy of a week. It was a wonderful flat with an amazing location. So central to the Metro and just a block to the Louvre. The stairs to the 5th floor may seem daunting but were beautiful to look at as we ascended, since they seem original to the building. Each day felt like we were going back in time to a dreamy Paris one usually can only imagine. The flat had WI FI - (vital to any teen with limited international data) and also had a phone that one could use. The layout of the flat worked great for our small family. The living room had two couches that convert to a bed at night. A cafe table and small kitchen were great to have for mornings. The windows out provided a view of the rooftops one usually sees only in movies. We also loved that there was an amazing bakery just downstairs as well as laundry across the street. If you have a budget but want the moon and stars at your window this is your flat."

  • wonderful, and very special

"We - a family with three kids (4/5/7 years old), plus a grandmother - really loved the boat. The kids called it "our home" from day one on, and we all felt like that. Clean, lots of space, fully equipped, in the center of Paris, but on the river, which is very special - and very nice owners."

  • Excellent Location and wonderful owners

"My wife and I stayed from Sept 5th to Sept 11th, 2014. The communication about the stay prior was excellent. We arrived to be greeted with coffee and Muriel (the owner) explaining all the details of the apartment. The apartment as seen in the pictures has a living room with a sleeper sofa, chair, table with chairs, cabinet with glasses and utensils. A microwave, mini-fridge, hot water pot, french press coffee maker, etc. There is plenty of closet space for bags and clothes. The shower was tiny but the water pressure was extremely powerful. The bed is two singles made into one double. It is very comfortable. The best thing about the place is the location. It is a 3-5 walk to either the Rue de Bac or St. Germain des Pres Metro station. It is located among many shops and cafes. It was a 7-10 walk to the Louvre and Jardin de Tullieries. The area is extremely safe as the Police department is right around the corner from the apartment. Muriel and John were the most gracious hosts. We had some luggage issues and they were more than accommodating with our issue. Would highly, highly recommend this property."
