"This a nice-sized apartment in a wonderful location. Very comfortable and convenient for families. Jean-Noel and Myriam were pleasant and helpful and we felt comfortable with the rental process and the area. There are tasty restaurants and bakeries right nearby, as well as easy access to the metro. Many tourist attractions are also within walking distance. It is nice to have space for a family to spread out a bit, although the washer and dryer are the smallest I have ever seen!"

"An absolutely beautiful, restful abode in the 9th arrondissement. So close to everything, yet incredibly serene and quiet. Wonderfully appointed, with great attention to detail. Close to Rue de les Martyrs (may be misspelled) a wonderful street offering all kinds of delicious foods--fish, cheese, produce, wines, breads, etc. Be sure to go to Les Saisons--the best restaurant I visited in Paris."

"This was our family's first adventure using VRBO, so while I was a bit nervous being a first time adventurer, Julia helped guide us through the reservation process and made us feel at home. The apartment was perfectly comfortable for our family of four. We never felt on top of each other. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds that our 15 and 12 yr old were delighted to use. There was adequate kitchen space for getting making coffee to go with our morning croissant (the boulangerie is just up the street) and putting together dinner in the evening (again, stop by the boulangerie and pick up a baguette). The place is delightfully quiet at night so we could easily rest each evening after a full day in Paris. The location was perfect as it is about equidistant from two metro stops that connect you to different sides of the city (Eiffel one way, Notre Dame the other). We spend five wonderful days in Julia's apartment and would happily return in he future."

"We had the pleasure of spending two weeks this month ( July 15) in this lovely apartment. The location right off of Rue de la Roquette was perfect for our daily treks across Paris. The Bastille metro is steps away, markets are conveniently nearby, and restaurants abound. The energy of the Bastille is near, however this apartment looks over a beautiful interior garden providing a quiet oasis from the city. The apartment is well appointed, beds are comfortable and the living space is roomy. The kitchen is great and includes modern amenities. Each day as awoke we were well rested, and each day when we returned from our Parisian adventures would declare " we're home". We will definitely remember this trip and this beautiful spot."
