  • Wonderful Apartment! Fabulous Location!

"My husband and I stayed here for a week in late March 2015. The apartment is wonderful, and the location is fabulous! The apartment is situated in a residential neighborhood near the Bastille with lots of nearby restaurants and three grocery stores, including a Biocoop with lots of vegetarian options. Also, the apartment is only a few blocks away from a convenient Metro line. You can get anywhere is the city easily from here. The apartment owners Cathy and Alan were in communication beforehand, with information and recommendations about transportation, restaurants, etc. They also emailed us during our stay to make sure that we were comfortable. Notably, the apartment has reliable internet access, which is a major requirement when we travel. This was actually the first European apartment that we have rented in years in which the internet was functioning properly. The apartment was extremely comfortable, so much so that we are already thinking about planning our next visit to Paris, now that we have found accommodations that we like. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!"

  • First time Parisian

"My family and I (wife and 2 daughters,14 and 15) stayed in this apartment for 9 nights the last week of November and we couldn't have been happier. We arrived at CDG Airport and took the RER into the city and got off at the stop we thought best for the key retrieval. It took us a little longer to find the key location which was a little annoying dragging our suitcases, jetlag, etc. The printed pictures and map provided were not very helpful but in retrospect the problem could very well have been due to our own ignorance, jet lag, etc. The apartment could not have been located any better. There were several little issues that we found when we arrived, like the phone and the coffee maker wasn't working and a chair was broken. I sent an email Joel Noel and the next day a maintenance man came and fixed the phone and dropped of a new coffee maker. Another complaint was that the large sliding doors for the bedroom were extremely difficult to operate, so they stayed open. The lay out of the apartment still provided enough privacy to not be an issue. The WiFi was not what we were used to at home, very frustrating to two teenagers and their social media, but not a huge deal to anybody else. The apartment was very quiet and well appointed and secure with everything you would need or want for your stay. We received our deposit with in a day or two of checking out. Overall it was like a home away from home and we truly felt like Parisians for our too brief of a stay. We are definitely going back and won't hesitate to stay in this apartment if available."

  • Pied-à-terre à St Germain, très bien

"My husband and I spent one week in this apt. at the turn of April and May. We can recommend it in many ways. The location is of course number one. Everything is close at your hands: metro, buses, museums, restaurants, cafes, shops. We have stayed in many hotels in the same area but were happy to rent the apt. this time as it was much more comfortable to stay at “home” than in a tiny hotel room. Had pretty rainy weather that week. The apt. itself is spacious and well-equipped (TV pretty old fashioned though), has a very fast wifi connection, bedroom is quiet, kitchen works well. However, if the apt. would be mine, I’d do something to make it a bit cozier. Definitely the first thing would be to change the big, light living room carpet which is stained all over. Makes look the whole living room dirty though it’s not. The apt. info is fastened impractically inside on the door where it is inconvenient to read. I’d appreciate if everything would be in a folder instead. When arriving had some key problems but the manager office arranged everything in decent time which is not at all the case generally when staying in Paris or in France. Moreover this incident got us acquainted with our charming and helpful next door neighbor. The whole renting process with InBeauParis and Jean-Noël went fluently. The deposit fee was back on my account the next day I came back home. Thank you."
