"Our family stayed in the flat during our first visit to Paris. The location is perfect as it's just a couple of blocks to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro. It is located in a quiet residential area so there was very little street noise. The flat itself is very clean and well appointed with guide books, Metro Maps, and Paris tourist information. The kitchen has everything you could need for meal preparation and the market is very close by. We had a wonderful visit and hope to return soon!"

"Michelle was very helpful with my questions ahead of time. She arranged for someone to pick up my party of 5 adults from the Gare du Nord station. We were met at the door and introduced to the apartment and all the facilities. We were early and they were still cleaning so we dropped our luggage and went to lunch. Even though it is a small apartment and there were five of us we loved it and there was plenty of room. The decorations are very Parisian and the linens are luxurious. The kitchen is very well outfitted and a separate washer and dryer was an unusual benefit. The apartment is almost decorated like a ships cabin with every inch of space well laid out. We all ate breakfast together every morning and enjoyed the antique cups and bowls. What can I say about the location? There is no better location in Paris in my opinion. And there was everything we needed on the block: boulangerie, framagerie, marche, restaurants, and cool shops. Pylones had the coolest kitchen gadgets and gifts, we went back several times. David referred us to the Cage St. Regis for a informal meal and it was just what we were looking for that night. I would recommend it for parties up to 5 adults, but you need to get along as there are no real separate bedrooms. We can't wait to return to Juliette1"

"We had an amazing stay at Le Deco. It's situated in a great, non-touristy neighborhood. We felt very safe walking around and all of Paris is easily accessible from the 3 Metro stops that are less than 5 minutes away. Sights like Notre Dame are easily within walking distance. There are a lot of lively spots just a few minutes walk away, but the apartment itself is located on a side street and was pleasantly quiet at night, even with the windows open. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with beautiful Art Deco touches like tables and lamps. Thanks to very clever planning, there is ample room to store everything, so the space never felt cluttered. The separate laundry room is a great bonus and really came in handy when the weather turned cooler than expected and we were able to wash the warm clothes we brought. The kitchen has every gadget you could possibly want, although there are so many delicious restaurants nearby that we never actually managed to cook! Be sure to try L'As du Fallafel (a short walk away), which has some of the best falafel you'll ever have. It only took a couple of days for us to feel like we were truly at home in Paris, in large part due to Le Deco. Staying there helped make our vacation truly magical! We'll definitely stay there again when we return to Paris."
