"We loved this flat...especially the extra touches of fresh flowers and a bowl of apricots."

"So .... sadly, we are home now, back in New York City. We spent the most wonderful week in Paris. How magnificent your city is and how perfect was our apartment. The location of the apartment was fabulous and we found many wonderful cafes to dine in, literally just outside our door. We were able to walk everywhere and return home to our perfect little neighborhood and a beautiful apartment.
The instructions you left to run the apartment were perfect!! Unfortunately, we always seemed to read them AFTER we called you for help!!!! I must tell you ..... we did master the stove and loved your comment about the necessity of having a PHD to do so! Thank you for all of your help and for being so kind with the arrangements.
I plan on bringing my son back to paris within the next year or so and will definitely look at your properties for rental purposes.
Merci mille fois!"

"This luxurious apartment is perfectly located in one of the most elegant & sophisticated areas of Paris. It is situated in a quiet courtyard, away from the busy streets, with its own cobbled outdoor patio where we often relaxed with our coffee and baguettes. We loved returning to peace and quiet at the end of a busy day. We appreciated the air-conditioning on both floors; this is the “proper” air-conditioning, not those noisy floor units on wheels! We enjoyed the two spacious marble bathrooms and constant hot water. The Nespresso coffee machine was used frequently & you’ll find a couple of Nespresso shops close by for further supplies. There are two excellent bakers nearby as well: Au Delices de Manon at 400 Rue St Honore and Eric Kayser at 33 Danielle Casanova. We also highly recommend for lunch or dinner (closed weekends): La Cordonnerie on Rue St Roch, where booking is advised. The shopping trolley provided was a boon; so much easier than carrying a load of bags – we took it to the Bastille Market and also the market at Ave President Wilson. We so enjoyed our recent week here & are longing to come back - we have already booked for next year!"

"This apartment was the perfect nesting spot for our visit to Paris. We were there for 9 days so it was wonderful to have the convenience of a fully equipped apartment. We ate breakfast there every day (with fresh croissants from the bakery just down the street) and had lots of wine and cheese time while gazing out at the fascinating view. The apartment is very centrally located - just a short walk to the park for picnics or to key museums. The bathroom is quite roomy, the beds were comfortable, and Patrick was a great host (and speaks perfect English). I would highly recommend this apartment for 2-4 people."
