When May I Move In???
"Gosh, where do I begin?
The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos!! It is creatively and tastefully decorated with a delightful feeling of whimsy that is perfect for Paris. Right on the corner downstairs is a boulangerie for fresh bread, down the street is a great little grocery store and the Metro and buses are steps away. Next to the grocery is a yummy patisserie, filled with sweet delights. The apartment is situated off the Blvd. L'Opera in an area filled with Asian restaurants that are great. Fear not, though, classic French brasseries and restaurants are nearby. The walk to the Louvre is about 10 minutes, same for the gorgeous L'Opera and the major department stores and boutiques in the City. The location is perfect for viewing the old City, plus the main tourist office for Paris is right next to the grocery store. You can buy tickets for everything you want and skip the lines, get Metro tickets etc. Everything you need is at your fingertips!
We chose to have breakfast at home everyday and had two or three dinners there as well if it was a tiring day sightseeing. The kitchen is petite but has everything you need. There is a sweet WC and a separate bathroom with a very nice shower! In addition, a washer/dryer! No need to pack tons of clothing; save room for goodies to bring home with you! The loft bedroom is very nice; a comfortable king size bed and a bureau. There is an armoire downstairs by the bathroom for hanging clothing in as well.
Christine is just the best hostess. She spends plenty of time telling you everything you want to know and is always available if you need help or have any questions at all. Her manager, Fadila, is so sweet. She doesn't speak English but seems to understand everything and is most helpful. She picked us up at the airport and dropped us off as well for a very reasonable fee. The service all around is wonderful. Trust me, you are in good hands!
My parting words. Both my husband and I felt "at home" and were happy to return to this charming apartment after a busy day. I would love to stay here longer and experience Paris in depth. You will fall in love with Christine and her fabulous apartment!! C'est magnifique!"

"My daughter and I recently stayed in this Studio for 6 nights. The apartment is very small but well equipped. I had the sofa bed which was surprisingly comfortable and my daughter the loft bed which she said was very cozy. The place is well equipped and is a couple of blocks away from the Louvre. The location couldn't be better as Rue St Honore is an amazing shopping street. Patrick is a lovely host and is a pleasure to deal with. Rent with confidence. This is our third stay in one of his apartments."

"Just a short note to thank Ashley and Laurence for the stay we had at the apartment. It is truly gorgeous. The location can't be beat. The apartment so comfortable, I now think of it as my home in Paris. To Laurence, thank you for meeting us, explaining everything and sending us off at the end of our stay. You are truly a delight. And the last you Ashley for allowing us to stay in your truly amazing apartment. I hope to be back!"

"We enjoyed our stay in Paris immensely and would not hesitate to stay here again. The best feature of the property is the location. A grocery store and many restaurants are literally around the corner. The Chatelet Les Halles station is only a few hundred meters away. (Word of advice: When exiting Chatelet Les Halles, use the Porte du Pont Neuf exit. It’s the closest.) The Louvre and other Central Paris attractions are within very easy walking distance. The property is quiet. The layout of the apartment suited our family of four nicely. Mom & Dad in the Master Bedroom, and 2 teenage kids in the 2nd bedroom. All in all, we loved the property and would recommend it for families.
Hope to visit again in the future."
