Very central, lovely and clean apartment
"We had a lovely stay in this apartment in Paris in early September. The apartment is very central, we could walk to the Eiffel tower, the Louvre and Notre Dame. The owners sent their friend Romain to assist us and he was very helpful. The apartment was clean and the kitchen is very well stocked with a washing machine and dish washer. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment met all the criteria in the brochure. It was very compact, but extremely well provided with furnishings and utensils. We probably used about 10% of these items as we only had light breakfast in the apartment. Local boulangerie provided excellent croissants and crepes. We had an excellent selection of cafes and restaurants and like many other facilities were within a few minutes walk. The big bed was very comfortable. Other reviewers have commented on the shower. It is very cramped even for an average sized person. Adapting to it represents the only challenge in the apartment. The local super market (next door) has a splendid range of foods, toiletries and wines!
Our leaving presented a problem ALL the taxis were on strike or blockading airports, as a protest against "uber"
However, we had a knight in shining armour! Enzo our manager, carried our heavy case to the Les Halles station, shepherded us through ticketing and turnstiles and literally put us on the right train for Gare de Nord our destination. All this was well beyond any call of duty for him. We cannot praise his dedication to us highly enough. God Bless you Enzo.
We would, with doubt, return here again if the opportunity presents."

"As a Mom traveling on her own with two of her boys I was a bit apprehensive about renting an apartment in a foreign country. From the first communication with Eric I knew I was in great hands. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and went the extra mile to ensure that our trip was AMAZING! The apartment was wonderful and so well located. It was furnished beautifully and the pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen has everything you need. We loved picking up groceries from the local market and boulangerie and having breakfast and coffee in while enjoying the fabulous views. Thank you for helping us create so many cherished memories in Paris Eric, we hope to return."

"We had a great time staying at this apartment - it was perfect for me and two teenage girls. Apartment was clean and updated and had everything we needed. It was centrally located - 5 minute walk to the Louvre or the Tuileries. Everything we needed was close by - cafes, bakeries, Metro. Apartment was pretty quiet for how busy the surrounding area was - no street noise. Would definitely recommend this apartment."
