"Our apartment was amazing!! It was large and able to accommodate all of us, my family was celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. The kitchen is modern and gorgeous, we were gifted with coffee, tea, and various snacks. There are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with twin beds. There also was a television room with a couch that folded out into a bed. There were two full baths and one half bath, lots of towels available. The street is lined with lovely cafes and wine bars. The folks at Paris Perfect were very customer friendly, I called prior to my trip with a couple of questions and they were very nice. Paul, our greeter, was great fun. He met us when we arrived and gave us an overview of how everything worked and what was expected of us. If you need transportation, I highly recommend using their service with Victor, he was awesome."

"This apartment was perfect for our first visit to Paris. It's central location near the Tuileries Gardens made it convenient to walk to the Louvre, musee de l'Orangerie, and musee d'Orsay. A nearby Metro station gave us access to the rest of the city and connections to trains for out of town adventures. Close to restaurants, a wine store, a fabulous bakery, a grocery store and an ATM just across the street. Patrick was a wonderful and humorous host, taking the time to explain everything about the apartment and about the surrounding area. Elevators to the fifth and sixth floor gave easy access. However, the elevators were quite tiny and not for the claustrophobic. It was very clean with modern kitchen appliances. The bathroom had plenty of light and hot water. It perfectly suited my wife and I for our week-long stay. We highly recommend it."

"My wife and I have been privileged to only stay at 4 and 5 star hotels over the past 30 years, but were persuaded to try VRBO by some friends who had a positive experience with renting an apartment instead of another hotel stay. We found what looked to be comfortable apartment in a great location just steps from the Louvre and most other City of Paris attractions, so we took a chance. Can't tell you how glad we are that we did.
Not only is this delightful, spacious apartment charming and extremely well appointed in a location that can't be beat, it comes with an owner/manager who couldn't be more helpful, responsive or considerate of his tenants, who he treats as valued guests.
The owner lives here himself during the winter months and the fact that this is a home and not just a rental shows in the great eclectic style of the apartment and in its upscale finishes and furnishings.
If you want a deluxe experience in a quant super convenient, safe and walkable upscale Paris location, this apartment will surprise and delight even the most seasoned world traveler.
We can't say enough about this fabulous experience except to say we will returning to VRBO for our next vacation plans and only hope to find another apartment the equal to our first VRBO choice.
You won't be disappointed!! Only one cautionary note: the apartment is on the 4th floor of a 5 story building with the ground floor being "0", so if stairs are a problem, this might not be for you."

"The apartment was even better than the pictures and bigger than we thought it'd be. Gunnar was quick to respond during the booking process and made us feel comfortable about our upcoming visit. We utilized the offer of setting up transfers to and from the airport. No glitches, Patrick the driver was waiting for us when our plane arrived and we enjoyed our conversations with him during our rides. Connie was waiting for us at the apartment even though we had a very late arrival. She is wonderful and explained little details that made our stay easier. She was available and answered us promptly when we had questions during our stay. The apartment is in a good location, you feel safe and secure. Of course the bakery downstairs, as many others have said, is delicious and very convenient! The apartment had everything you'd need and made you feel you stepped into a very Parisian life. Our family of four couldn't have enjoyed our stay or visit to Paris more. Our daughters (20 and 12) loved the loft area and we appreciated the large bedroom on the other side of the apartment. From the first quick response from Gunnar to Patrick the driver to Connie making us feel at home and answering all of our questions, they made our visit to Paris perfect and without problems or glitches! We can't wait to visit Paris again and would definitely stay here if it's available!
Thank you Gunnar for sharing your place with us! And thank you Connie for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable!
Suggestions if you're planning a stay:
This apartment does not have an elevator (typical of older Parisian buildings) so if you have any problems climbing flights of stairs, this location may not be suitable for you. However we had no issues and actually found the winding wood staircase beautiful!
Specific places to try during your visit, L'AS du FALLAFEL for the best falafel's and Breizh Cafe for out of this world crepes!"
