Great short break!
"The apartment is perfect for a weekend away in one of the most vibrant cities in the world. My 3 friends and I went over and were blown away by the location of the place and the surrounding area. Perfect size for 4 people to live comfortably and you are spoiled for choice when it comes to places to eat. You're only a few metres walk from a pizzeria or sit-down restaurant all of which are very reasonably priced. A brief walk up will take you to Sacre Couer which has the greatest view of the city bar the top of the eiffel tower, and the metro takes you wherever you want and stations are located all around the area of the apartment. All in all a great weekend and a fantastic place to stay. I would highly recommend it and would definitely go again."

Marais Location is Perfect and Apartment was Wonderful--13 Day Stay in May
"Highly recommend this apartment
Two couples comfortably stayed This place was exceptional;
Location, Location, Location in the middle of the Marais!!!!
--800 yards from one of the great farmers markets in Paris at the Bastille. Open Sunday and Thursday. We went 4 times during our stay and bought incredible fruits, vegetables, seafood, beef, cheeses, crepes, baguettes, and flowers. We ate in half the nights and we ate really well because of this market.
--3 short blocks from Place de Vosges--this was Royal Palace of Louis 13. Now a beautiful large grassy square with fountains. We took dinner and wine to the park one night.
--2 blocks from two great bakeries--one toward Place de Vosges on Turenne one on Rue St Gilles
--1 block from nice supermarket on Rue St Gilles
--100 restaurants within half a mile. We especially enjoyed Chez Janou (make reservations early--we had one delicious meal and tried to make another reservation 2 days before and it was too late) on Rue Roger Verlomme about 3 blocks away and Les Bougresses (ate here twice for delicious 3 course meal for 25 Euro) about 4 blocks away, We also did take out at Pasta Linea (excellent pasta) 3 blocks away and Slyce (pizza) one block away on Turenne toward Place de Vosges. Jewish quarter was nearby and had great Falafel from famous Falafel take out.
--800 yards from St Paul metro which takes you to all the major sites
--Butcher shop next to St Paul metro with great chicken
--One block from Picasso Museum and two blocks from Carnavalet Museum
Apartment--probably 100 years old. Old and charming
--Apartment was very clean.
--Lovely living room with numerous paintings
--Excellent dining room
--Two large bedrooms with plenty of closet and storage space
--2 private bathrooms
--Small but well equipped kitchen. We did not use dishwasher--washed dishes by hand
--Great wifi and free wifi calls anywhere in the world from the apartment phone.
--Very secure. Two doors with keypads to just get in the stairwell and then double locked apartment door.
--Quiet but lots of activity on both streets the apartment overlooked.
--Booking was very easy. No surprises
--Local apartment manager met us when we arrived and oriented us to the apartment and local area. He also arranged for transportation to the airport and train station when we left."

"My wife and I spent a week in the Cabernet apartment after visiting London. We took the Eurostar from London to Paris and were picked up by Victor Cab Co. , as recommended by Paris Perfect. We were met at the train station and the driver alerted PP that we were on our way. We were driven to the apartment and met by a very nice PP representative, Veriti. She gave us a tour and explained all of the workings of the apartment. She also left us a book that explained how to use the different appliances and office and emergency numbers.
The apartment is beautiful. The view of the Eiffel Tower that you see on the website is the one you actually get from your dining/living room area. The balcony is small with two chairs and a small table. However, right behind this is the large dining table and four chairs. We opted to sit here when we ate breakfast or snacked at night. The best part was having a late night snack and watching the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower as we drank wine. We had two bathrooms with sink and shower and one bathroom had a toilet. This made getting ready to go out very easy for us. The bedroom and living area had separate air conditions that were quiet and efficient. Very nice since the weather was warm during our stay. We always closed the living area curtains when we went out since the sun is on that side of the apartment but we were never warm. Tower fans are provided. My wife and I would have our breakfast and just stare out the window. The bedroom is cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. You are supplied with two sets of towels each which was more then adequate for us. The kitchen was fine but we did not cook so we never used the oven. However, we did use the two coffee machines and, of course, the refridgerator. If you want to cook everything you would need is supplied. The washer/dryer is a combo unit and very small. If you are thinking about washing clothes don't do it in the apartment. There is a laundermat around the corner near the PP office. There is no doorknob to turn. You put the key in and push the door open. Do not forget to take your key or you will be locked out. The building is old but just what I expected and wanted. The elevator, however, is tiny. The building is old but just what I expected and wanted. You get into the building foyer with a key code. All very secure. The area is wonderful with many shops and restaurants. All in all it was one of the best vacations we ever had."
