"We were at the apt for three nights. The place was very clean, organized very good located, close to everything. Mr. Pirodi was a very nice and gentle and help us with tips about moving around the city. We were very happy to choose this apt. We definitely come back.

"We stayed at this apartment for four nights with our two children (ages 6 and 10) and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is close to the metro, tour bus stops and even some wonderful restaurants and shops (including a couple of grocery stores), but you really get a sense of living in Paris and don’t feel like you are surrounded by tourists. We discovered a fabulous bakery just at the corner, and only wish we could have stayed a few more days to explore the area more. The kitchen is small, but comes very well stocked. We were easily able to prepare a couple of meals there, which is a huge bonus when traveling with children. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, which was my favorite thing! The apartment is clean and the bed was much larger than I expected and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends and family."

"This apartment was great for solo traveler's stay in Paris. Apartment was located on quiet side street, but many shops, restaurants and bars are located nearby. With only a 10 minute walk to the river, it was very convenient to visit tourist sites and access to metro. The apartment included many extras, such as very helpful tourist information and guidebooks, along with plenty of utensils in the kitchen. Overall I enjoyed my stay, much better than some hotel room that all seem alike. I stayed 9 days, and recommend it for either a short or long stay."

"We had a delightful stay at the Grenache apartment in late September. While Paris is not terribly crowded at this time of year, it was still nice to escape the tourist areas to our own quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very nice and gave us more options to relax and dine. It was great to pop across the street in the morning and pick up fresh croissants for breakfast (they have the best ones in the neighborhood and they're only steps away!). It was also nice to find dinner in the markets on Rue Cler (only a 5 minute walk) and bring it back to the apartment in the evening. The Paris Perfect staff was terrific. We stopped by the office a few times during the week and someone was always there and ready to help. If you are considering a stay in one of the apartments, you shouldn't hesitate. I frequently travel for business and spend a lot of time in hotels (so I'm a relatively independent traveler) but I can't imagine a better way to spend a week in Paris."
