"This was recommended to us by friends and they were not wrong!
Eric's studio apartment is in the perfect location in Paris and he is a very considerate and courteous host. We were very comfortable during our 10 day stay and it was easy to get around using the metro and buses. We were completely satisfied and would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises."

"My husband and I stayed in this quaint apartment for our second stay in Paris. The location can not be beat. We walked or biked to most destinations. If it was a little further, we hopped on the Metro. The velib and metro station is a quick 5 minute walk from the apartment. Just down the street is the Rodin Museum. It is a quick walk to Invalides and a 10 minute bike ride to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment also has a washing machine and clothes dryer which made for very easy and light packing! We will definately stay here again during our next stay in Paris. Martine was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions prior to our arrival very promptly.I highly recommend this apartment."

"I will be honest, I was freaked out about getting the keys around the corner in a lock, but we went with it and it was fine. We arrived from Amsterdam via the train- went first class and booked a taxi on the train- much easier than waiting in line and we just took off from Gare Nord without any issues- the wait is ridiculous so if you have this an option and you are traveling by train- just do it- it will save you a load of headaches and time.
The apartment- it is all that you will need in Paris- it is small, but you aren't hanging out there. The internet and AC were fine. There is a fan if you need it- we were there in the summer. There is a small refrigerator. There is a grocery on the main street a few blocks away across from the metro line and there is a taxi stand there, too.
It is a great location and this part of Paris is lovely. You are close to so many great places in this area- restaurants, shops, and the Museum Carnavalet- make sure to go through the line and don't pay, but you still need to get a ticket. The Picasso museum- get a ticket ahead of time or be prepared to wait.
Working with the owner was easy as she is quick to respond. Do note, that there are clearly stated check in and check out times. If you need to check out later, make arrangements with her ahead of time."

"If you are going to Paris...this is your apartment. Perfect location just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower, three metro stops, and cute cafes. All the comforts you'd want at an apartment and Lori was very easy to work with, in fact, her partner (husband?) was in Paris and offered to come see us and give us some local knowledge. Price is extremely reasonable for the value. We were there with our two teenage daughters and it was perfect. Book it, you won't be sorry. Merci!"
