  • Would Stay Here Again

"Having previously stayed at hotels on all our vacations, this is the first time I tried an apartment rental. This place was recommended by a friend (who had stayed here before) and I must say, it did not disappoint. The size is just right and I like the amenities, most especially the free wifi. Moreover, shops, restaurants, a grocery, and the Metro are just literally 3-5 minutes by foot. There's no question that I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends."

  • Quincy - Paris

"What a lovely apartment! The decoration was very french and pretty. The kitchen and bathroom were small but very functional and with everything you need in it. Having the bathroom divided was odd at first, but very convenient for a party of four. We really loved the neighborhood with cafes, stores, patisseries, brasseries, good restaurants, markets and the Eiffel Tower just tho blocks away. It also had a metro station close by. The four of us enjoy our visit to Paris and staying at the Quincy, very, very much."

  • Ideal Location to live in "real" Paris

"Located in a pleasant neighborhood, a 5 to 10 minute walk from The Eiffel Tower, this apartment, where we spent 5 weeks in fall 2014, is set in a complex that has excellent security. The other reviews accurately describe the fine accommodations in this comfortable and relaxing place to stay, as well as the availability and helpfulness of the management. Equally conducive to a pleasant visit is the charming and friendly neighborhood. The pharmacist at the “Pharmacie de l’Avenue” took the time and trouble to make sure we understood the instructions for some medicine we bought there. The Boulangerie Patisserie across the street has excellent croissants, but be sure to visit the Patisserie Artisan “Un Idée de Desert”, a half a block to the left from the back entrance of the apartment complex. Run by the charming ladies Carol and Carima, it offers wonderful butter croissants, delicious bread, and excellent deserts. The boucherie next door to them is a good place to get both take out and food to cook in house, along with a nice bottle of wine. The restaurant “Le Presles”, one block to the left from the main entrance of the apartment complex, is one of a number of restaurants in the area that are patronized by the locals, and therefore offer good French cooking at reasonable prices. Le Casse Noix, a little further down the street is another. Both restaurants have well-selected wines, not likely to be found in the U.S. The closest Metro stop is only a few blocks away and is at the intersection of three different lines. As the other reviews have noted, this apartment is a quiet and comfortable place, within easy access to food and shopping, and to the museums, galleries, and concerts which make a trip to Paris memorable."

  • Great apartment in perfect location

"If you want to stay in an updated, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment in "real" Paris, this will be just right. The location is so quiet you'd never know you were in a big city, yet it is convenient to several Metro stops so you could get anywhere quickly. We miss our morning croissants and excellent cheeses bought just around the corner. I think the Rue de Commerce with its friendly local shops and restaurants is a "hidden gem" - no tour groups like you find in the more well-known parts of the city. We are planning another trip to Paris and look forward to staying here again."
