"This two story walk up is a compact, well laid out apartment with everything one needs for a stay. The street is quiet at night, a big plus. The Place des Vosges is literally around the corner, the Picasso museum a few minutes walk as is the rest of the Marais! Lots of great shops all easily accessible. Our favorite food shopping street is rue de Bretagne, maybe 10-15 minutes away. We'd happily recommend this place to others and hope to stay again in the future."

"Oh my! I LOVED my time in this flat in Paris. Catherine the owner is an incredible hostess. She answered all questions I had…everything from where to go to dinner to general questions about Paris. She is so hospitable and nice. I felt so safe in this flat traveling by myself to Paris. I absolutely adored the neighborhood and Catherine gives great advice on where the "true french" actually go for dinner in this arrondissement. The flat itself was comfortable with plenty of room…bathroom was nice… and lit ten kitchenette was very convenient. Go to the market at Place Monge…it is so worth it! I would come back here in a heartbeat. No complaints! Thank you Catherine!"

"First, booking and payment were very well managed. The manager was very good with communications before, during and after our arrival. Instructions for check in were easy to follow.
A group of 4 stayed here, including 1 couple and 1 teenager. It was perfect for our needs. The apartment is indeed up 4 flights of stairs, so you can work off all the baguettes and pain au chocolates you'll be eating! The loft area was perfect for our nephew. There is only 1 bathroom, and we had some trouble with the plumbing. A combination of a running toilet and a bathtub that wouldn't drain was discouraging, but of course, by the time we called our contact to report it, the problem rectified itself and we had no further problems. I think we used almost every appliance in the apartment and found the manuals to be helpful.
The location was convenient and felt safe. There is a bakery a few doors down and a grocery store (Carrefour) a few blocks up, next to a metro stop. The Pompidou is a few blocks down the street along with many cafes. There are also a few cute passageways nearby.
I would stay here again and would also recommend to friends and family."

"We had a delightful time in this charming flat. Everything was as Bettina promised and the location is minutes away from transit, bike rentals, bistros and charming little markets. It's a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes to the Seine and close to the Picasso museum. The quartier is quiet (a few party noises on Saturday night and an ebullient daycare/school across the street are al we heard.) One small note of caution: if you are planning on riding the Velib bikes to the centre of town during rush hour traffic, you take your life in your hands!"
