Warm, cozy, perfect location!
"We stayed for almost two weeks in this wonderful two bedroom apartment. It has lovely original wood beams and wood closets that make the place feel very warm. It has a lot of character and couldn't be more perfectly located....close to a couple metros, easy place to find taxis, and not far from the main train station, Gare du Nord. We couldn't have been happier.
The area is quiet as well, with some wonderful restaurants around. All in all, the place was very special."

"Apartment is in a good location, comfortable and for the most part quiet. WI-FI worked fine and kitchen was suitable and easy to use. The courtyard is a nice plus and the tiny elevator is helpful for loading suitcases. The only reasons I cannot give it a 5-Star is the master bathroom which is a liability attorney's dream come true. The design involves a "cat walk", a sunken tub and polished floors that turn into a skating rink when wet. I suffered a fall a week before and was happy to see a hand rail getting into the tub/shower, but the remodel design is ill-conceived. We were greeted by a friendly manager who didn't speak any English, so there was confusion. My Spanish came in handy somewhat since she spoke Portguese. Still, since there were no written instructions (Landlords you really need to do that) which tell you the closest place to buy groceries, pharmacy, and closest metro, we wasted time searching for items we needed. We were both recuperating from the flu, so our energy levels weren't great.
Despite all this, we would recommend the place unless you have balance issues or aren't agile. It is very Parisian and we absolutely loved The Marais neighborhood.
Do go to the best chocolatier in Paris nearby: Josephine Vannier's at 4 Rue du Pas de la Mule, a few blocks from the park."

"We had a wonderful time in this charming apartment (2 adults, 1 teenager). The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony. The neighborhood is lovely. We especially liked going to the Luxembourg Garden and walking through the open markets along Rue de Mouffetard. Another interesting place to visit is the Catacombs which is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment. The wait can be very long. We recommend going early (around 8:30-9:00 in the morning) with your breakfast and waiting for the 10:00 am opening. All in all, it was a great trip!"

"We stayed for 4 nights in September. The location is great if you want to be steps from Montmartre and there is a metro station across the street which will take you into the center pf Paris. The Apt is small but clean and has a pretty view out the window in the living room. The apartment is much darker in person than it appears in the pictures, but nice regardless.
My only real complaint were the extra expenses that seemed to appear after having booked the apartment. There was a fee to use paypal, we're responsible for paying a 5 euro fee to pick up the keys, should anything go wrong in the apartment while we're staying there..we would need to pay the neighbor to come and help fix the problem. I feel that all of those costs should have just been included in the original cost of the booking. I also found it inconvenient to have to leave 50 euro cash for the cleaning service. I would much rather have had that fee included in the cost of the booking so that I wouldn't have had to make sure to have extra cash on hand to pay the cleaner upon leaving.
Overall it was a nice stay."
