  • Ideal location

"We stayed in Dauphine for four nights in February 2015. Our children 8 and 9 years old loved the apartment. We found it to be very clean and well stocked with essential supplies. The location was ideal for discovering the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle and much much more. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back."

  • Excellent on all Counts

"What a perfect Paris apartment! It's spacious & airy, nicely furnished, homey & truly comfortable. The nice big bedrooms are a real treat. Location is great, right in the heart of Marais. Restaurants, shops, cafes, bakeries etc. are all close by. The Picasso Museum is a 5 minute walk & all other attractions are easy to get to. Brigitte is an excellent host . She provided us with fluffy towels & robes, coffee, tea & other goodies & plenty of good neighborhood info. There's even a phone for free calls to the U.S. & over 100 other countries. Our arrival was delayed 6 hours due to a train strike. Brigitte waited patiently & was in the apartment to greet us when we arrived. On departure day we had to leave before 7 AM on a Sunday to catch our flight home. Despite the early hour Brigitte came to see us off & wish us well. We will definitely book this apartment for our next Paris visit."

  • A treasure in the Marais

"We stayed in this appartment for two weeks in October. It's perfectly located if you are planning to take the Metro, and also central enough if you like to walk. Not only it has all the amenities to be your home away from home, but it also comes equipped with the basic kitchen staples and toiletries so you won't need to go shopping on your first day for shampoo and cooking oil. The shops in the neighbourhood are amazing...try the deli at the Monoprix for the most amazing variety of cheeses, and don't leave without trying the poulet farmier (free range chicken) at the rotisserie."

  • Location can't be beat

"This was a great little apartment - tiny like city center apartments will be, but most everything you could want. The layout worked - toilet near the door as you come in. Nice main room (where we hung out) with one of the double beds, the table and chairs, and a little kitchen alcove. That leads to another small room with a double bed and night table that takes up all of the room, then a hall closet, followed by a bathroom with sink and tub/shower. Restaurants galore just outside the building's door. Just a couple of blocks from Saint Michel on one side and Notre Dame in the other direction. Shakespeare and Company a block and a half away. I was actually pleasantly surprised that the apartment was very quiet even while in the midst of everything (no outside windows, just nice big windows onto the interior courtyard). The two double beds were very comfortable with nice linens. (I wouldn't put even a kid on the futon for more than a night because of the size and quality of it, but we slept three between the beds very comfortably). The owners provided good information ahead of time - I suggest paying close attention to it! The instructions for getting in are detailed and correct, but challenging with a jet-lagged brain. Be aware that there is a zigzag hallway to get to the apartment door, but it took us a day to realize that there are push buttons in the hallway that turn on lighting that whole way. Be prepared to buy toilet paper, soap, etc. I didn't meet, or really communicate more than an email back and forth, with the owners, but everything was very well set up. The couple managing the property for them were prompt with answers to a question we had. I'd definitely stay here again!"
