"just spent 4 days in August 3015 here. Great location to everything in Paris and even a few local things (bakery great, deli with French cheese, restaurant and grocery store). Small space but it has everything you need including wifi telephone and great instruction manual. Tips on driver from train station, taxi were great and property mgr representative was helpful. Would definitely return. Washer dryer seems small and takes forever but we didn't really expect to have these available anyways. Felt like home as soon as we arrived and security of building made us at ease. Sound does travel in complex so respect for quiet by all tenants and guests is understandable."

"Great size for the 2 of us in an area we love! Wonderful Restaurants, Cafés and Brasseries are all in walking distance! We also like to cook and the kitchen offers enough to prepare a nice breakfast and lunch. Gourmet stores like Bon Marche are very close, so is the fresh and Bio market, which is 3x a week and fun to visit.
The TV however is geared for French speaking guests, it is missing German stations and CNN but has all finance channels. Free phone and internet make it easy to stay in touch witch friends.
The Metro is just across the street and has great connections to everywhere in the city.
Convenient for walks is the Luxembourg park!"

"For the second time in 3 years I spent a month in this apartment with a friend. It could not have been better. Madame remembered us and welcomed us back. The apartment again was spotless, welcoming and well - stocked. A very spacious kitchen, bathroom, living area and bedroom. Tons of storage. It really felt like "our place" right from the beginning.
Now, a word about the neighborhood. It is one of the apartment's wonderful features. I thought I knew it quite well but was wrong. After 3 weeks in Paris, I had an accidental fall and fractured my foot. The French health care system was wonderful - but that is another subject for another time. Confined by hobbling to the little neighborhood surrounding the apartment, we discovered many more delights such as the art gallery / restaurant named Page 35, the candy shop "Meert", previously undiscovered little squares , parks, and murals etc. We returned to one of my favorite museums, Musee Carnavalet, the history of Paris museum. Also discovered were the great bus routes that can be caught right on Boulevard Beaumarchais. Route 69, in particular, carries you from one end of the city (Pere Lachaise) to the other (Eiffel Tower.) A beautiful and perfect way to rest tired feet!
I ache for the horror that the Parisians suffered the night of November 13. I truly love the city, its people, the apartment and the neigborhood and hope to return soon."

"This has to be one of the most wonderful apartments in Paris! You're so close to the Eiffel Tower you feel like you can reach out and touch the world's most famous monument. The apartment itself is supremely comfortable - elegant without being intimidating. When the lights on the Eiffel Tower sparkle on the hour at night - it is magical - my wife and i would find ourselves mesmerized by the beautiful spectacle.
The space is light and airy, has everything one could wish for. It's very close to Metro and RER connections, and there are always taxis waiting about a 3 minute walk beneath the Tower. The owner is charming and gave us great tips on shopping, restaurants, and places off the beaten tourist track. It's a wonderful place to make your holiday or business base while you're in the City of Light."
