Great Coustou apartment
"Thank you so much for all your help with our stay at the Coustou apartment. It was the perfect location right off Rue Lepic. We were close to everything and the Metro was right around the corner. The apartment was great, everything was new and very clean. The bathroom was great and the shower was perfect! We will definitely stay at apartment Coustou the next time we come to Paris!"

"My sister, our 3 children - 11, 12, 13 - and I stayed for a week. The apartment itself is very nice and easily fit all of us. The bathroom and kitchen are tiny, but had everything that we needed, including a colander and garlic press, which I would not generally expect in a rental. I'm not sure if they are always provided, or if the tenants before us left them, but there was dish soap and paper towels in the kitchen and hand soap and toilet paper in the bath. We had plenty of towels and extra sheets. If I could, I would give it 4-1/2 stars only because of the noise. The apartment is in a tourist location (with cobblestone streets) and right next to a metro stop (Abbesses), which we loved and it is reasonable to expect a certain amount of noise, but there were two nights when we were awakened by noise from the upstairs neighbors and pretty loud partying in the street outside. Shutting the windows provided a very good sound barrier (for the outside noise), but then the inside got quite warm. The primary bed was very comfortable and we also used the washing machine for laundry and that worked well (although we could never get the dryer to work, we just used the drying rack). Overall, I easily recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay again."

"This is the kind of studio that seasoned travelers seek. It is comfortable, well equipped, everything works and has a view that says "Paris." This was our fourth stay in Paris, and this pied-a-terre is our favorite home away from home. The neighborhood is buzzing with activity during the day, with a grocery store two minutes away and a boulangerie nearby that makes the most buttery croissants imaginable. At night, the studio is very quiet for sleeping, and the sofa bed is exceptionally comfortable. The art deco elevator is a total plus, and the ironwork on the building is lovely. Jean Noel Cassan and the staff at In Beau Paris are helpful and prompt. We highly recommend this delightful studio."

"The InBeau apartement in Rue Cortot was for me and my family, wife and 4 adult children, the most pleasant and enjoyable place for our one week stay at Montmartre. The Rue Cortot is a very quiet road, but don't feel lonely. During daytime hundreds of tourists walk down the road. They are not noisy at all. They pass the apartement black entrance-door, and I am sure many of them are saying; Oh, in here we should have stayed! Living there feels more like having a house rather than just an apartement. Right across the road you have The Museum of Montmartre with the Pierre August Renoir garden. Yes, he lived there, but not any longer. His paintings do. You are right in the middle where painters, poets, musicians and other artists lived and worked. Not all of them world famous, but what a bunch!
The Interior - furniture, equipment etc. - all in the best order and functioning. For us however an unforseen technical breakdown suddenly occured in the apartement. I am mentioning this not because it is likely to happen at your stay, but to tell you that the InBeau as company and its director showed us the very best of management. He and his company is highly professional in all aspects of operating apartement leasing. Location and standard is important, but don't forget that professional management can make a huge difference to the overall experience.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this lovely apartement-house to anyone, even to those of my friends who have an inclination to pinpoint all and everything that is wrong in the world. I say; Sheer up and go to Montmartre and stay with InBeau. And if you choose Rue Cortot you will never regret, I am so sure about just that. I say with the famous line in a well known song about a hotel, in California that was. "You can check-out any time you like, but you never leave""
