Cosy and convenient place to stay!
"Again, merci beaucoup Monique et Pierre!
We had a wonderful stay in your apartment; what a cosy place, fully equiped, with enough space for 5 of us, and also very quite. What a pleasure being in your area during this Christmas time, with all lights and shops, especially on rue Lepic and rue des abesses, on the way to Montmartre and Sacrée Coeur..
We will come back to Paris soon, hopefully.

"We did enjoy our stay there. The location is great and was a nice roomy apartment. We were comfortable and had all we needed! I love the Montmartre section of Paris.. we had our pick of places to eat, shop and enjoy!

"This is a lovely apartment. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot, and the small kitchen is a wonderful convenience. The photos of the apartment are accurate. The windows let in lots of natural light and fresh air. As other reviewers have stated, several markets (small grocery store, specialty markets) are nearby. Very easy to use the Metro to get anywhere in Paris! Be ready to climb stairs if you are in Montmartre! We enjoyed this challenge. Helped balance out all the delicious food and drink that we were consuming.
The "business" part of renting the apartment was smooth. Our security deposit was returned quickly. For 2 nights, we were disturbed by nighttime noise in the courtyard below. I sent an email to Jean Noel and received a sincere apology. We were in Paris during an unusual heat wave. My thoughts are that the young people in the city were not ready to go home after the clubs closed! I expect that this is an unusual circumstance and would not be a consideration in the springtime or autumn.
My husband and I (both in our 50s) were very pleased with the apartment. Jean Noel is a trustworthy host. I know that it is nerve-wracking to make international arrangements. We had a very good experience."

"We were a family group of 9 ages 7 to 70 and Antoinettes Maison worked very well.
Location excellent close to 2 metro stations. (We liked the idea of being in an area where Parisiennes live not right in tourist areas) Excellent supermarket minutes away and french bread shops and delicatessens. Even though excellent cafés nearby, some evenings we bought food in local shops and ate in. Antoinette has everything in Maison that you need for a lovely dinner party. The location down a private lane is excellent as very quiet but so close to shops public transport and the buzz of the Paris, once you walk out of of lane. Antoinette had someone to greet us on arrival with wine and chocolates and Antoinette herself easy to contact by phone during our visit with any queries. I personally fround the tourist areas of Paris a little overwhelming but being able to come back to " our Oasis ", really made Paris for me."
