  • Beautiful Apartment in a wonderful location

"We stayed here for 8 lovely days in June. The apt feels like you are staying with a close friend who has very good taste. The apt is equipped with anything you need. The owners even have converters in half the outlets. The neighborhood is wonderful. It feels like your own little slice of Paris not a huge city. One street down has everything you need for a wonderful meal if you want to eat in or lots of restaurants if you don't. There are tons of cafes and shops. You are less than 3 minutes walk from the nearest Metro and 5 minutes from Sacre Couer and Place de Tetre. But the apt is on a very quiet and private street. I can't recommend this apt enough. Everything on the VRBO website is accurate."

  • Happy in Montmartre

"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for a week in late February, after making last minute arrangements with the owner, who was most helpful in getting the key, useful directions, and instructions to us promptly. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped and everything worked! Being there in winter we were concerned about the heat situation but it was very comfortable. We turned it down while out and things warmed up nicely after a day walking in the Paris chill. Lots of hot water,a good shower and a comfy bed. The kitchen was just fine for our purposes. We had most of our breakfasts there as well as making a couple of lunches and suppers when we were too tired to go out again. Some better knives would be helpful but everything else was more than adequate. We had a wonderful time shopping in the area as there are lots of good patisseries, produce stores, etc. There are some wonderful restaurants nearby and Mark provided an excellent list of suggestions complete with addresses and a map. It was great to have a washing machine as we'd been travelling prior to arriving here. The clothes air-dried quickly so no need for a drier. The building was very quiet, clean and secure which we really appreciated. Not a view but we were out all day seeing Paris so we didn't really need one. We had memorable walks up to Sacre Coeur and the great view by hiking directly uphill from the apartment building! A good climb!! Go at night as well as daytime! The building is a short walk to the Metro, which we made great use of.What a great system! We also hopped the bus a few times but mostly we enjoyed walking almost everywhere! The apartment is in a great location; we explore in all directions and if too tired we took the Metro "home". Having the internet access was fantastic. Also, the good sound system as we are musicians. I don't understand a complaint I read after we returned to Canada, about the selection of videos as we greatly appreciated the movies chosen for their Parisian or French connection. We enjoyed a couple of them. The apartment was pretty much true to the photos we'd seen. There was a waterleak repair that had not been completed....a small area of unpainted plaster and exposed pipe in the hall/bathroom. We've heard that this has now been repaired but it didn't bother us at all. I have already recommended this apartment to friends. If we are lucky enough to have another Paris holiday we won't hesitate to contact Mark. Merci Mark!"

  • Great apartment, super stay!

"e stayed at the Tholoze apartment in June 2014. The process of renting the apartment was easy and well organized. We found the apartment easy to find and it is centrally located in the Montmatre area, close to the metro, restaurants, etc. The apartment is a studio but has everything one would need. It is a very quiet building and has a comfortable bed. We enjoyed our time in this apartment and recommend it for up to two people who are up for a simple stay in Paris."

18th Arrondissement Vacation Rentals Are a Low Cost Alternative to Hotels

18th Arrondissement vacation rentals save time and money. Paris glitters as a gem of Europe. The constant stream of travelers, tourists and business people keep the prices of hotels relatively high year round. However, 18th Arrondissement vacation apartments solve that problem. Apartments for rent in Paris are much cheaper than hotels. Additionally, you can save money by fixing breakfast, preparing lunch and cooking dinner at home. If that's not exotic enough for you, numerous chefs offer French cooking classes in English, so you can experience fine cuisine without the price.

The 18th Arrondissement Vacation Apartments Provide a Change of Pace from Downtown Paris

These apartments for rent in Paris can be found along the hills of the north side of Paris. New development mixes with the old along these cobblestone streets, and there's a real feeling of a small French Village. This is the perfect place for those who have already seen the major sights of Paris and want to try something new or for those who want a more relaxed and unique vacation from the typical Paris adventure. However, a quick ride on the metro will put you in the heart of Paris so you can experience the best of French village life along with the sophistication of urban Paris.

Experience All the Wonders of Paris

In the 18th Arrondissement, you can find the Sacré-Cœur basilica which, as the second highest point in Paris, offers an amazing view of the city in addition to being an amazing piece of architecture in its own right. A quick metro ride will let you see the famous sights like the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre. You can shop and dine at the boutiques and Cafés of the Champs-Élysées. The possibilities are unlimited.
