Addicted to Paris
"Since many years this wonderful apartment is our landing spot. Each time enjoying a different aspect of Paris, each time discovering the apartment and its surroundings again. We are convinced it is the combination of a vivid Paris and the quietness in the apartment that make each stay a remembrance.
There is always Peter, the owner, who has a great part in the discovering aspect, each time providing tips on what is hot and where you would need to be. And there is also “Madame. Estefez”, the cleaning lady, living in the same street, whenever you have a practical question.
This winter, we were in the apartment just one week before the terrorist attack, however this will not change our love for Paris. We will be back in spring!"

"This is an amazing apartment and when I remember my stay there I smile. I’ve stayed in several apartments in the Montmartre area over the past few years and even though this one was a bit more expensive, it was very much worth it. The location is literally perfect; almost in the middle of Abbesses and Sacre Coeur. The building that the apartment is situated in is beautiful, clean and feels safe and secure. The apartment itself is very homely and comfortable; the good quality bedding and towels provided is appreciated and the beds (including the living room pull out) are very comfortable. I stayed in April, so I don’t know how hot it would be in the summer (no air con), but there would be good ‘through air’ with the back and front room windows and doors open. In summary, the apartment felt authentic and special. If you want to pretend to live in Montmartre for a while, this is the place to do it."

"I stayed here for a week and found the apartment to be delightfully light and airy with a lovely view over Square D'Anvers. the lounge is elegantly furnished and the kitchen tiny but well equipped. And who wants to eat at home when in Paris! this apartment is all about Location with a capital "L". Everything is incredibly convenient with the Metro only a minute's walk and likewise the hop on/hop off sight seeing buses. Cafes, restaurants and speciality shops selling amazing cheeses, pastries, meats and pies abound in nearby streets. We especially enjoyed the fantastic mini quiches from Rose Bakery in Rue Des Martyrs. Another appealing aspect is the neighborhood is quiet and predominantly inhabited by locals even though just minutes away crowds of tourists fill the streets leading up the hill to Sacre Coeur and Mont Martre. We look forward to staying again if we have the chance and would thoroughly recommend."
