  • A wonderful location - an enjoyable six night stay

"The apartment is in a nice location, super easy to get to by subway, very quiet and secure. The check in and check out procedures were easy and convenient as well. There are several good local restaurants in the area. We recommend staying around the apartment and not going to the ones up nearer the Sacre Coeur. Be aware there are A LOT of stairs in this section of Paris. We knew that going in, so we weren't surprised. The washing machine was a wonderful addition, so handy. The decorations are eclectic and interesting. The beds were clean and comfortable - wonderful after long days of walking and standing. The colorful mix of dishware was interesting and fun. My own kitchen is a lot like that, so I felt right at home. We did not find that the set up was convenient for gathering as a group to visit - there were four of us. This wasn't really an issue for us since we spent the majority of the day away from the apartment, but if you were planning to spend considerable time there, it might be something to consider. Jean-Noel was very helpful during the rental process, and our deposit was refunded within three days of checkout. I did find that there were a couple of minor downfalls. We did not find that the wifi was particularly reliable. My husband has a private psychiatric practice and needed to be available for his patients while we were away. We had rented a mobile hot spot from Travel Wifi in Paris, and that worked very well. I think we would have had trouble if we had relied solely on the wifi in the apartment. In the main bedroom, only one of the lights over the sink was working. A minor inconvenience, but it seems logical to me to check these kinds of things when renters are coming. Two dishtowels instead of one would be a handy change. We would definitely consider staying here again. Merci beaucoup!"

  • Very good address in the 18th

"Very professional communications; friendly agent who met us and gave prompt replies to questions that came up during our stay. The apartment was as represented on line. We'd definitely stay there again (we were there for 3 weeks.)"

  • Great little apartment.

"This rental did not disappoint. My friend and I ran the Paris Marathon so we stayed for 5 nights along with our partners in early April. Making the reservations through Paula, via email, went very smoothly and she was always quick to respond to our questions along the way. Before we arrived she sent a detailed instruction sheet about getting to and entering the apartment. When we got there Paula was waiting to greet us. She gave instructions on how to use the appliances, where to eat, where to get groceries, etc. There was a binder with all kinds of information and lots of Paris travel books in the book case. What we loved... The location was very convenient to local attractions and the Metro. We felt safe roaming the cute little streets during the day and evening. There are so many restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood that it was hard to choose were to go. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony having a glass of wine and watching all the people on the little street below checking out the tourist shops. It was packed during the afternoon and early evening but quieted down at night so we didn't have any problems with noise in the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were bright and cheery. The apartment was very clean and we could tell that it is well cared for. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very well equipped. There was even a dishwasher so cleanup was easy. Our damage deposit was refunded in less than a week after we checked out. What some people might be bothered by... The elevator is very tiny so if you are clostrophobic it could be a problem. We used the stairs most of the time. The base of the shower is very high so it wouldn't be good for someone with mobility issues. The toilet is in a separate room that isn't much bigger than a closet. This might bother some people but I liked that it was separate from the shower so there wasn't a hold up for the bathroom. The kitchen is very small and separate from the dining area. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Thank you Paula and the owners..you made our first visit to Paris very enjoyable."

  • Magnificent and roomy with an amazing view

"The Celine apartment is magnificent, roomy, stylish and beautifully located on a quiet corner between two Metro stops. What took our breath away was the amazing view! Since the apartment is on the fifth floor of a building on the highest hill in Paris, the cityscape from every window is superb. The building was handsome and well-maintained, and the elevator was quiet and quick. InBeauParis is a friendly and professional organization and we certainly plan to use them again for our next Paris stay."
