Charming and just perfect!
"This is a charming apartment that is perfect for 3 people. Communication was great during the process and Serge was very accommodating with us during the
contract process. We arrived and Thomas greeted us and showed us how everything worked, answered our questions, and was very helpful. It was such a plus having a washing machine available(with laundry soap) as we stayed a week. We had breakfast every morning in the apartment and cooked a couple dinners and had everything we needed.
The charm of this building and the location was so perfect! They had just installed a cute little elevator that came in handy a few times. We didn't mind the stairs. The location is 2 blocks to the St. Paul metro station which is very convenient. There is a little market on Rue De Rivoli to the right as you exit onto Rivoli from the apartment. They have any essentials and was happy to see they had lactose free milk. The prices were also very good. While the apartment has no air conditioner, we drew the curtains during the day and we came back at night it was comfortable. We just threw open the windows and it was good. It's a quiet street and you can sleep with the windows open.
If we were to return to Paris we would definitely rent the apartment again. The cost and convenience is much cheaper than a hotel and you have more amenities available to you.
Thank you Thomas and Serge for a lovely stay!"
