I would stay in this apartment again
"I have been choosing to rent apartments for many years instead of staying in hotels when I go on a holiday. I do this because I like to be able to cook for myself and not be obligated to dine out for every meal. That way when I do dine out it is still a treat. I also really love the challenge of trying to cook food that is local to the place that I am vacationing.
Paris is such a great place for great ingredients and this particular apartment was so well located for food shopping. It is half a block from Montorgueil street which has many many choices for every food need. There are many produce stands, multiple cheese stores, boulangeries, meat stores, and wine shops all along this street. And if you go another block it repeats again. There are also many hip restaurants close by and we tried several and found all to be very good to exceptional. There is Thai, Japanese, Chinese, hamburgers and Pizzarias as well as more traditional Paris sidewalk cafes.
So, location is everything and this one is about the most favorite I have ever stayed. In addition to all the food choices it's also located within easy walking distance of many of the main Paris attractions, such as the Lourve, and Nortre Dame Cathederal. If modern art is your thing, the Pompediu Center is also close by. We tried it but weren't too thrilled with the modern art after seeing all the classic art in museums in Italy and then Paris. But it may be of interest to some.
The apartment itself is well equipped with just about anything you might need and we were very happy with our stay in that respect too. It's a large apartment on an inner courtyard so it's very quiet and peaceful and was easy to sleep at night. The layout was great for us with the kitchen being open to the living room and dining area. This is a great design and would be easy to share with other guests. I was just with my wife, but if two couples or a family used this I think they would appreciate that too.
The rental company communicated very well and everything was really well explained and documented both on the web sites and when we arrived. We had useful notebooks and instructions for everything and had no need to ask any questions at all after we arrived. The nice greeter Sam was right on time to greet us on arrival and made sure we had everything in order on our departure as well. He was friendly and helpful and although we didn't need anything while we were in the apartment, he made sure we had"

"We stayed at this apartment for four nights with our two children (ages 6 and 10) and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is close to the metro, tour bus stops and even some wonderful restaurants and shops (including a couple of grocery stores), but you really get a sense of living in Paris and don’t feel like you are surrounded by tourists. We discovered a fabulous bakery just at the corner, and only wish we could have stayed a few more days to explore the area more. The kitchen is small, but comes very well stocked. We were easily able to prepare a couple of meals there, which is a huge bonus when traveling with children. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, which was my favorite thing! The apartment is clean and the bed was much larger than I expected and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends and family."

"Our family absolutely loved Paris - and this apartment played a huge role. The location is fantastic, close to Metro stations and an easy walk to The Louvre. The market street where it is located give you a real feel of local life in Paris. Cafes do stay open late, so be ready for just a bit of noise, although it didn't keep us awake. The windows of the apartment look out on the oldest bakery in Paris - according to one of my travel guides - and we certainly enjoyed the pastries and treats. The apartment is spacious, full of light and perfect for a family of five with young kids; ours are 11, 9, and 5 and the younger two definitely enjoyed the toys provided! Olivier was easy to work with and Margie was absolutely perfect!"
