"We enjoyed this apartment; small but everything we needed was there; the metro station is 2 min. away and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Enjoyed the fresh croissants every morning around the corner. A plus are the free telephone calls back home and all over Europe. Conrad was very helpful and we left he carried our bags to the taxi stand around the corner."

"This is a great place to stay. The hostess is very nice and is easy to communicate with. The apartment is not perfect, but the location makes the minor inconveniences acceptable. Read the previous reviews – they are accurate. Yes, the loft can be a challenge for some both upstairs and down. I’m 5’3” and I could stand straight in both areas. My husband, 6’2”, not so much. But by splitting the high ceilinged living space with the loft, it creates a dining area that is large and spacious with a nearly floor to ceiling double cased window facing the courtyard. Unfortunately, it is not a place for those with mobility difficulties. Not only are there stairs from the front door down to the courtyard, going up to the apartment and up to the loft, but there are actually two steps up and two steps down in the threshold of the doorway between the kitchen/bathroom and the rest of the apartment. Another place to duck. This is a result of smaller apartments being reconfigured from once very large apartments or floors. Not at all unusual in Europe. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine (drying rack provided). The bathroom is ultra modern with a tall, glass encased stand up shower with a rain showerhead. But the LOCATION is spectacular. The Cathedral of Notre Dame is literally down and across the street. The apartment is steps from the metro and the RER trains B and C. These will take you anywhere you want to go in Paris. Best of all, just a few yards away from the front door is a small street, almost alley-like (that takes you into colorful Rue De La Huchette and all its cafes and shops), and on the very corner is an ELEVATOR that takes you directly down to the RER B and straight to De Gaulle Airport!"

"Our family stayed in the flat during our first visit to Paris. The location is perfect as it's just a couple of blocks to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro. It is located in a quiet residential area so there was very little street noise. The flat itself is very clean and well appointed with guide books, Metro Maps, and Paris tourist information. The kitchen has everything you could need for meal preparation and the market is very close by. We had a wonderful visit and hope to return soon!"

"We anticipated the apartment being in an ideal location. We didn't know how good the location was until we arrived. A 5 minute walk to the RER at the Orsay, a Monoprix grocery store 5 minutes away, the Louvre 10-15 minute walk. Betty the owner is amazing. She takes care of her renters. She can arrange transportation to and from the airport and when we had to change our departure time Betty called us to confirm that we were ok. We love this place and will be happy to stay here again."
