Location, location, location!
"We arrived with our family of 9 and were immediately taken. 3rd floor, with lift, adequate room for all. Easy walking to 2 metro stations, 3 lines. Very easy walk to Montorgueil (great!), Saint Eustache, RER. 15 minute walk to Louvre. In textile area with limited week day traffic and very limited weekend traffic (primarily pedestrian). Highly recommended. Very nice apartment in very nice location. Great owners provide for every basic need. Thank you Marie and Oliver!!"

"My husband and I just returned from staying for 6 days in this wonderful apartment in the perfect location. The apartment was clean, bright with a fantastic balcony where we enjoyed our cafe and of course wine! We can't say enough about the location. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see. Rue Montorgueil is a few blocks away and is lined with amazing shops and restaurants. It was one of our favorite spots!
Liz was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process and a huge thank you to Breff who met us and helped carry our bags up the stairs! The stairs may seem daunting at first, but they become second nature and help walk off all the delicious breads and pastries! The manual put together by Liz and Albert was so helpful and informative. It became our home away from home! Exactly what we were hoping for and will stay there for our next visit. Thanks Liz and Albert."

"We stayed in Paris 9 days, a family of four with two teenage girls. We had an excellent time, and the property at 34 Rue Greneta was a key part of that. We loved the location - there were three metro stations in easy walking distance (less than 5 minute walk). A full size Monoprix was next to the closest metro station, which was very handy. A short walk to Rue Montorgueil with a number of good cafes, a couple of U Express stores, and markets.
The flat is up 2 flights of narrow winding stairs. You could probably sleep 8 comfortably, however with only one bathroom, you would need to be good schedulers. The dining table sat 6. Kitchen was perfect for our use as we ate breakfasts in, as well as a causal dinner or two. Washing machine was handy for a couple of mid trip loads (laundry detergent was provided).
The building is nice and quiet, and even though there is no a/c, our flat stayed cool even through some hot days. Reservations were easy. We were met at the flat and given a complete walk through. The flat had high speed wifi and a phone for local and international calling.
We left the flat pretty much as we found it and were promptly refunded our deposit. We would definitely stay here again, and wouldn't hesitate to rent other properties from the same manager."

"Everything went very smoothly. Communication was excellent. The apartment was as pictured and lovely. The location is very convenient and we felt more like locals than tourists. We were a party of six female family members from ages 21 to 84 and it worked for all of us. Cafes, bakeries, and markets are very close and there are boutiques and shops of all kinds within walking distance."
