"This beautiful apartment is so spacious and everyone could sit and enjoy the view from the living room. We had lovely dinners around the dining room table and with the open plan kitchen and dining room no one was excluded at any time. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one needs to prepare that special meal. The bedrooms downstairs are quiet and beautifully decorated. We were within easy walking distance from the bus stop, metro, bakeries, grocery stores, Eiffel Tower, the rue Cler market street and so much more. This is an ideal centrally located apartment. You will definitely see us again!"

"This was my fourth stay in Charente - and I've been staying two to three times per year with Paris Perfect for nearly 10 years. Need I say more - you can't go wrong. I love Charente's location. It's a spacious apartment - perfect for two people, but can do three or four. Jane, the manager, is attentive and fastidious - I always look forward to seeing her."

"We've just returned from a stay in these apartments. We were in Paris to celebrate my parents 45th wedding anniversary and the setup of having 2 separate apartments so close together was ideal. The apartments were well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, cookware, etc. They also had basics like salt, pepper, spices, and tea. Plenty of soap, paper towels, toilet paper too. This gave us time to get settled before setting off for the grocery store. There is an elevator, although we rarely used it.
The location is basically right next to the metro and the batobus stop. The metro is very easy to use. You can also walk to many places. On the first day we walked all the way to the Eiffel tower and back. It's a long walk, but it was a beautiful day and we were trying to sty awake to deal with jet lag. The apartment building is in a little square with lots of bistros, bakeries, etc just below the apartments. The square was pretty lively at night on the weekend, but quiet the rest of our stay. We found the restaurant below the apartment, Les Mauvais Garcons, to be particularly good for a nice dinner. There are several grocery stores within walking distance and great falafel and asian restaurants nearby.
The owner and the local representatives were very easy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions. The security deposit was returned quickly after checking out. Overall, a great stay and we would stay here again if we return to Paris."

"We were among the luckiest of visitors to Paris, renting Marie Christine and Marc's apartment for a week. It is as the reviews say -- everything you need in a small but charming space. We had high expectations after reading the reviews, and we were not disappointed. The owners have exquisite taste, with furnishings of high quality, from the chairs and Murphy bed, to the kitchenware and linens. The view of the Seine and the Hotel de Ville is as romantic as one dreams Paris could be. Morning to midnight the ever-shifting light and activity is delightful enjoyed from the comfort of the chairs, with croissant and coffee or glass of wine in hand.
The bathroom shower was lovely, the kitchen small but well-appointed. We particularly liked that the apartment had an elevator. Coming back to the apartment after a morning or a day of walking all over Paris, in museums and through parks, etc, we appreciated the ease of coming "home".
The memories of being in this apartment are so beautiful, it is difficult to write a review that sounds believable. But, like others before us, we were enchanted by the experience of staying here. Marc and Marie Christine were warm and responsive to all our needs. Marc's welcome to the apartment was among the most enjoyable encounters we experienced during our three month journey in France. Thank you both for a lovely home away from home in Paris. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return."
