Apartment with fantastic location and views
"The apartment building is in a great location. It is just a few blocks from the Louvre and also close to the Garnier Opera House. There is also a metro stop almost right out the front door. The apartment is on the top floor from the building and from the windows you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower. My wife and I really enjoyed seeing the Eiffel Tower light rotate around at night. There are many reasonably priced excellent restaurants in the area. There is also a Monoprix department store just a block or two away where you can buy just about anything you will need for your stay including groceries, wine and cheese. The apartment is well furnished and the kitchen has all of the appliances that are needed. We did not cook during our stay but we used the kitchen every morning for our breakfast. It was great to have as much coffee as wanted. We were in Paris at the end of our stay in France and we used the clothes washer several times. It was not a problem to dry our clothes on the drying racks that were provided. The apartment was reasonably quiet at night when we kept the bedroom window closed even though the building is located on a busy street. The owners were very helpful. They let us store our luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned on the day we arrived when we arrived several hours early. They also recommended we use the RoissyBus to get to Charles de Gaulle Airport on the day we departed. The RoissyBus stop is within walking distance of the apartment and it is considerably cheaper than taking a taxi to the airport. Overall we found the apartment to be a much better alternative than staying in a hotel and a wonderful place to experience Paris. We have recommended this apartment to our friends and look forward to coming back on another trip."

"We stayed at this apartment for four nights with our two children (ages 6 and 10) and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is close to the metro, tour bus stops and even some wonderful restaurants and shops (including a couple of grocery stores), but you really get a sense of living in Paris and don’t feel like you are surrounded by tourists. We discovered a fabulous bakery just at the corner, and only wish we could have stayed a few more days to explore the area more. The kitchen is small, but comes very well stocked. We were easily able to prepare a couple of meals there, which is a huge bonus when traveling with children. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, which was my favorite thing! The apartment is clean and the bed was much larger than I expected and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends and family."

"The apartment is ideal in location, walk to the Louvre and everything around it, but also a very short walk to the the best walking street in Paris. We appreciated the decor which is reflective of the area, again quaint and in keeping with a Parisienne apartment. The pictures reflected the actual apartment.
The owners son Alban was very welcoming and was eager to help. He showed us the entire apartment and made sure that we understood everything. He also made sure that my mother-in-law had a taxi pick her up for the airport. A real help since we had already left and she had never been to Paris.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone who loves to walk around Paris. The other option is to take the Metro as stations are quite close."

"We`re a family with 3 teenage boys who spent a week in this wonderful apartment. We enjoyed every minute here. The metro took us right from "Our door step" to the PSG stadium! The location of the apartment makes it easy to walk to almost everything if you like walking. There was a minor problem with the toilet while we were there. I sent an e-mail to Welcome2france just to inform them so they could fix it for their next rental. But when we came home from sight seeing the next they they had already fixed it. You will not regret it if you rent this apartment. The only thing my teenage boys said is that there are no ordenary doors you can close to the bedrooms at night - so they couldn`t talk after everyone went to bed ;-) Not a big problem though. Would defenatly rent again!"
