Recent Paris Arr. 2 (Bourse) reviews
"We had a group of 3 adults and 4 kids (ages 15, 14, 13 and 6). The apartment was spacious and comfortable for everyone. It is in a central Paris location and was very convenient to Metro, grocery stores, cafes. Everything is close by.
The street is very quiet at night and our stay was enjoyable.
The flat is on 4th floor but we knew it before booking and it was not an issue for us. Neither were the church bells.
The owner always responded promptly to any questions. The apartment managers were very helpful.
Overall we had a great experience!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. There were ample linens and kitchen supplies. The location was very convenient and secure. We enjoyed the proximity to grocery stores and eating at the apartment. We used the bike share program very successfully from the apartment to explore Paris. Also had the opportunity to meet the owner who was very helpful. The management company also arranged our pick-up and return to the airport for a very fair price with a van that fit all seven travelers and the luggage!"

"We are a family of 4 plus a grandparent, so this apartment was perfect for us. First of all, it's on a "market" street, so you basically live like a local. I was originally concerned that it would be too much of a wet market, noise and smells etc. But the reality was far from the truth. Montorgueil is basically 1/3 fresh food stores, 1/3 restaurants and 1/3 shops. Every morning, I would run downstairs to get fresh baked goods from Eric Kayser, a chunk of cheese from La Fermette, and some fresh strawberries from Le Palais du Fruit. Then my family and I will sit together around the cozy kitchen to enjoy the scrumptious feast. This is a memory that will always make me happy.
Our greeter was also amazing. He was so friendly, accommodating and gracious. The apartment is really spacious and due to the older style, has that French bohemian elegance that you may not see in other places.
There were no negatives: the elementary school added vibrancy and a local, family feel to our stay. There is a door in between the two main bedrooms, so a little bit of privacy is sacrificed, but not a big deal. The extra study was nice, my dad did his watercolors there. We never saw any neighbors really, so that was not an issue.
We are coming back for sure!"

"We arrived with our family of 9 and were immediately taken. 3rd floor, with lift, adequate room for all. Easy walking to 2 metro stations, 3 lines. Very easy walk to Montorgueil (great!), Saint Eustache, RER. 15 minute walk to Louvre. In textile area with limited week day traffic and very limited weekend traffic (primarily pedestrian). Highly recommended. Very nice apartment in very nice location. Great owners provide for every basic need. Thank you Marie and Oliver!!"
