Very nice location!
"Quiet apartment located close to the Paris Opera and the Roissybus station (to and from CDG airport), walking distance to the river Seine."

"My family of five (including children ages 2, 4 & 10) stayed in this flat for a week and it was wonderful. The location is perfect. It is nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, close to the metro with numerous shopping, eateries and entertainment options. The flat is quiet and well-furnished. Amélie was very helpful in giving us the key, a tour of the flat and showing us how to use the appliances. She was prompt, answered all of our questions and was readily available via telephone and email during our stay. She also gave us addresses of grocery stores and restaurants near her flat. We originally planned to stay in Paris for five days but there was a two-day strike at the airport which prolonged our stay. Amélie graciously allowed us to extend our reservation. He really saved the day. We thoroughly enjoyed Paris and this flat. We will definitely be coming back to this wonderful city and will definitely check to see if this flat is available."

"My husband and I just returned from staying for 6 days in this wonderful apartment in the perfect location. The apartment was clean, bright with a fantastic balcony where we enjoyed our cafe and of course wine! We can't say enough about the location. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see. Rue Montorgueil is a few blocks away and is lined with amazing shops and restaurants. It was one of our favorite spots!
Liz was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process and a huge thank you to Breff who met us and helped carry our bags up the stairs! The stairs may seem daunting at first, but they become second nature and help walk off all the delicious breads and pastries! The manual put together by Liz and Albert was so helpful and informative. It became our home away from home! Exactly what we were hoping for and will stay there for our next visit. Thanks Liz and Albert."
