  • Nice Cozy Place

"Nice cozy place for a single person. Very convenient location; less than 10 minutes walk from the La Tour Maubourg Metro, a 5 minute walk from the Rue Cler market area, and 10 minute walk to the Air France bus to the airports. Grocery stores are a two minute walk away. Even a Starbucks in the neighborhood! Apartment furnished with all the details; two sets of towels, an American style coffee maker (along with some filters), all the dishes, utensils, hair dryer, toaster, etc to make your stay comfortable. Bathroom is of adequate size and has updated fixtures and a rather roomy shower. Cable TV with the BBC and some other english speaking channels, and the wifi works well. Apartment is on the ground floor off a little courtyard and is quiet. Olivier is very helpful with things in the apartment and suggestions about where things are in the neighborhood. This apartment deserves serious consideration for your stay in Paris."

"We have been renting Paris apartments for several years and at least once a year. This one was excellent in most every way. The location in the 6th is our favorite. As walkers we were rather central to all of the areas we like to cover in our daily 10 - 15 mile 'stroll'. The photos provide an accurate representation of what you will see in the apartment. The only exception was having different sofas in the living room while awaiting new furniture. The layout was among the best we have encountered in that the two bedrooms were across the hall from one another rather than back to back which gave each room's occupants greater privacy and quiet. The dining room quite large and overall, we were easily able to have 6 additional friends over for dinner with ease. Throughout the entire booking process, both Sylvia and Philippe were excellent in terms of be responsive and helpful. When traveling with another couple we will definitely look to return to this apartment.."

  • Perfect Location!

"This apartment was the perfect nesting spot for our visit to Paris. We were there for 9 days so it was wonderful to have the convenience of a fully equipped apartment. We ate breakfast there every day (with fresh croissants from the bakery just down the street) and had lots of wine and cheese time while gazing out at the fascinating view. The apartment is very centrally located - just a short walk to the park for picnics or to key museums. The bathroom is quite roomy, the beds were comfortable, and Patrick was a great host (and speaks perfect English). I would highly recommend this apartment for 2-4 people."

  • Location Location Location!!!

"THis lovely and comfortable apartment was nice, spacious for a city apartment, well laid out with comfortable beds, all the amenities one could need when away from home (a full kitchen, Washing machine, 2 bathrooms). The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the space was private, very secure and reasonably quiet for an apartment in the middle of a city. The space's best feature though is its location. Sharing a street with the new Picasso Museum, you can literral fall out of bed and into the Museum, and the numerous surrounding galleries. The neighborhood is booming with interesting shops and merchants old and new, so if you are looking for art, fashion, wine, produce, restaurants, creperies, nightclubs or any other nice distraction, you can find it all withing a short walk in almost any direction. We walked to the Louvre, and then the Pompidou, and then back out for an Opera at the Opera Bastille. This as a perfect home base in Paris, and I look forward to visiting again. The renters were professional and very easy to work with."
