  • Comforts of home and excellent location!

"Very comfortable apartment and a great retreat after a busy day of touring. Location was excellent. We walked everywhere - even the Eiffel Tower! Grocery store 1/2 a block away - has everything you need!"

  • Very nice apartment with an awesome location!

"The truth is that I have no words to describe the kindness and good vibes at the arrival of Alexandra. The first impression was great, and once we entered the apartment, the surprise was even bigger ... it's exactly the same, or better, than the photos. It must be said, is a bit small, but very well laid out. The location is really great. Opera Metro station is two blocks away. One thing to note, as they were under construction in the building, the owner of the apartment offered a voucher for breakfast for 4 days in Erik Kaiser (a great bakery). We will surely return to Paris which is beautiful, and definitely will hire this apartment."

  • Oh la la

"We had a comfortable two weeks in this apartment across March/April 2014, and are happy to recommend it. The location is excellent; on the border of the 1st and 2nd arrondissements (just in the 2nd arrondissement), and a block away, literally a moments walk to Montorgueil one of the foody streets where there are supermarkets, butchers, bakers, fish mongers and of course, yummy pastries, and lots of cafes to sit at and pretend to be Parisians. There are several metro stations in easy walk, and The Louvre is a few blocks walk away. It was quite special to walk to and from through The Louvre courtyard. The apartment is clean, neat, tidy, comfy beds with good linen and towels. The apartment is two bedrooms; the main bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom (ensuite has a toilet, vanity and a shower) ... this room also has good wardrobe space to unpack, and a tv. The second bedroom has two single beds and a half ensuite bathroom (that is, this bathroom has a vanity and a shower, but no toilet). This bathroom also has the front loading clothes washing/drying machine. There is also a clothes rack available to hang clothes on to dry. There is a separate toilet just off the front door as you enter the apartment. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. The combined kitchen, living, dining room is an okay size. The kitchen area is compact yet has everything needed to cook a meal (note there is no oven). The fridge can easily fit multiple litres of milk, cheese, vegetables, orange juice, wine etc, efficient two ring induction cook top, one sink, and a small dishwasher (which we didn't use). There is a wall mounted tv with cable, but out of the long list of stations available we could not find one (other than the news and music channels) that were in English. The free wifi is great. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Apartment is centrally heated, with provision for air con in the summer. We found the building very quiet and other residents were happy to say Bonjour on the stairs. There is no lift, apartment is upstairs on the first floor. The apartment faces the central courtyard of the building (that is, there is no street view which is why the building is so quiet, made for a good nights sleep). Depending on number of travellers ...... if two people are using the second bedroom to sleep there is no where in this bedroom to unpack (no shelves, or hanging space). We only used one bed in this room so were able to unpack and"

  • Great location

"We just returned from our stay here. The apartment was perfect for us clean, equipped and awesome location. There are several restaurants, grocery stores and shops near by. The louve is an easy walk away as well as many attractions. Our check in and out was smooth and easy process, we had no difficulty finding the apartment and getting settled. Thank you for a lovely two weeks."
