  • Wonderful Place for 3 Generations!

"We just returned from 5 fabulous nights in this apartment! We were ages 68 to 3 and everyone of us found it perfect! The property was clean and well-maintained. One of the sofas and some chairs were different than pictured but were replaced with suitable choices. The bathrooms were clean and modern! Also, the kitchens were very updated too. The neighbors in the building were very friendly. We had trouble with the dishwasher in the two bedroom apartment but called for help and it was provided. The wash/dry system is not at all like we are used to in the USA. But it was ok since we had one in each apartment. Not being able to use the washer after 9 PM made it difficult. But it was a minor inconvenience. The beds and the sleeper sofa beds were very comfortable. "Our" Paris apartment was the perfect place to call home for our family! We would recommend this to all!!!"

  • Picardie Stay

"The apartment was very nice; perfect size for just my husband and myself. The location was fabulous. The building was great, though early morning noises due to garbage cans in courtyard. Would definitely stay there again. The bedroom was very comfortable, as was the bed. The rental company was very efficient and if there were problems or questions, were right there with an answer or assistance. No complaints."

  • Charming Apartment In An Excellent Location

"I recently spent a week in this well-maintained apartment in the Marais, a wonderful area in itself to explore, and also within walking distance of many renowned Paris sites. I found the apartment to be spacious, quiet, and immaculately clean. The bed is comfortable with quality linens and pillows and there is a generous supply of extra towels available for guests (not always the case in vacation rentals). The kitchen is well-equipped and there are plenty of vendors just around the corner to supply ingredients for preparing meals. During the week I was there, the weather was very warm, but the stone walls in the apartment kept it refreshingly cool, making it a good choice for visitors during the summer months. The owner, Chris, provides thorough information about using the apartment amenities and is always helpful by phone if you have further questions. I highly recommend this apartment for an enjoyable stay in Paris."

  • Great apartment and location

"My 9-year old daughter and I stayed in Guillaume's apartment for a week in August to visit Paris. The apartment was perfect for us: it's in a great location, in the heart of the Marais (about 3 minutes walk away from Place des Voges), it has a lot of light, and it's very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, kitchen supplies and tools, plenty of closets, study desk, fast internet connection and dining table, TV with DVD player, very convenient shower box, wonderful terracotta paving - all in small space - perfect for 2 people). Guillaume was pleasant to deal with, and we felt at home. Thank you for hosting us! We hope to come back very soon."
