Recent Paris Arr. 3 (Marais, Picasso Museum) reviews
"This is a wonderful apartment -- nicely located with nice furnishings, bathroom and a terrace. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most certainly recommend it to others.
Owner and local host were easy to contact and very cooperative.
In a word -- magnifique"

"Back in Boston after a wonderful trip to Paris, one of the highlights of which was this lovely apartment. So sweet,so clean, so convenient, so perfect. We loved the stores and restaurants nearby- we bought fresh croissants to eat in every morning. After sightseeing in other arrondisments we are convinced that the Marais is the best. Very easy to work with Andre to arrange everything, very helpful. We would recommend this little gem to anyone, and would love to go back and enjoy it again."

"This two story walk up is a compact, well laid out apartment with everything one needs for a stay. The street is quiet at night, a big plus. The Place des Vosges is literally around the corner, the Picasso museum a few minutes walk as is the rest of the Marais! Lots of great shops all easily accessible. Our favorite food shopping street is rue de Bretagne, maybe 10-15 minutes away. We'd happily recommend this place to others and hope to stay again in the future."

"This is a perfect home-away-from-home for two people in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Paris. We spent a week here and loved it! After a tiresome day and half of planes and trains, the last hot Metro ride, a walk dragging two suitcases through busy, narrow streets, we were so, so happy to find the door. Walking into the apartment we were met by the most darling space, flooded by sunlight. The pictures on this website tell no lies; the apartment is exactly as shown. It is immaculate and filled with little touches that really made it feel like home: pictures on the walls and shelves, books, games, DVDs, an umbrella and shopping bag on a hook by the door. Julie and Fabrice thought of everything -- the drawers of that small desk by the door hold grounding plugs and adapters, scissors and tape, lightbulbs, pens and paper, and maps of the city. The tall windows are extremely soundproof, so when closed you can leave behind the bustle of the sidewalks below. The neighborhood is lively - crowded with cafes, boulangeries, patisseries, fruit and cheese shops, and enough take-away traiteurs that you could eat another ethnicity every day of the week without cooking. Multiple Metro stations are quite close by, so all of Paris is just steps away. I see from previous reviews, many people have returned repeatedly to this apartment. We will as well."
