Great location and good value for money
"three of us stayed for a week, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms it was perfect. yes it is small but for the location and paris it is great value for money. the management team were a joy to deal with, thank you. with a bakery one block down, a small grocery store downstairs and Rue Moufetard a short walk away (markets and food stalls/stores of all kinds) and a great selection of local restaurants and cafes. metro stops were between 7 and 12 minutes walk which was great."

"Our family of four - parents and two adult children, stayed in Michel’s apartment for the month of June and it was fabulous. The location was perfect for us, quiet but a few minutes walk from the wonderful Rue Mouffetard where we bought food from all the markets every day. There were also a great number of restaurants, metro station close by as well as all the wonderful places to see in the Latin Quarter (much of the film "Midnight In Paris" takes place in this area). In addition, we walked to many sites of Paris from the apartment.
The apartment itself was very comfortable with a good kitchen where we made a few meals and prepared many great lunches (the only thing we did not have was an oven or microwave oven). There is a nice living room and dining table. There were three bedrooms upstairs, one with a double futon and two bedrooms with twin beds each. There were two full bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. We were also able to do laundry without any trouble. In addition, the apartment had a Wi-Fi network that worked without issue. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment but there is also a small lift/elevator.
Michel met us when we arrived and showed us all through the apartment and was a pleasure to work with and very easy to communicate with through email. We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit."

"We arrived for our 10 night stay and were met by the vivacious hostess who gave us keys and all the vital info for our stay - when and where the market was (a must do), metro tickets, wine, restaurants etc. all very good and very accurate.
What a fabulous location, excellent set-up in the apartment with everything we needed packed in, clean and comfy just wonderful. We loved it. Apart from the weekly markets there is a fab set of local shops that cater to all your needs - wine, cheese, bread, cake . . .oh fish, meat, veges and a comic book store on steroids (the child was beside himself with excitement) too!!"
