Elegant and cozy.....
"My wife and I travelled with long time friends for a week in Paris. I booked Petite Maison months in advance after seeing the pictures on VRBO. Michelle was incredibly helpful and offered many spot on recommendations for food and off the grid spots to see. We had very high expectations for the apartment and it exceeded them all by a mile. Perfect location just steps from the Seine and Notre Dame. Quiet little street near everything you might need (great pastry, cheese shop, grocery etc.). The apartment is lovely and the small private courtyard was bliss. We love Paris and when we return Petite Maison will be a part of that trip again. Thank you for sharing this very special place Michelle."

"A perfect apartment for a couple! We loved our time here and would happily return. Charming, comfortable, with all the amenities you need - both in the apartment and nearby. The bed was comfortable, the windows were big and bright and the shower was oversized and very clean. We also loved the nearby outdoor market and found everything we could ever want within a short distance. Public transportation is a breeze from this location making it very easy to navigate the city. But just sitting in the apartment and listening to the bells of Notre Dame while drinking a glass of wine/resting in the afternoon was sublime.
Victoria was wonderful to work with and helped to make our stay effortless. We very much appreciated the pickup from the airport as it made our entry into vacation mode very smooth.
While the apartment faces away from the main road, we did find that with the windows open there is a fair amount of street noise. This is likely a rare problem but we visited in July for nine days during some very hot temps. Victoria graciously supplied us with fans, which would have been perfect as the nights were cool, but we struggled with the street noise at night from nearby cafes and traffic since we chose to keep the windows open. With them closed, you would never notice it. I rate this apartment as 5 stars, regardless, as I know it was an unusual circumstance and it truly is a great place. We loved it and were very comfortable."

"Love the residential neighborhood. Locates within the proximity of university, the parks, the grand mosque, and the Modern Arab institute, it offers another side of Paris.
The apartment itself equips with ample supplies of necessities. Mostly impressed is THE very comfortable bed made with top quality linens! After a long day walking, it is a heaven!
Fun to know with Catherine; she is gracious, generous, and cheerful."

"three of us stayed for a week, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms it was perfect. yes it is small but for the location and paris it is great value for money. the management team were a joy to deal with, thank you. with a bakery one block down, a small grocery store downstairs and Rue Moufetard a short walk away (markets and food stalls/stores of all kinds) and a great selection of local restaurants and cafes. metro stops were between 7 and 12 minutes walk which was great."
