Value for the money
"First let me say that this apartment is an excellent value for the money. The apartment was set-up well for travelers. Lots of places to store and hang things up. The kitchen was very small but had everything we needed for light cooking and the quality of the dishes and glassware was nice. The apartment was very quiet and a pleasure to stay in for five days. The location couldn't be better."

"We spent with my husband and my 2 daughters a week in this charming appartment. It is typical "Parisian style" located in the most traditionnal quarter of Paris (Moufetard, Quartier Latin). Its location is central and a lot of tourist sites can be seen by foot at walking distance. The appartment is very nicely furnished in a style mixing modernity and tradition. It is also very well equiped for a family of 4. The owners are very nice and sympatic people, so is the staff managing the place. We loved it and our stay in Paris. Thank you a lot. Sylvia P."

"We stayed at this apartment in March 2015. The place was extremely clean as well as beds and linens. They provided everything needed. As tourists with 2 kids , we were out all day, and we returned to this apartment only to rest and cook since they is everything to cook your own dinner and to clean your clothes with the washing machine. The location is indeed ideal and the rental price is correct! The apartment is right in the middle of dozens of restaurants, but the streets are pedestrian. We like the vibration of the city at night so we left the windows
open, but when you close the windows, you do not hear anything. The Metro is few feets away, easy coming from airport. a short block walk and you see Notre Dame and the Seine. We would come back at the next occasion. The host and the owner were very easy to communicate with. Merci!"

"Vilay's apartment is really as small as it looks, but the space is incredibly efficient, with every nook and cranny utilized to make it comfortable. The pull-down bed is quite fun, and very easy to move. You do need to use a step-ladder to climb in and out of it so not recommended if you're above a certain age...and there was some fear on the first night of falling off, but actually the bed is quite big and ample space. Apartment is very clean and there is now a white carpet/rug (bad idea for a rental) which we rolled up and put aside, much preferring the cleaner tile floor. The only complaint is the portable A/C - it's water compartment needs to be emptied every hour which means you can't run it through the night. It also takes a very strong person to lift it in order to empty it. Saw other complaints here about the fact the A/C is a portable model, but as Vilay explained, window units are not allowed in Paris so this is the only option (which we had no issue with). As long as you don't come when it's hot, the apartment is great - very very central and in a nice district to walk around. The metro is across the street (10 seconds) and there's a late night epicerie also across the street which was very useful."
