Amazing, cozy apartment
"This was my first time out of the country, and it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect for walking, site seeing, eating, and enjoying yourself. I highly recommend this space, and hopefully I will be back. There is a pull out couch, and a bedroom that is very cozy. It was great to have a kitchen and laundry in the unit. Once again, the location was absolutely perfect and the environment was friendly and quaint."

"A charming Parisian studio with an unbeatable location and value. A medieval atmosphere. Surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of the Latin Quarter. Communication by email with Claude and Shem was smooth, and their thorough instructions made checkin and checkout easy. We had 2 adults and 3 children, and while tight, it worked for four nights. With kitchen, and grocery and wonderful bakery in immediate proximity, we had several meals in the apartment."

"Our family of four - parents and two adult children, stayed in Michel’s apartment for the month of June and it was fabulous. The location was perfect for us, quiet but a few minutes walk from the wonderful Rue Mouffetard where we bought food from all the markets every day. There were also a great number of restaurants, metro station close by as well as all the wonderful places to see in the Latin Quarter (much of the film "Midnight In Paris" takes place in this area). In addition, we walked to many sites of Paris from the apartment.
The apartment itself was very comfortable with a good kitchen where we made a few meals and prepared many great lunches (the only thing we did not have was an oven or microwave oven). There is a nice living room and dining table. There were three bedrooms upstairs, one with a double futon and two bedrooms with twin beds each. There were two full bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. We were also able to do laundry without any trouble. In addition, the apartment had a Wi-Fi network that worked without issue. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment but there is also a small lift/elevator.
Michel met us when we arrived and showed us all through the apartment and was a pleasure to work with and very easy to communicate with through email. We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit."

"We stayed for 3 weeks and really enjoyed the neighborhood. Rue Mouffetard was visited daily for cheese, baquettes and other goodies plus there is a little market next to the front door of the apartment building. The apartment was clean, small but efficient and good for 4 people. Having 2 Bathrooms is really nice. The management team was excellent. The apartment buliding itself is a little run down and the elevator is very small and it lands between floors so you still have to climb a few stairs. Not accessible if you are disabled."
