5 Wonderful days in Paris at a great location
"My wife and I choose this apartment at the recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed. The room is clean & efficient with everything we needed to cook breakfast and pack a lunch for the day. The Metroprix grocery store just down the street was an excellent place to shop for wine and groceries. The property manager was great to work with and helped us with a minor issue with the microwave oven right away. The location is fantastic with everything we wanted to see (Notre Dame, The Louvre, Eiffel Tower, river boat tours, etc.) within walking distance or a quick Metro ride. We have dinner at the Au Vieux Paris d'Arcole on the owner's recommendation and it was superb! Of particular note was the free phone calls to North America that were of great help when we had to change our travel plans and call our airline in Canada. We highly recommend this hotel when staying in Paris."

"We have stayed at rue Laromiguiere three times and plan to return as often as we can. The top floor apartment is filled with light from the many windows in the living room, kitchen and den, with charming views of Paris rooftops. The furnishings are stylish and very comfortable, with interesting art and decorative accessories. Bed and bath linens are lovely. The photos accurately reflect the ambiance of the apartment. It is perfect for two people with the added bonus of a comfortable sofabed in the den for quests. The kitchen is well-appointed and stocked with very nice china and glassware. Both the dishwasher and washer/dryer are added benefits. It has vases that I fill with flowers from the market. The location is very convenient--walking distance to the Luxembourg Gardens, Pantheon, Cluny, Rue Moffatard, and three metro stops, not to mention terrific restaurants, including Terroir Parisian and Les Papilles. We have stayed at two other apartments offered by Parisianflats-Rue Gay Lussac and Rue Casimir, both of which are also terrific and highly recommended. Sophie and Philippe are wonderful hosts and very pleasant to work with--and quick to resolve any issues that might arise. Those looking for a Paris experience in interesting neighborhoods can do no better than booking an apartment through Parisianflats."

"We had an excellent time in this apartment. The location is great. The bus stop is so close to the apartment, a real plus! The metro is a bit of walk, but not too far. Genevieve is very warm and welcoming. The property manager, Adrian is really great and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment, and we hope to come back again."

"Five of us (women, 50-66) shared this apartment and using fold out furniture we each had our own bed. The pull down bed was a very creative idea and worked fine for us. We made use of the boulangeries and patisseries in the neighborhood, and each afternoon met back in the apartment to share stories over wine and cheese. We walked almost everywhere but also had quick access to the bus (right out the front door) and metro (2 1/2 blocks). We were also a half block from a botanical garden which we explored on our first day - very calming after a long flight. It was also good to come home after an evening walk in the neighborhood, to Notre-Dame, or through the Latin Quarter and have the kitchen available to brew a drink. Vilay delayed her trip so that we could meet when we moved in and was very helpful in explaining the details of the apartment. Our only recommendation to her was to add American-style living room chairs (easier to get out of) but all-in-all we had a great time in the apartment and will recommend it to friends coming to Paris."
