"This place has to have the best views of any in Paris! Every night, after a long day so seeing the museums, churches or shopping, we'd be on the terrace to chill out and look at the city. It does not get dark in June until almost 10:30, so we'd watch the lights of the Eiffel Tower twinkle at11:00, and go to bed. We had 2 couples, so we used the upstairs sofa bed. It all worked out fine. We asked for extra pillows and hangers, they where ther when we arrived. Our "greeter", Mary reviewed everything in the apt, and after discovering a problem with the airco, had it fixed as fast as possible. Paris is now our favorite city- over Rome, NYC, San Francisco, or London. The people everywhere where helpful and kind, the food was fantastic- even just from the Monoprix. The location of the apartment could not have been better! Between walking, the Metro, the bus, and the Bateux Bus, we went everywhere with ease. We will be back, and we will use ParisPerfect!"

"My sister, niece, mom and I stayed at this charming apartment in Paris, for my mom's 85th birthday celebration. It was a great location and fun neighborhood. It had a lift, which was perfect for my mom. We took the bus a lot because it was easier for my mom to navigate, than the metro, which was also nearby. We also used Uber several times and never had to wait more than a few minutes for them to pick us up at the apt.
Juliette came to let us in and was very helpful. The neighbors were all friendly. The apt isn't fancy if that's what you are looking for. It was comfortable and cozy and we all just loved it!
Thank you Michele and Juliette for letting us stay in your home.

"We stayed at Suite Florence for 10 days in July. Although the weather was hot, the apartment was breezy and comfortable. The location is perfect - nestled between two Metro stops, with charming shops, cafes and an amazing open market only steps away. The little balcony was delightful for relaxing with a glass of wine and the small refrigerator was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our petit dejeuner. The bathroom was spacious and having a washer was great. This is a great place to stay and experience everything that Paris has to offer!!"

"First and foremost I will say that all the people involved with this property, the managers and our drivers ,were wonderful, helpful and quick to answer our questions and help with the property. The property is very well situated just a couple of blocks from a lovely outdoor market, a great Patisserie, fromager, good wine stores and many many grocers. AND of course just two blocks from Notre Dame, the Pantheon, blocks from the Luxembourg Gardens and steps from Metro and RER. All very helpful for negotiating this delightful neighborhood and City.
The building is old as you would expect in Paris and on the tip-top floor. The interior of the main building is well protected by a keyed double-door entry and the neighborhood is safe. Funky old elevator was a bit scary and can only fit 3 people quite tight or one person with luggage!! But it's a long way to the top floor so you soon get used to it! The apartment itself is lovely and well-kept though not as clean as I would have preferred. The floors throughout the unit were not well cleaned but the bathrooms were clean and the unit dusted and windows clean. The beds were comfortable enough. We were there as a family with our three daughters and in the second bedroom the managers were kind enough to set up a palette-style bed on the floor for our third daughter. However our daughter preferred to sleep on the fold-out couch which was comfortably made-up with many pillows and down comforter. There is a lot of noise from Blvd St. Germaine and from the "master" bedroom there is a school just outside the window which starts at 8:54 on the dot!!! But you are living in a city and that's city life. When the windows were closed the noise was greatly reduced.
We had one problem, we had NO hot water upon our arrival which was taken care of by the evening. The water heater leaked the entire time we were there which is something we had to deal with everyday by emptying a small pan. If we were gone all day or during the evening it would become full and be a nuisance but not enough to ruin our trip. The building water was shut off once for a few hours without notice! None of these things caused us undo stress though.
Overall we were in Paris to enjoy Paris which we did. We slept in the St. Germain and sometimes had an afternoon wine/cheese party to rehash our day before heading out again. I think the location of this unit makes it especially nice and I would recommend staying here."
