Terrific Spot for A Visit
"We really liked the apartment. The location is ideal for exploring Paris, requiring only minutes of walking to reach Notre Dame, Rue Mouffetard, Panthéon, and many other great locations around the Latin Quarter and Saint Germain. The metro stop really is just 50 m from the door. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable sleeping up to 4, 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed. You do have to go into the bedroom to access the bathroom. The washer in the apartment is a bonus plus there is a coin laundry just downstairs and next door to the apartment for good measure. Visiting in late December the apartment was comfortable and had a great street view to the local activity of Paris.
The check-in process was self service, but it was easy, fairly simple, and as described. Being my first visit and experience with a vacation rental of this nature, I have nothing but praise for the staff handling the rental; while we never met face to face, they handled any questions and concerns promptly. We were refunded our deposit quickly, very professional. If you are looking for a pleasant base to explore Paris in an active and vibrant neighborhood, then this is a great choice."

"Upon arriving Ms Yoyo was very welcoming and helpful with all we needed to know about the apartment. The apt had everything we needed is very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to local shops and restaurants, the metro and well located to reach many of The amazing sights in Paris. We couldn't have asked for anything better and hope to return someday soon."

"This was a great apartment to stay in while I was in Paris, June 2015. The apt is spacious by Paris standards, has a small kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub. The apt is nice and bright. I enjoyed seeing the sunrise from the apt in the morning. The kitchen is basic, but has enough items to make a meal. The king size bed and down comforter were super comfy. There are six flights of stairs to walk up, which is fine as long as you don't have mobility problems. There are 2 separate locked entries, plus the front door of the apt has 2 locks. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and secure staying here. I liked having free calls to France and Canada to stay in touch with people. (Free to USA too.) The adaptors were handy for recharging my laptop and camera. Dave was quick to respond to my e-mails and helpful when I made the reservation.
Within a few steps of the building are at least 8 restaurants if you want to sit outdoors and enjoy a meal. A short walk up Mouffetard (the street behind the apartment), brings you to dozens more. Le Papillon brought me a delicious platter of meats and cheeses, bought fresh from the cheese shop next door. Perfect with wine. All the multi course meals I tried at the restaurants along Mouffetard were good. And starting at €14 (which includes tax and tip) were very good value. In addition to the many outdoor cafés along Mouffetard are wine, cheese, meat, bread, chocolate, shoe, clothing, handbag, and souvenir shops, a grocery store, plus many more. You will enjoy strolling along this old Roman cobblestone road and looking at the Parisian style buildings. Many shops and restaurants were open late. There are a lot of people walking around late at night, including families. Even at 11 PM I felt safe walking here.
The metro is a 30 second walk from the apartment building front door. So convenient. If you prefer to take a taxi to/from the airport (I paid €55) the phone number is # 3607 and you can ask to speak to someone in English."

"My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. The apartment was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and well located. Even though the location was active and busy, the apartment was amazingly peaceful and quiet. The owner/manager is professional and easy to work with. The second floor bedroom had a nice king sized bed that was very comfortable and big windows overlooking Paris rooftops. We felt very fortunate to have found this wonderful place."
