  • Fortunate to be back again, as good as remembered!

"Our third time renting this apartment, this time for a full two weeks. We are very fortunate indeed! Once again, the apartment was super-clean and well stocked with basic supplies for laundry, dishwasher, soap and paper products. Extra towels and even extra bed linen provided. Instruction book for all appliances, garbage, internet, check out very clear and easy to follow. Such a large space to use - perfect for us travelling with a teen, as we could each have room to spread out, and yet enjoy lovely meals at the kitchen table overlooking the quiet, treed courtyard. This year was the first time we used the bus - two routes stop literally right out side the door. A wonderful bonus for tired feet, or in our case feet recovering from an injury! Again, the markets on Rue Mouffetard were enjoyed - less than a 5 minute walk to fresh croissants each morning, the location of the apt can't be beat. This short morning walk is only because we travel in August, when some of the bakeries literally across the street from the apt are closed for holidays. A large, clean, well supplied apartment with many shops, market, and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Do not hesitate to book here!"

  • Charming apartment, great location

"This was my third stay with ParisPerfect over the last decade, and it was the best yet. The location was superb, on a tiny street dating back to the 12th century. Turn one way and you're at the river, looking at Notre Dame. Turn the other way and you're at the market square, with its world-class cheese shop and bakery. The apartment itself was charming, with its garden views and original beamed ceilings. It was also satisfyingly modern, with everything my husband and I needed: a firm mattress, relatively spacious kitchen, spiffy bathroom with plenty of instantly hot water. Our initial difficulty in accessing the apartment courtyard (on the printed instructions, our aging eyes translated a B as an 8) led us to meet a delightful young woman who lives and works down the street -- she helped us get in and during our stay introduced us to the unofficial "mayor" of the street. Her friendship became one of our indelible memories of the trip. And, as always, the ParisPerfect staff was there to help. We look forward to our next trip to Paris with ParisPerfect!"

  • A Wonderful Little Gem

"My husband and I have recently returned from our second vacation at this lovely Paris apartment. In spite of some unusually cool/rainy weather at the beginning of our stay, we enjoyed it very much. Eric, the owner is very pleasant and helpful and made the booking process smooth and easy. Alexandra, his assistant, greeted us upon arrival. She was waiting for us as planned and was very helpful and welcoming. The studio apartment is clean, bright and efficiently designed. The French doors to the courtyard and large window near the kitchen allow for lots of natural light. The high ceilings make the apartment feel larger than it actually is. The beautiful private courtyard is so special with the patio, awning, table and chairs. The landscaping is lovely. We took advantage of this space for our morning coffee, lunches made from fresh market goods, and evening wine and hors d'oeuvres. The location was ideal for us. We love to walk everywhere and found this to be quite central and of course, a few steps from the Seine. One of our favourite local markets to visit was at the Bastille Monument on Thursdays and Sundays. Not to be missed for amazing produce, baked goods, cooked meats, fresh seafood, cheeses and flowers. We thank Eric for sharing this wonderful place with us. We hope to return again!"

  • Beautiful, Comfortable and Quiet - with Dancing!

"We couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to stay in Clarissa's apartment. Arrangements were easy thanks to prompt and thorough communication. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome basket, which was much appreciated after our long trip, and so thoughtful of our host. This was just one of the many touches she thought of to make our stay enjoyable.

The apartment was equipped with everything for a comfortable stay - including comfortable beds - not always a given in Paris! We slept well thanks to that, as well as the dark drapes and quiet location. The apartment is impeccable, and Clarissa provided loads of beautiful crisp linens. A late night convenience store is just down the street, and during the day the Rue Mouffetard shops have every kind of French delicacy you could want. The wifi, guide books, blow dryer, and washer/dryer were all nice to have. The living/dining room provided a nice space for our family of 4 to start and end our day. Rue Brocca is in a safe area and only a short walk to the metro.

A highlight of our stay was dancing in the street to French music on Rue Mouffetard at noon on Sunday! Singers, musicians and dancers congregate there every Sunday at noon, and young and old alike join in the dancing! We immediately felt part of the neighborhood community, and the whole ambiance exuded a joie de vivre! It is quite something to watch, but even better to take a spin on the cobblestone to the strains of the accordion and Edith Piaf-like singers. Something not to be missed! The breeze through the apartment and the flowers on the balconies were delightful. Would return in a heartbeat! Thanks, Clarissa, for your hospitality!"
