  • Very, very nice ☺

"This apartment is centrally located, very well equipped, quiet and yet in the center of it all. It is nicely appointed. I especially loved the shower. I ate out most of the time but the kitchen is loaded with everything one might need to make and enjoy a nice meal. The bed is super comfortable, which is nice after a long day of sightseeing. Ruben and his team are very helpful and are always making sure things are as they should be. They go beyond the call of duty. Enjoy your stay! :)"

  • An excellent choice

"This apartment served as an excellent base for the month+ that we spent in Paris. The description in the listing proved to be accurate in every respect. While there were only two of us for most of our stay, we appreciated the extra space which was in contrast to the micro-apartments which one sees in many of the listings. The apartment is fully equipped and everything worked as expected. The small balcony provided a wonderful opportunity to observe the neighborhood happenings while having a leisurely breakfast or an afternoon aperitif. The location may not have the cache of the 1e or the Marais but it is easy to access the the rest of the City (we visited 17 of the 20 arrondisements during our stay) either on foot or via RER, bus and Metro. The owner provided an excellent loose-leaf with instructions for the appliances and, importantly, information about the neighborhood and maps and bus routes, all of which help us to become oriented. And you can leave most of your guidebooks at home since there is an extensive collection of books of fairly recent vintage."

  • Loved this apartment!

"My husband and I were more than pleased with our selection of our apartment when we traveled in France! The pictures were exactly as we saw it! Clean, comfortable and attention to detail! Very easy to get to the metro stations and the cafes and bakeries were wonderful. Krystyna and her team were very helpful and instrumental in making our trip a huge success. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy Paris in first class style!"

  • Great Convenient Latin Quarter Location; Comfy for Single or Couple

"After finding your way up to the 6th floor on a tiny but very serviceable elevator, you will find yourself at a great little Parisian apartment. Convenient location, Metro nearby, several bus lines through neighborhood (buses are a great way to get around and see Paris at the same time; buy carnet of tickets for both Metro and buses at any Metro station). Shops, cafes, pharmacy, boutiques, and small groceries right at the door. Entrance to Jardin des Plantes can be seen from window. Street busy, but quiet at night. Everything neat and clean, with unique, very comfy bed arrangement (don't miss the step-stool in the closet if needed). Kitchen has the necessaries for dining in, but maybe not for cooking a full meal (you'll find more than enough to bring in). Loved the washer for small loads, with fold down rack to hang wet clothes. Portable heater handy if help needed to dry clothes, and AC available if Paris is overly warm. Perfect for a single or a couple, and after busy day in Paris, great little place to come back to and put your feet up. Much reading material on the shelf. Best tip: Don't miss walking a couple of blocks west to rue Mouffetard, which is one of the best "foodie" streets in Paris (other than rue Montorgueil on the RB). Weekends you may find a vibrant street/brocante market going on; Sunday morning dancing with live music (tango, waltz, etc.) at the lower end of Mouffetard (everyone welcome to join in); and the street is lined with great cafes to dine or shops with everything from freshly roasting chicken still on the rack and roasted potatoes to Asian delicacies to bring home. The House of Tarts packs a lot of good food in a tiny little place--the very best veggie tarts as well as a fine lemon tart for dessert. At the top of "Mouff" is a gelato shop that serve up a delicious caramel with sea salt gelato; should have gone back for more. My experience with SuperShuttle from city to CDG was very good, but be sure to reserve ahead, on line. Lastly, the apartment owner is very friendly and very helpful and speaks very good English. Merci beaucoup again, V----, for coming to my rescue during the unexpected emergency."
