  • Better Than Pictured!!!Lovely Apartment!

"Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment over Christmas and New Years. Paul and Sylvie were excellent about responding to questions and arranging booking promptly. They were very accommodating about our arrival time changing and meeting our children for an early arrival. They left us their cell phone number incase of any problems with the apartment but we never need it. They had numerous recommendations for local restaurants, grocers, butchers and bakers which were all just a few minutes walk from the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting them! The building is on a quiet street. We felt comfortable coming and going through the neighborhood at all hours. As others noted, the location is excellent as is a 5 minute walk to RER/metro and about 30 minute walk to Notre Dame. The apartment and building are very quiet. We heard no street noise or noise from others in the building. The building is lovely and well maintained. The plaster sculpting on the ceilings and original hardware are just beautiful. The apartment itself is spacious. There are 3 good sized bedrooms, (1 is an office with s sleeper sofa, which was very comfortable.) The living and dining rooms are very comfortably furnished and having the den/TV room gave extra quiet space. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you could need for preparing a meal. All appliances including washer and dryer worked very well. WIFI was great. The apartment was very clean and beds comfortable. There were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The view of the chapel and far views of the Eiffel tower are spectacular. We would recommend this apartment and stay there again."

  • Perfect place for tourists

"I have been staying here for many summers as I host my middle school students and their families for a ten day stay in Paris. The owner is easy to work with and helpful. The apartment easily sleeps six. The kitchen has everything you need. There are plenty of towels and sheets. The washer and dryer are a plus. The location is perfect for site seeing and the noise of the neighborhood is not heard in the apartment. I would avoid the restaurants in the neighborhood. There are so many great places to eat in Paris but this neighborhood only has a few decent ones. Being on the RER B line makes trips to and from the airport easy."

  • See the real Paris

"My husband and I stayed at this lovely little apartment for seven days. It has lovely windows on a tiny back street and is cozy and well equipped. Our host was helpful and prompt and we had interesting discussions about Paris, politics and cultures. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Metro and if you are in any reasonable shape, it is easy to get around. Most importantly, the restaurants and store are REAL Paris establishments. Yes, they have some English menus but the patrons are largely young professional people, out for a beer after work or a stroll on the weekend. I got to practice my fractured French and contrary to popular legend, the waiters and shop owners were very encouraging in my efforts. In short, if you want to experience Paris, this is a great hopping off spot. Just as a side note, in the little dining area of the apartment, there is a wicker basket with tons of maps and tourist information. And, just down the street, is a marvelous place to buy fresh breakfast pastries. It's quiet, compact and lovely."

  • Perfect stay in Paris

"We had a lovel but too short stay in this well appointed, clean and convenient apartment. The apartment is extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We could walk to several of the places we wanted to visit. If too far to walk the RER was right around the corner. We especially loved the neighborhood. There were great restaurants, bakeries, a wine shop, grocery and cheese shop close by. Any return to to Paris will include a stay in this beautiful apartment."
