Nice apartment, nice location and neighborhood
"The apartment was exactly as described - a very quaint studio apartment set in a very trendy area of Paris. Everything you needed was within walking distance of the apartment and the area felt very safe at all hours of the night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone traveling to Paris!"

Apartment more spacious and lovely than in pictures
"The apartment was more spacious and lovely than in the pictures. It is in a very good location, had wonderful french doors/windows that opened throughout the apartment, a delightful bathroom with a great bathtub as well as shower, espresso machine with capsules left for use, grocery basics and a bottle of wine also left for use. There was a very descriptive guest book left to explain use of the apartment and to help with orienting to the area. The owner had a serious illness and her family reached out to us to make sure the rental continued to go smoothly despite Gina being unable to be present. Apartment was everything we had hoped for and more."

"I often visit Paris as the headquarters for my company is located outside of Paris. I always stay in the neighborhood of the apartment as it's very convenient to use the RER to get to work. The apartment and the area is even more convenient when you are in Paris just for fun! The apartment is compact but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As I was on a 2 week European work/vacation trip, I greatly appreciated the clothes washer (which is so neatly tucked in the corner of the kitchen, you wouldn't know it was there unless someone showed you!). Natasha checked us in and explained everything you could think of, no questions were left unanswered. One of the highlights of our weekend was the market on Saturday morning directly across the street. We bought delicious cheeses, wine, croissants, coffee and even clothes at this wonderful market! If you are there on a Saturday morning it's a must see! Paul and Natasha were informative before, during and after our stay. As others have mentioned the apartment is easily accessible to all parts of Paris via the RER, Metro and buses. If you are staying in Paris, this is a perfect apartment for you!"

"This apartment was just wonderful. Excellent location- right across the Seine from Notre Dame, a block away from the Metro, boulangeries, grocery store, wine shop, etc. Everything was right there. The apartment is located on a side street, which was nice. However, even with the windows closed, we did hear a lot of street chatter. It didn't bother us, but it might be an issue for people who have a problem with noise. It is one floor up an old staircase, but that was only an issue when carrying our heavy luggage up to the apartment! Ruben and his team were wonderful- quick responses, helpful in showing us around the property, etc. We had planned to use the kitchen more than we did- ended up picking up food as we traveled through the city! I highly recommend this location."
