An Excellent Apartment
"The apartment is excellent. When we arrived it was clean and there was a person there to show us around and demonstrate where everything was and how it worked. The WI-FI was excellent and the location ideal, near restaurants, cafes and an excellent grocery store. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms makes it ideal for a large family or 4 adults. Pascal, the apartment Manager, was wonderful. He answered all my questions promptly and clearly when I first enquired about the apartment, and when I contacted him after we took the rental he was always available through email. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be in central Paris. There were no unhappy surprises, only a great apartment and a great manager to help you out"

"Spent ten blissful summer days in Alexandre's apartment. Perfect location with easy access to metro, and walking distance to Nortre Dame, the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay and the Luxembourg Gardens. Cafes, restaurants, galleries and shops fill the neighborhood. Our family of five included two teenagers and a one year old, so we ate sometimes at home as well as taking out picnics each day - the nearby Rue de Buci had fresh produce, gelato, and several traiteurs for incredible prepared food. The apartment was well appointed with kitchen items, and the beds were very comfortable. Alexandre was the perfect host, met us at the door when we arrived, brought a playpen and a high chair when he saw we had an infant with us, and was on hand for any questions we had. When it rained the kids kept busy with Wii-fi and a big television. We were also able to use the apartment's phone for free calls both locally and to the US. Each morning we rented bikes from the stand across the street. Just writing this makes me miss it so much! Thank you Alexandre for a wonderful stay and for providing the space for a perfect family vacation. We can't wait to stay with you again."

"We spent a week in this apartment and found it as advertised. Alain was a wonderful host, very personable and helpful with all aspects of our stay and quite knowledgeable too, a very interesting man to talk with.
The location was excellent, convenient, with a metro station across the street, walking distance from most tourist areas, safe, quiet, secure and with a small elevator. There is a grocery store a short walk away and lots of shops and restaurants. The WiFi was excellent.
Alain made arrangements for Patrick to meet us at the airport - this is the only way to arrive!
We would use it again as it is good value for Paris."

"One of the saddest days of my life was the day I had to check out of this apartment! I spent over a week in it, and loved every minute. The location is so central that I was able to walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Musée Cluny, L’Orangerie, Musée d’Orsay, through the Latin Quarter and the Marais . . . or just hop on a bus or take the Metro from Place St. Michel to go anywhere. The courtyard view from the window inside made it a haven, and the view of the Seine when leaving the building is unbeatable. As a middle-aged woman traveling alone I was concerned about safety; this location is quite safe and I felt very comfortable coming in and out in the dark.
The apartment is in an old building in Paris, so of course it is small! However, great thought has been put into making the most of the space. I loved climbing up to the cozy sleeping loft; if you don’t like heights the sofa bed was quite comfortable as well. The space didn’t feel crowded even when there were 3 of us there. I recommend it for 1-2 people, but if you are out all day and just sleeping there, it can work well for 3 or 4 who don’t need privacy (the sleeping areas are open to each other so one can hear everything anyone else says).
Lastly, InBeauParis was wonderful to work with — the instructions are clear, check-in/out are easy, everything was professional -- which has not always been my experience with rental companies. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
I am definitely coming back -- 5 stars!!!"
