"My wife and I stayed at the cottage for 3 nights and we couldn't have been happier with the location. The place is small but we didn't stay there much anyway, and as one traveler mentioned having the shower, toilet and kitchen all side by side is a little weird, but it didn't matter to us since we had no intentions of cooking. We were a short walk from so many awesome restaurants and bars and a 15 min walk from Notre Dame and the Louvre. The best part of the trip was Santiago. We had our overnight train cancelled at the last minute and had to book a quick flight to Paris, not knowing if we even had a place to stay for the night. Santiago was able to have the cottage ready for us early and was so prompt on all phone calls and emails. We never had to leave a message, he picked up every time and was waiting for us at the Metro station after we had such a stressful day. Thank you for taking care of us!!!"

"We stayed for 5 nights in August and had a terrific time. Echoing what others have said – the location is terrific, with a number of metro stops in close walking distance, easy food shopping (Bon Marche, a must, is just a few minutes walk away) and lots of restaurants. One other hidden bonus – it’s a 13 minute walk to Gare Montparnasse, which has express trains to Versailles, less than 15 minutes (then a 15-20 minute walk from the station to the palace itself). It’s also an easy 3 metro stop ride from the Catacombs at Denfert-Rochereau, which was one of the highlights of our trip (get there early, the line forms at 8am and by the time it opened at 10am there were probably 500 people on line, a 3-hour wait to get in). I highly recommend the Regis apartment."

"My husband and I stayed in the Note Chic apartment and would recommend it to everyone! It was so roomy and had wonderful windows, making the apartment feel even more spacious than it already is! It has a great kitchen, bathroom, a very comfortable king-size bed, and a large living room with a wonderful long table for dining and planning all your daily adventures. The apartment which is on the 4th floor (European) has a lift, and is so convenient to all the activity of Saint Germain des Pres. Just a couple of blocks from the Seine and Notre Dame, a block to the grocery, outdoor produce market, Buci News, and two blocks from the Metro St. Michel or Metro Odeon. Many, many cafes, bakeries (loved Eric Kayser), and small shops in the area. Our hostess. Caroline, was very helpful before and during our stay. We will be back to visit her again and stay in the wonderful apartment, where strains of music from the nearby street corner musicians drift in through “our” living room window. The apartment is on a wonderful old street where it is always busy and exciting, and yet never noisy in the apartment – perfect for experiencing the wonderful heartbeat of Paris!"

"Beautiful apartment, perfect location and Ludovic really makes everything easy. Only snag was we went to managers apartment first and had a bit of trouble ringing him. Within 5 minutes everything was cleared up and we were in the apartment. I can't say enough about the location. Easy walk everywhere. Apartment was well furnished and very clean. Ludovic left clear instructions about how to use dishwasher, washer, etc which made it so easy for us to feel at home. Grocery, restaurants, river etc. all a few minutes walk. Very safe; we were with our kids (13, 13, 11) and they were able to walk to get snacks on their own and even go to the park. I know other said this, but their are a lot of stairs. It was no problem for us, but if you are not in great shape they may be a challenge for you. The A/C was a plus at night. THANKS AGAIN LUDOVIC!"
