  • Great!

"THis place is perfect for a family with teenagers. There is plenty of space and everyone can have their privacy The apartment has a very well equiped kitchen ,with everything you could possibly need ,there are electrical outlets in plenty so everyone could plug in their phones, tablets and laptops. We are a family of six,and there were so many towels we did not even use them all! The location is fantastic ,close to the sights, and with many shops nearby as well as restaurants. Thank you Marina for a lovely comfortable stay"

  • Lovely 2 week stay....

"This was the perfect apartment for my solo two week stay. Despite a rocky start due to lost luggage everything came together! The best location.... short walk to Sevres Babylone metro stop on line 12 which gives so many options. I loved strolling by the chic shops in the neighborhood, exquisite jewelry, shoes, clothing....and the Poilane boulangerie was wonderful. The apartment feels very spacious considering it is 35m. It is super clean and very well equipped with all of the kitchen equipment you could possibly need. The flat is very well ventilated with many windows for fresh air and lots of light. The bathroom is nice and the shower is awesome...great pressure....I looked forward to that at the end of each day. I did prepare quite a few meals for myself since I love shopping at the French markets. The WiFi was very dependable and the nice flatscreen tv was good. I was so glad to find the electrical voltage converter since I had forgotten mine. I am terrible at getting my bearings and directions but I was able to find my way home each day by departing the metro and spotting the centauer statue at Sevres and Cherche-Midi! Great landmark. So much to see and do in this city and I barely scratched the surface. This flat makes a great spot to experience all Paris has to offer."

  • A quiet base to explore Paris from.

"My Family (2 adults and a 5 and 7 year old), spent a week in this apartment, and it was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet (away from tourist crowds), but close to bus and metro lines that can have you at the major attractions quickly. There are multiple grocery stores in walking distance, as well a parks and playgrounds that our kids enjoyed. The apartment is small, but still gave us enough space to have privacy. The beds are quite comfortable. The kitchen was just right for cooking small meals, or putting together lunches to take with us a we explored the city. The owners were very kind and considerate. They made setting up our reservation straightforward and easy, and provided a helpful information packet at the apartment. If we find ourselves back in Paris, then we would be thrilled to stay at this property again."

  • Great apartment and location

"Just finished our 2nd stay at this apartment in 3 years. Spent 2 weeks here and as all the previous reviews, it is fantastic, and in one of the best locations. Claude and Lucile take care of everything; all the amenities one needs, as well as endless suggestions on things to do and excellent recommendations. They even keep a 3 ring binder of activities within Paris, as well as day trips outside of Paris, with detailed instructions and directions. He also is quick with restaurant suggestions based on your tastes. Claude was also very helpful during an unplanned power outage. He was right there, looking for the cause of the outage, and corrected it immediately. The neighborhood is also wonderful. Full of shops and restaurants, very safe, always brimming with activity. It is also a very short walk to Luxembourg Gardens. For those using the Velib bike sharing service, there is a station just a block away."
