"A Pakistani family from Qatar with 3 kids (age 7,3 and 1), stayed in Marie's apartment for 4 days. it was fantastic, nice and clean apartment, very near to metro and Eiffel tower. the instructions defined were cleared. I definitely recommend it.

"Short walk to the Musee d' Orsay, 3 blocks to the Louvre, 2 - 3 blocks to the RER and Metro lines, and short walks to a good supermarket, one of the top Fromageries (cheese store) in Paris and two great boulangeries (bread and baked goods) all combine to make this a wonderful base!
The apartment itself faces an interior courtyard so it is exceptionally quiet, making for a great, restful sleep after walking around Paris all day. Others have described the apartment well and we have nothing to add.
We spent 8 days in Paris and would happily come back to Dorotea's apartment upon a return trip if it is available."

"We just spent a wonderful week in Victor's apartment. The view is incredible and everything about the apartment is welcoming and relaxing after a busy day of seeing the nearby sights and attractions. The apartment is well equipped and beds are very comfortable. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. Victor is very charming and it is easy and delightful to work out the details and to conduct business with him. He has a wonderful list of recommended restaurants and is available to answer any questions before arrival. I would highly recommend both the apartment and it's owner. We would love to return some day."

"We had a delightful stay at the Grenache apartment in late September. While Paris is not terribly crowded at this time of year, it was still nice to escape the tourist areas to our own quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very nice and gave us more options to relax and dine. It was great to pop across the street in the morning and pick up fresh croissants for breakfast (they have the best ones in the neighborhood and they're only steps away!). It was also nice to find dinner in the markets on Rue Cler (only a 5 minute walk) and bring it back to the apartment in the evening. The Paris Perfect staff was terrific. We stopped by the office a few times during the week and someone was always there and ready to help. If you are considering a stay in one of the apartments, you shouldn't hesitate. I frequently travel for business and spend a lot of time in hotels (so I'm a relatively independent traveler) but I can't imagine a better way to spend a week in Paris."
