Recent Paris Arr. 7 (Eiffel Tower, Orsay, Rue Cler) reviews
"just spent 4 days in August 3015 here. Great location to everything in Paris and even a few local things (bakery great, deli with French cheese, restaurant and grocery store). Small space but it has everything you need including wifi telephone and great instruction manual. Tips on driver from train station, taxi were great and property mgr representative was helpful. Would definitely return. Washer dryer seems small and takes forever but we didn't really expect to have these available anyways. Felt like home as soon as we arrived and security of building made us at ease. Sound does travel in complex so respect for quiet by all tenants and guests is understandable."

"This little studio is in the absolutely best location. Quiet, clean and completely stocked with all essentials. The lady who greets you is so nice and helpful and will direct you to the nearest, huge grocery (alimentaires) store on Rue de Rennes, a 5-minute walk (take your own plastic shopping bags or be charged small amount for theirs). Apartment is steps from Hemingway-frequented brasseries, as well as movie-houses and all sorts of fine shopping stores on Blvd St. Germain. Taxi stand at corner of street to the right on the Blvd., as well as buses and metros, all handy on the Blvd. An easy slow stroll to the Seine and the Pont des Arts. The apartment is small for two people, but adequate. Bathroom is tiny, so one must dress in the main room. Overall, a fine little base for seeing lovely Paris!"

"Our family of 5 stayed at the Saint Germain apartment. It is a clean, cute, and well-appointed apartment that suited our needs perfectly. (really appreciated the washer/dryer) It is perfectly located near cafes, restaurants, and metro stops. We could also walk to many of the sites. We were greeted by the super friendly and helpful, David, who showed us around the apartment and gave us some recommendations to local cafes and restaurants. When we had a medical emergency and had to extend our stay in Paris for three days, David was AMAZING and helped us find an available place to stay. He prevented a disastrous end to our vacation. - THANK YOU Manuela and David. We would stay here again."

"This cozy flat on rue de Beaune was well furnished, comfortable, totally quiet, and nicely located. The only negative is the somewhat claustrophobic feeling: two small windows looking into an air shaft, no window in the "bedroom." However, you don't come to Paris to sit in a flat. We had our breakfast there and a light lunch or two, but there are plenty of good places to eat nearby. We especially liked "La Bonne Excuse" and "au 35." The flat was very secure, very well equipped, and only a few minutes to the metro and several bus lines,
incuding #63 to Gare de Lyon. Excellent big bed, didn't use the sofa bed. Everything was clean, modern, and no tchotchkes!"
