Great cozy apartment
"Cozy studio is perfectly located near the lively Latin Quarter with hundreds of restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafes and within a short walk of major tourist destinations (ie. Notre Dame, Ste. Chapelle, the Louvre, etc). The apartment itself maximizes its use perfectly. The queen (or king) platform bed, which is lifted up to the ceiling when not in use and pulled down when in use, is a perfect size. When not in use, there is ample room to move around. Vilay thankfully had multiple adaptors available; those came in handy. The bathroom, although a bit small, was spotless clean and served its purpose. We didn't do much cooking other than making a quick breakfast in the mornings but it came fully equipped with the essentials. Prior to and during our stay, Vilay was more than helpful, answering emails right away and letting us know of any events happening during our stay that we should be aware of. Overall it was a great stay in this apartment, I would highly recommend it!"

"My husband and I stayed in Christian's apartment for two weeks in April/May 2015. Having a larger, comfortable bed was important to us and Christian's apartment met the bill on that score. The shower was good with good strong water flow, as was the hair dryer he supplied (these things are important to some of us). The location is really perfect. In the Marais, a block over from Place Des Vosges, a few minutes walk from Place de Bastille, a nice walk to Ile de la Cite. A little further away, but still walkable were Rue de Rivoli, the Louvre and Place de la Concorde. The Patisserie on the corner never seemed to be open but we found another wonderful one in the other direction, just a block down. Cafe Junou is steps away and we had two wonderful dinners there (if you want to eat inside, you really do need a reservation, but we were so close we just walked down in the am and made our reservation for that night). Christian was very helpful, meeting us upon our arrival and helping us get our too large and too many bags up the lift and into the apartment. He made sure we knew which cab company to call for our pickup to the airport at the end of our stay as well as making sure we requested a larger cab for our luggage. Christian prices his apartment very reasonably; that, the bed and the location is what drew us to it, and we were not disappointed. Thank you Christian!"

"My husband and I were more than pleased with our selection of our apartment when we traveled in France! The pictures were exactly as we saw it! Clean, comfortable and attention to detail! Very easy to get to the metro stations and the cafes and bakeries were wonderful. Krystyna and her team were very helpful and instrumental in making our trip a huge success. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy Paris in first class style!"

"We were among the luckiest of visitors to Paris, renting Marie Christine and Marc's apartment for a week. It is as the reviews say -- everything you need in a small but charming space. We had high expectations after reading the reviews, and we were not disappointed. The owners have exquisite taste, with furnishings of high quality, from the chairs and Murphy bed, to the kitchenware and linens. The view of the Seine and the Hotel de Ville is as romantic as one dreams Paris could be. Morning to midnight the ever-shifting light and activity is delightful enjoyed from the comfort of the chairs, with croissant and coffee or glass of wine in hand.
The bathroom shower was lovely, the kitchen small but well-appointed. We particularly liked that the apartment had an elevator. Coming back to the apartment after a morning or a day of walking all over Paris, in museums and through parks, etc, we appreciated the ease of coming "home".
The memories of being in this apartment are so beautiful, it is difficult to write a review that sounds believable. But, like others before us, we were enchanted by the experience of staying here. Marc and Marie Christine were warm and responsive to all our needs. Marc's welcome to the apartment was among the most enjoyable encounters we experienced during our three month journey in France. Thank you both for a lovely home away from home in Paris. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return."
