Great apartment & perfect location!
"Great apartment! Perfect location, so close to the Metro with easy access to all the sites & plenty of restaurants & cafes to choose from in just around the corner. The apartment was clean, light & airy just like the pictures. From the windows, you can get a nice view of a peaceful courtyard, hard to believe we were centrally located in Paris. The walk-in wardrobe was such a surprise! We had a fabulous stay in Paris, thank you!"

Everything you need in an apartment and a great neighborhood
"The Marais District was an excellent area to stay and the Beauce apartment was perfect for us. As other reviewers wrote, everything one needs was provided and exactly as described. We appreciated the comfortable bed with good linens, plentiful hot water, the nice wine and snacks on arrival, the free wi fi, and the iphone that helped us to negotiate the streets and answer questions we had. (Who built the Louvre? What Loire Valley tours are available?)
The apartment looks out over a street without traffic and is steps away (20 yards maybe?) from a major street. When we closed the easy to work shutters outside the window the city traffic noise was minimal and contributed to a good night of sleep. We used the stairs to help burn those bread and cheese calories but the elevator worked well.
The neighborhood had everything we needed from a complete grocery store around the corner to great restaurants to a myriad of specialty stores. And when touring some of the most popular sites, we looked forward to returning "home" to our charming neighborhood away from the multitude of tourists.
Steve quickly answered email questions before and text messages during our stay. Elizabeth met us when we arrived. She was friendly and helpful answering questions that we didn't know we'd have and reminded us that she was available to answer queries during our stay. She took us out into the neighborhood and pointed out the best options for shopping, transportation and some historic venues.
Throughout our stay we often remarked how happy we were to not be in a hotel. A sincere THANK YOU to our hosts. It was a wonderful stay and we hope to return some day."

"My husband and I really enjoyed this wonderful apartment for the 12 days we were there. The location is the perfect central spot to see all that Paris has to offer. The 7eme is a quiet and lovely neighborhood with great restaurants and small shops all nearby, including the famous Rue Cler market. The Métro stop (Tour-Maubourg) is very close and can get you anywhere you want to go easily - we used the Métro daily. The street that the apartment is on is very quiet yet has two cafés on each end that serve breakfast lunch and dinner daily.
The apartment itself is very nice and immaculate, updated and the perfect size for two people. Everything worked great, including the internet (something I needed for work each day) and all the appliances. We cooked dinner in one night and it was perfect. The shower was wonderful - and the bed was very comfy and we slept great! The owner, Xavier, is extremely nice, and lives near the apartment which is great for peace of mind should anything go wrong.
We can't recommend this property enough for your stay in Paris. If you are thinking about it... just do it! You will be happy that you did!"
