Perfect location in central Paris
"The nearby Opera Garnier historical monument with its “Italian-style” auditorium whose ceiling was painted in 1964 by Marc Chagall, added old worldly charm to the Paris' local working area in which the apartment is situated. The space is stylishly functional, fully equipped and very centrally located. A location to savor Paris at your own pace especially during the weekend. A place where you feel at home, thanks to the care for any details and the constant support provided by the owners. We will definitely check availability for our next visit to spoil ourselves again."

"We are grandparents and a 14 year old granddaughter and enjoyed this apartment very very much. Spacious apartment and great location-near Eiffel Tower and metro and restaurants. Manager of apartment very very helpful. I highly recommend using Franck as driver for airport pick ups. Kitchen is perfectly equipped. Very clean also. When all the corners are clean--it is clean! Also loved being able to call the US from apartment.
Thank you for a wonderful dream trip for our granddaughter. Would stay here again!"

"My husband, daughters and I stayed in this lovely apartment whilst visiting Paris for the first time. Our eldest daughter needed to find out more about the Parisian artists as part of a school project. I don't think we could have picked a better location. The road is quiet and children friendly, but only a walk away from the lovely squares, restaurants and sights. a couple of minutes walk away is the metro station, with a quick service into the centre of Paris. Opposite the apartment is a lovely pocket park with locals playing baules and one lady exercising her hamsters (yes really!). Our youngest enjoyed playing here in the evenings whilst we enjoyed a glass of wine. Another nice thing we did was sit on the steps of the Sacre Coeur after dark and enjoy looking over Paris with street entertainers and musicians nearby.
We walked from Gare de Nord station - only 25 minutes walk (though some uphill!) Mme Garces met us at the apartment and couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The apartment has a lot of the owners things around making it feel very homely. The kitchen, though small has everything you need apart from an oven - no problem though as who wants to make a roast while away!
The girls bedroom was part of the living/dining area. This is good because during the day, with the curtain pulled back, the living area is large and full of light, and in the evening my husband and I could still use the remaining area. This arrangement is great for families but perhaps not for two couples sharing the apartment.
I have already recommended the apartment to friends, and we hope to stay again soon."

"This was our family's first adventure using VRBO, so while I was a bit nervous being a first time adventurer, Julia helped guide us through the reservation process and made us feel at home. The apartment was perfectly comfortable for our family of four. We never felt on top of each other. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds that our 15 and 12 yr old were delighted to use. There was adequate kitchen space for getting making coffee to go with our morning croissant (the boulangerie is just up the street) and putting together dinner in the evening (again, stop by the boulangerie and pick up a baguette). The place is delightfully quiet at night so we could easily rest each evening after a full day in Paris. The location was perfect as it is about equidistant from two metro stops that connect you to different sides of the city (Eiffel one way, Notre Dame the other). We spend five wonderful days in Julia's apartment and would happily return in he future."
