"Our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers stayed 6 nights here. The location is great, with Notre Dame station only a few minutes walk away, giving easy access to the Metro and the main rail lines to airport etc. This is a fantastic part of Paris, with so many cafes and restaurants literally at your door. The rest of Paris comes here to enjoy the evening, but you are already here!!!
The apartment owners were prompt, and very eager to help out in any way they could. The kitchen and bathroom were both quite small, but the main bedroom and mezanine sleeping area were both a nice size and provided space for our family to spread out and relax.
We would recommend this property to our friends."

"My wife and I stayed at this charming apartment for 6 months and we will always remember the wonderful times in Paris and the friendly people we met. After our great experience this is our preferred place to stay when visiting Paris and we recommend this to all our friends.
The apartment is located in a safe and relatively quiet street in Vitry-sur-Seine which is a commune just southeast of the center of Paris. On the street just outside the apartment there is a bus stop, grocery store and parking and the RER station is within a 5 minute walk. It was very convenient to jump on the bus which runs every few minutes to get to the Metro or take the RER to the city center, airports, shopping outlets or Disney.
The amenities of the apartment are very impressive with modern appliances, washer/dryer, luxury bathrooms and conformable furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave and cookware. Everything was in very good condition and well maintained.
The internet access was excellent with good download speeds for watching video."

Everything you need in an apartment and a great neighborhood
"The Marais District was an excellent area to stay and the Beauce apartment was perfect for us. As other reviewers wrote, everything one needs was provided and exactly as described. We appreciated the comfortable bed with good linens, plentiful hot water, the nice wine and snacks on arrival, the free wi fi, and the iphone that helped us to negotiate the streets and answer questions we had. (Who built the Louvre? What Loire Valley tours are available?)
The apartment looks out over a street without traffic and is steps away (20 yards maybe?) from a major street. When we closed the easy to work shutters outside the window the city traffic noise was minimal and contributed to a good night of sleep. We used the stairs to help burn those bread and cheese calories but the elevator worked well.
The neighborhood had everything we needed from a complete grocery store around the corner to great restaurants to a myriad of specialty stores. And when touring some of the most popular sites, we looked forward to returning "home" to our charming neighborhood away from the multitude of tourists.
Steve quickly answered email questions before and text messages during our stay. Elizabeth met us when we arrived. She was friendly and helpful answering questions that we didn't know we'd have and reminded us that she was available to answer queries during our stay. She took us out into the neighborhood and pointed out the best options for shopping, transportation and some historic venues.
Throughout our stay we often remarked how happy we were to not be in a hotel. A sincere THANK YOU to our hosts. It was a wonderful stay and we hope to return some day."

"Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) just returned from an amazing week in in this wonderful Paris apartment. The views were gorgeous, the apartment perfectly equipped with anything a family might need (including a fabulous espresso maker!). The location is lovely and close to everything. We walked all over Paris from our home base.
Bernadette and her son were so helpful to us during the entire rental process and when we arrived. We could not have asked for more gracious hosts. Her shopping and restaurant recommendations were perfect.
I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others and we sincerely hope to stay here again."
