"From the initial booking to saying goodbye at the bus, Marie and Pascal were attentive to my every need! I simply cannot imagine better people. The apartment is spotless, well located and boasts two balconies and a fabulous Boulevard and skyline view. Marie is a gracious tour guide and gave me advice on transportation, shopping, tours and food. ( I am a vegetarian, and the building also has a health food market on the ground level.) If you are seeking the perfect Paris apartment with hosts that provide extraordinary service, this is the place for you to stay. Five stars are not enough!"

"Our stay at this lovely apartment in Montmartre was a reunion of three sisters and our mother. We hadn't seen each other for six years and the apartment provided such a comfortable and welcoming place to be together. It was stylish, comfortable, and very Parisian. The booking arrangements went easily and communication with frenchyrentals and the owner were helpful, quick and enjoyable. For Paris this is a very spacious apartment with all the amenities one could desire - even a separate laundry room. Wanting to spend much time together we usually ate dinner at home and the kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook some beautiful meals. Shopping for gorgeous fruit, vegetables, wines, cheese and other french delicacies was immediately adjacent with another street of traiteurs (where you buy delicious pates, pre-prepared foods, roasted chickens and roasts etc.) only a ten minute walk away. Also five minutes around the corner is a very authentic street lined with restaurants, cafes and bars. The boulangerie and patisserie immediately across from the building is irresistible. Fresh croissants and pain-au-chocolat fetched within a minute. The nice thing about the near and wider neighbourhood is that it has escaped the touristification of Paris like around Sacre Coeur, Pigalle, the Quartier Latin, the Champs-Elysees etc. This is still real Paris where real Parisians live. The property was very clean, had plenty of towels and other supplies and we loved the fact the well stocked food cupboard where staples like olive oil, vinegar etc. of previous guests were left to be used by the future users. It was nice to make use of these and add some of our own. Both bus and metro are minutes away and it's easy to get anywhere. Also the WIFI was great. Couldn't have wished for anything more."

"My wife and I had an amazing vacation in Paris. The apartment had everything we could possibly need for a 5 day trip. It's location is perfect with easy access to the best parts of Paris while offering quiet respite from the chaos. I'm 6'2" and found the shower a little challenging but it was only a minor inconvenience. Within a 5 minute walk there are wine shops, cheese shops, bars and Le Tastevin (fantastic, classic Paris restaurant) Plus the Latin Quarter, Marais, Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle etc.... We would happily stay there again."
