  • An amazing find!

"I have to admit that after looking at Air BnB and VRBO for several days for a two bedroom two bath place in Paris I had almost given up finding a decent place to stay. When I found this place there was a part of me that thought, is this too good to be true? Wow, wow wow was this not too good to be true. Perfect location first of all, second of all, the pictures are absolutely true to the reality of the place. Such a comfortable and nicely understated apartment, great decor and great amenities. I had several back and forth communications with Marion via email and a couple on the phone (when in Paris). She is amazingly gracious and very much concerned about your comfort and satisfaction with the apartment and your trip. She was unable to come to Paris during our stay, but her husband Gilles met us outside the apartment when we arrived and spent about 30 minutes ensuring we knew how everything worked and gave several suggestions of restaurants and places to see. Full disclosure, the hot water broke down while we were there. While that was an inconvenience, the other benefits of the apartment as well as the very hands on way in which Marion tried to solve the problem and her very real concern for our comfort made this almost a non issue. Things happen, it's the way they are handled that matters. I spoke to a woman who was from France (lives in AZ) and was visiting with her family and staying at a small hotel about our accomodations and she was very impressed with the location and the price for the size of the place we had found. Details: downstairs bedroom has a "full" size bed, shower, sink and toilet in downstairs bathroom. upstairs bedroom is quite large, queen size bed. Tub with a handheld shower (sort of awkward to take an actual shower), toilet and two sinks in bathroom. Living room has two very comfy chairs and a couch (it pulls out as a full size bed if needed). Washing machine, but no dryer. Dishwasher in kitchen. There is a wonderful bakery across the street from the apartment where we would buy ham and cheese on french bread for lunch every day. The owner of the bakery was very nice and I almost hugged her goodbye on our last day. All in all, I would absolutely return to this apartment and location if I am ever in Paris again. Highly recommended."

  • Richebourg Apartment

"This beautiful apartment met all our expectations. The living area was spacious with plenty of seating and space to relax after a long day of sight seeing. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the apartment owners were very thoughtful to stock the pantry and refrigerator with milk, orange juice, coffee and snacks. A lovely bottle of wine was also a very nice touch! The bedrooms provided very comfortable beds with top of the line linens and ample closet and storage space. Having a full refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer really great! The balcony with the view of the Eiffel Tower is small but does provide an opportunity to get outside and relax with stunning views and a great way to observe everyday happenings on the street below. The staff was very polite and helpful and we were able to enter the apartment before noon on our day of check in. Overall, this apartment is worth every penny and I will most likely rent an apartment for all future trips. Bravo to Paris Perfect, it really was a perfect place to stay."

  • Grenache

"We stayed at the Grenache apartment for our first trip to Paris. We loved everything about our trip, including the apartment. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had the basics that we needed for our stay, including an assortment of travel guides. There were helpful instructions for everything in the apartment, from the safe, to the dishwasher to the internet access. The location was perfect as a base for us to explore Paris - close to the Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler, Seine, and the Military Museum. There were tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The neighborhood was inviting and interesting - perfect! The friendly staff at Paris Perfect were responsive to our questions, anticipated our needs, and available at all times. The staff made our trip to Paris a breeze! We are going to be repeat customers!"
