  • PERFECT cozy apartment in Le Marais

"My wife and I had a LOVELY stay at this apartment over New Year’s. The layout and furnishings were cozy and comfortable. The kitchen it small but efficient and frankly, we only used it for coffee and to store our cheese purchases.  The windows let in the most gorgeous light at all times of the day. Just beautiful. The storage for clothing and suitcases was so nice – we were able to put everything away so that every time we walked back into the apartment, it felt like home, not a hotel room. Loads of good eats nearby including Miss Manon down the road for baked goods/breakfast / Café Favorite for basically everything – breakfast, lunch, snacks, late night cocktail. La Mangerie is an AWESOME tapas restaurant about 5 minutes away and Chez Josephine was a lovely bistro for lunch in a nearby square. The options are endless. Tourism-wise it’s easy to get to EVERYTHING. 5-7 minute stroll to Notre Dame, slightly longer walk (or EASY quick metro) to the Louvre/Tulieries/Centre Pompidou and many of the other “must sees”. The concierge Marc was great too. He met us right at the apartment when we arrived and had loads of helpful tips. As soon as we can find the time, we WILL be back."

  • Quiet neighborhood in Paris

"We loved our time on Rue Linne. The apartment was comfortable with a beautiful view overlooking the gardens and a playground that filled with children every afternoon. I am so glad we chose not to stay in a hotel. Instead, we made coffee and enjoyed our pains au chocolat and croissants from a nearby boulangerie each morning, brought wine and cheese back from Rue Mouffetard each afternoon. Just a 10 minute walk away from the Seine and Notre Dame! There were such beautiful surprises in our neighborhood with the Jardin des Plantes across the street and the Roman Arena directly behind us, and the Metro was directly across the street. I would return in a second."

  • Our Anniversary

"This was a beautiful and amazing apartment.!!! We arrived and were quickly met by Alexander. He was so gracious and helping us get to the apartment, many levels up. Great daily exercise :). The apartment was nestled between a bit of greenery heaven out the living room windows and an amazing view of the Paris city from the terrace. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with heated marble floor. On a chilly morning it was a wonderful feature. It was tastefully decorated and perfect for a romantic getaway for 2. Located on a relatively quiet street, just a street below the famed Sacre Coeur and a short walk to the metro. Many restaurants nearby. A wonderful and friendly grocery just below the apt. We would definitely return to your apartment. Thank you for everything Alexander All the best Allan and Mary"

  • Wonderful

"I was reluctant to write this review for fear our apartment would already be booked every time we wanted to rent it in the future. But, I owe it to the owners and David to let others know about this little gem. This will be our apartment whenever we are in Paris from now on, period, end of story. Special mention to David, who was so hospitable, understanding and helpful. The apartment was clean with lots of room and storage space and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic and I would be remiss if I didn't mention the shower which was so roomy, so unlike most showers in Paris apartments. But, obviously the true selling point is the location. It truly doesn't get any better than this. We walked to Rue Cler every morning and bought fresh fruit (the best raspberries I've had in decades). There are two grocery stores along with many restaurants, wine, bread and pastry shops right on the block! But, when we shut the door from the street and walked through the two courtyards with lovely flowers blooming, all sounds of the city were gone and a single songbird welcomed us home. It was amazing. When you walk out onto the street, turn left and you're a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower, turn right and there is the Grand and Petite Palais across the bridge. Keep walking and before you know it, you're on the Champs Elysees. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to get back to our favorite city in the world, especially now that we have 'our place'."
