"We had a wonderful time in this charming apartment (2 adults, 1 teenager). The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony. The neighborhood is lovely. We especially liked going to the Luxembourg Garden and walking through the open markets along Rue de Mouffetard. Another interesting place to visit is the Catacombs which is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment. The wait can be very long. We recommend going early (around 8:30-9:00 in the morning) with your breakfast and waiting for the 10:00 am opening. All in all, it was a great trip!"

"This is my fifth rental through Frenchy Rentals and is now my favorite! The studio does not feel small at all and is perfect for 2 adults or 2 adults and one child. The studio sits in the back of the building so I heard no noise from the street. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size with plenty of (very) hot water. The kitchen had everything I needed to make dinner a few nights and the washer/dryer came in handy although I air dried my clothes. I cannot say enough about the studio's location. Once you close the door to the building, you are literally 30 seconds from the corner of Douai and Blanche, where you will find a patisserie/boulangerie, a bistro, a Japanese restaurant and I think a small bar that serves food (could have been a small bistro). There is a grocery store 2 blocks from the corner. If you walk on Blanche heading toward the Moulin Rouge, there is a cute bistro on the left side of the street, very close to the bus stop (the 74 I think) and on the corner of Blanche and Boulevard de Clichy you will find a restaurant, a pharmacy and Starbucks. From this corner you are about 1 minute from the Blanche metro stop, perfect for taking the RER from CDG to Gare du Nord. There is a Monoprix across the street from the metro stop. If you cross Blanche and continue on Douai, you will find 2 more restaurants on the corner of Douai and Rue Fontaine and a BBQ restaurant a few buildings before the corner. Turn right on Rue Fontaine and you are no more than 10 minutes away from the St. Georges metro stop (the green line) and you will pass a grocery store, bistros and a boulangerie. Now head in the opposite direction once you leave the apartment building and there is another patisserie/boulangerie about 2 buildings over as well as a on the corner there is a mini market on the corner and a bistro. Continue on Douai and you will reach Boulevard de Clichy. Turn left for the Place de Clichy metro stop (the light blue line) and you will find more restaurants, mini markets and a 24 hour pharmacy. The Place de Clichy metro stop is about a 10 minute walk from the studio. There are a few souvenir shops on the Montmartre side of Rue de Clichy that sell converters if you need a charger from your cell phone. I'm a woman in my early 40's who travels alone and I felt safe walking back to the studio at night because of the activity from the 3 restaurants on the corner of Douai and Blanche."

"We loved it! Great apartment & great location. The washer/dryer was broken, which was a disappointment. However we were allowed a late checkout and offered laundry services off site, which was great and more than made up for the broken washer/dryer! Would definitely recommend it."

"We only left one day ago and I already miss Paris. This apartment was wonderful. This was our first time to use VRBO and we were not disappointed. Galatea gave us very useful information and the apartment was fully equipped. We stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood. One of the neighbors stopped by our first night to make sure we didn't have any questions - very nice. Even though you are on a busy street, the windows have great sound proofing and we slept well in the bed. We also appreciated the metro stop right across the street. Watching the Eiffel tower from the kitchen/dining room was a favorite activity in the evening with a bottle of wine. We highly recommend this apartment."
