"The location of the apartment is great for all major sights in Paris. It is well appointed with a bedroom that is very quiet. I would recommend this apartment for anyone going to Paris - I can't imagine a better location.
Pierre was absolutely wonderful! He greeted us after our long flight from the west coast of the U.S. and he took care of all of the details of our stay. If we texted, he responded quickly even on the weekend. When we return we will enjoy the lovely neighborhood, apartment and atmosphere of Paris.
Thank you for a great experience!"

"We had a fantasic stay and Guy & Jean's apartment in Le Marais. We've already suggested their place to our friends that will be in Paris in August. We hope to stay in their apartment again, sooner than later. We have not 1 complaint. Bed was very comfy, balcony was lovely, and the fridge was super cold. Thank you two very much for allowing us to stay in your apartment and for being such kind and accommodating hosts."

"You never know what to fully expect when booking online. I was very happy with this apartment. It is very spacious and has a definite Parisian feel. We were there as the days were getting cooler and there was a wonderful breeze that blew through the apartment when opening the front and back full length windows. Such a pleasant setup. There were lots of great restaurants and stores all around. I'm not normally a huge bread fan, but the fresh baguettes at he local bakery were so good we had one almost every day. The butcher, fish store, patisserie, fresh fruit and vegetable stands were abound. For those who like to travel on mass transit, getting here from the airport was easy and going anywhere in Paris could be reached by a short walk to one 3 different metro lines. I loved that this neighborhood was not full of tourists. Marc was a fluent English speaker and gave us great instructions and recommendations. The wifi was very reliable as well. I highly recommend staying here."

Repeat visitors -- love the tapestry and the apartment
"My husband and I returned a few weeks ago from our 7th stay (in the last eight years) in Fabrice's wonderful apartment: we have stayed in four other apartments in Paris (twice in larger places with other people, once elsewhere when this was booked, and once in his other apartment) but keep returning to Fidelio because we love it. Yes, the mattress is very firm but we bring a flat sheet for cover and layer the blanket, duvet, and quilt and we are fine. The bathtub is the perfect size and shape for me and the slope at the back makes it extremely comfortable for a nice relaxing soak! Never had a problem with a lack of hot water. We cook often and the kitchenette is well equipped (like the new microwave!). The washer/dryer is a great help. There are shelves of books -- helpful and interesting. The air conditioner keeps the apartment cool in the summer and the heater keeps it comfortably warm in the winter. Be aware that there are stairs: 45 up to the apartment in addition to the 83 up from the Metro, but that helps balance out all the lovely Parisian pastries! And, yes, there are timed lights on the stairs, one switch is just by the apartment door. We love the area: only a very short walk from the Saint Michel RER station (great if coming from Orly or CDG) and the Metro (if coming from Gare de l'Est). There are numerous restaurants, creperies, and bakeries a short distance away and a Monoprix within easy walking distance. Notre-Dame, St.Severin, and Cluny are all close by. In addition to all of this, Fabrice is very charming and helpful. Need I say that we plan to keep coming back!"
